This room was to be a park and cruise room rate. When we arrived at hotel, this was not the case, but the staff was very nice and made adjustments for us. It was close to cruise port and we felt at ease leaving our car for a week. Good breakfast variety.
The staff at the hotel were extremely accomodating. Upon our arrival, we were told they were out of pet rooms for the evening. However, with a little work between the two managers, they were able to find us a room. None
We loved the hot breakfast buffet and kind attendants at the hotel. It was also a great price and close to the ocean access. Overall a nice experience. Our room smelled a bit musty but this seems to be typical for rooms close to the water, alot of sand and water gets into the rooms from pool use and people walking in from the beach front.
Within walking distance to the beach. Breakfast buffet plentiful albeit the room gets crowded. Good value considering it was a holiday weekend. Bathroom and pool had accommodations for ADA/elderly. Nice pool area w/ Adirondack rocking chairs as a plus. 602 Room safe not in working condition.
The location was good, the pool and bar were great. It's a loud area.
It was close to the beach (300 ft away), putt putt, several surf shops. Plus they had games on site (shuffleboard & ping pong) and a big pool. It was nice but everything just seemed a little outdated. Especially in the rooms.

Beach is just steps away. Rooms are nice and staff is very helpful. We did the park and cruise, and they had rooms ready for us when we returned from the ship way before check in time. It was so nice to have the ability to lay down and rest. We had some trouble with the shuttle service the hotel uses for the Park-n-cruise. Shuttle picked us up at 10, waited 40 minutes at another hotel. Did not get to port until 11:20am. We also waited over 30min for a shuttle to pick us up from the port after

We just stayed one night, and it was only my husband and me, but it would be a great place for families with kids... pool, small playground, space to walk around, volleyball court, near all kinds of restaurants from DQ and McDonald's to many restaurants.
The location Old
We liked our waitress Cora and the location to the beach. The pool area was dirty with empty glasses and pool toys, there was no hot tub for adults to enjoy.
we stayed here because it was the location of an event we were going to attend .... it was just an ok hotel for the money ... nothing wrong just nothing exceptional, For the top end dollar you pay for a room at double tree ... I expect more then one chocolate chip cookie and a beach front red roof inn with a bar. I was constantly being asked if i belonged to their double tree club... and treatment seems to depend on that ... maybe you get different service then but I for one dont want to belong to a club to get what i'm already paying for... those perks come from the revenue generated by all of our business. Just another place that wants to treat a select few like rock stars and the rest of us like paupers with the moneys all of us pay for .... sad new standard in customer service. most staffers seemed unhelpful and in capable of helping with the simplest tasks ... Might I borrow a pair if scissors? can you dirrect me to a non tourist shopping area.... and until I found a staff member that was originally from my home state, I may as well been talking to deaf staffers, makes me even more happy I booked with kayak and got the best deal possible.... like I said beach front red roof with bar.
Convenient location to the beach, lots of parking, convenient to shopping and restaurants. Did not provide beach chairs for free or for a low price. Charging $10 for a lounge was too much.
Comfortable, clean, helpful staff, well located, easy parking, good restaurant.
Loaction on beach front. Quality and range of food in the complimentary exuctive lounge was dissapointing
The beach was wonderful!
The swimmingpool the rooms were old, small and bad maintained.
lots of fun stuff for the kids to do. good food and shops
Location was nice. Carpeted floor was damp. Bathtub faucet had a steady stream/leak. Handle was cracked so it wouldn't fully shut off. Very annoying to listen to all night and very wasteful. Interior front door handle of room was loose and it was difficult getting the door open. The handle fell off completely the last night of our stay. I was very disappointed. The spa closes at 10pm so my wedding night was spent in a dank hotel room listening to a leaking faucet. For this price, I would have expected at least a continental breakfast.
It was really close to the port, excelent service, great location. It was clean. It's just a little outdated, the rest was perfect
Rooms could be better, should go trough some renovation.
The location First, the building is not that attractive (old paintings, badly kept), The room was not clean (carpet, armchair, table); the air conditioning extremely noisy, no blanket available, the hair dryer out of service, the phone destroyed, the electric plug off the wall,... Not worth the price I paid for !!! Worst accomodation ever experienced
Localisatio directly on the beach. Fitness center was empty. All the mchines were broken.
Not a lot Price for value, Small room,Small fridge, paint on floor where bathroom door had been painted blue, coffee machine didn't work properly, checkout staff were slow,I had credit card authorized night before and yet info not there in morning, yet 2 charges pending on credit card,I'm sorry but this room was not value for money. Rip Off
Location, beach, friendly staff
Central location in the Space Coast area Very loud air conditioning systems
The beach was nice and the restaurant by the beach was ok. Staff was friendly. They have a big pool but in meed of maintenance. The whole hotel is very old and in urgent need for remodel. The whole feel is of a cheap motel. Our first room smelled like vomit. They change us to another room. Bathrooms are old. Our toilet bowl was loose. Overall this hotel can't be a 3 star hotel. Rooms are in the category of a motel 6.
The location is great: We could walk out of our room and right onto the beach. The two pools, including the one for kids, were huge plus. It was a great location and price, but we did our best to ignore the grimy bathroom. Other reviewers are correct when they write that the hotel rooms need to be updated.
Great customer service. After having a bad run-in with Economy rentalcars, and getting to the hotel at almost midnight, the woman at the front desk was fantastic and helped get my vacation back on track!
The breakfast was very nice with a good variety of food. The overall cleanliness of the hotel/room was acceptable. The proximetry to the beach was great. The shower drain was clogged, so water didn't go down well at all. There was a loud and long verbal/?physical altercation between some hotel guests in a nearby room from ~ 12:45a-1:30a our second night which I'm sure disturbed nearly ALL the hotel guests with police involvement. This was very unpleasant.
Closeness to the beach
I had a balcony room with an ocean view. It was wonderful. The staff was very friendly. Nothing
Staff, breakfast was good Air conditioning unit a bit noisy, a few stains on the carpet, parking spaces are a bit tight especially with work trucks from a company blocking a few spots
Location is excellent, right on beach, by the pier. They need to resolve an issue with the doors to the room sticking. Very hard to open.
We had a double Queen room, which usually means queen beds stuffed into the same size rooms as the full size beds. Nope! Pleasantly surprised! the room was larger, the fridge was larger than the normal Mini you usually get. there were towels everywhere! LOL! The air worked very well. The bed was very comfy. The room was clean. the breakfast was a real Hot breakfast, not just bagels & pastries. Eggs, hot cakes, meats, oatmeal, grits, as well as bagels & pastries. It was good for a fast hot hotel breakfast. We would stay again, I just hope it's sooner than later! thanks for the nice stay, Best Western is now on my go to list! If I had to pick something, it would be the parking & the Tiki-Bar wasn't open on a Saturday afternoon! the weather wasn't good, so that's probably why.
Right on the beach, nice beds and very clean. Staff was excellent, very welcoming.
Loved the suite room with a separate bedroom, with the view of the Atlantic and the sunrise! Trying to get young children to sleep, it was very noisy by the poolside, with swimmers screaming "Marco Polo" from 8:00 to past 10:00. Too bad the beds are not located on the quieter side of the suite, which I know would not be possible.
Convenient Shower would not drain Ants/small bugs in my room
The location was excellent and staff was great. The room smelled funky
We live in SW Florida but decided to go to Cocoa Beach for a mini vacation. The hotel is nice and was a great price on Kayak. Plus when we got there the hotel upgraded us for free to a mini suite with a view of the ocean! The beds were very comfortable and the hotel was very clean. Staff were friendly. We ordered room service for breakfast. It was average and right on time. The beach is amazing! The bathroom was small but still nice.
Ocean front and deck Didn't like being charged for parking in just a big parking lot $6.00 a day is too steep and being charged for the last day was wrong when we checked out on time
The hotel was very nice and clean. The location was wonderful, right on the ocean. The air conditioner was very load and woke my husband up each time it kicked in. Had to pay separate for parking- which is in my opinion ridiculous.
Water front. Liked that the BEST. Comfy beds The doors slam so loudly Morning and night !!
The view was spectacular! The beach is also surprisingly uncrowded. We loved the food and drinks at the Hilton's restaurant and patio bar. All of the other staff throughout the property (except at the front desk) were very friendly, gracious and welcoming. Seriously, once you get checked in, you feel very well taken care of. Our room was immaculate and comfortable. We'd read online that the front desk staff was rude. We were actually surprised to find that those reviews were absolutely true. These employees must go through some sort of special training to be so unhelpful, unfriendly and act like your checking in to the hotel is interrupting their day of scowling. They live in this paradise. Why so grumpy? Also, this hotel was the only one around that didn't have a balcony. When you see your view, you quickly become disappointed about this fact.
Great access to the beach. The brownies at the coffee shop were delicious. There were two, not one, but two, fire alarms in the middle of the night while we were there. When you are woken up at 4:00am, and again at 6:00, it makes for a long, unpleasant night.
Hotel restaurant was slow to seat, even with empty chairs. Seem as if there were no one in charge.
Staff and view were amazing !! Somebody needs to sit in the bathtub in rm. 654 . See what we see ! You see PVC pipes under sink. The ceiling was chipped paint ! The drywall was the shottiest job I have ever seen ! Somebody okayed that job ! It was a renovated room already , if that is the case , the standards were Days inn , at hilton prices !!!! As you can tell not happy at all ! We love hilton hotels , but may have to reconsider this one !!
The staff was very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to be accommodating.
Had a mix up the first night we stayed before our cruise, and front desk attendant was very rude, the next morning the Front Desk Supervisor was VERY helpful and apologetic! I wish I could remember his name to call the manager of the hotel.
The only reason they got a 2 was because IF the rooms were clean, it would be a good hotel. And the staff seems nice. Particularly one if the cleaning crew guys whom was very friendly and warm. My room was dirty. Not to the immediate eye. There were food remains under the bed, couch and behind the dresser. There was a bottle of cleaner left behind one day on the dresser by my stuff. There was chalky food on the couch. And my key didnt work 2 separate days. I addressed the issues to the Sheraton, I got an email back stating they would address the issues. I got a call from the assistant manager from the Four Points to apologize. I will not stay there again nor recommend it.
Our room was nicely sized, neat, clean, and up to date, with the amenities that you would expect from Sheraton. We had a very nice room. The staff was professional and very nice and accommodating. No Issues at all. Not sure where some of the reviews are coming from, but we would definitely stay there again, and recommend it to others. It is connected to the Cocoa Beach Surf Company store (very nice) and a wonderful Restaurant/Grill with huge shark/fish tank, and a Starbucks! - no need to venture outside for coffee if it happens to be raining. Oh, and its next door to Ron Jon! But don't disregard the CBSC... The ONLY thing that would make this hotel better, would be if it were closer to, or on the beach. It's not a far walk at all, though, but might be too far for folks with small kids and carrying a ton of stuff. In that event, Alan Shepherd park is about a block away with parking ($10 per day) on the beach, or there are other free park(ing) options nearby as well.
Great location, Beautiful lobby. Easy access to beach.
Marriott properties and always good not enough parking
Meeting people and spending time with family. Lunch food was mediocre at best. Selections were limited and generic buffet style.
Great location and excellent spacious room. I wish there had a breakfast included.
a It was not directly on the beach. If I select the highest star and priced hotel to go to the beach I would want the hotel to be directly on the beach not to have to lug all my stuff through a couple parking lot to even reach the beach
It was the nicest courtyard we have seen. The location is awesome! Although the staff was nice, 2 out of 3 seemed disengaged, especially the Starbucks employees, I tried to check out and I don't think she looked at me once.
We ordered a second room and they were able to give us adjoining rooms. The hotel did not have our room ready on time. The staff was unhelpful, I had to call the Marriott elite line and complain for them to even help me. Housekeeping only does the bear minimum, you will find black mold in the bathroom and dust on everything.
Very clean. Our whirlpool in our suite didn't work, but when I complained, the only option they gave us was free breakfast.
Was fairly close to beach access walkway. I do not like the staff walking around the front desk, standing so close and then giving gestures and directions to the elevators. This ccorporate gibberish for touchy feely needs to stop, it is offensive.
The hotel was modern and very clean. The staff were polite and very helpful. Parking was limited and we had a hard tome finding a spot to park.
Hotel was everything to be expected from a Courtyard by Marriot. Being a beach location it is to be expected that the rooms have an odor to them. But it was not a major issue as we spent most of our time in the ocean.
Beds uncomfortable, noisy
The closeness to the beach (100yds max), Cocoa Beach Pier is literally a 5 minute walk if that. Closeness to Port Canaveral. It is literally infested with ants. Ants all over the sink, toilet, tub. The air conditioning is old school, so it's incredibly loud and meh on cooling ability. Parking can be tough at times, especially at night. Did I mention the amount of ants already? Well it deserves to be mentioned again. Room cleaning is ridiculous. They come around once at around 8ish. Either you get your room cleaned and stocked with towels then or you are screwed for the rest of the day. They do not come back if they skipped your room earlier and seem to be done with work around 3.
I realize it's south Florida, but seriously... The amount of ants inside your room and overall cleanliness of the room makes you look twice at your receipt. At least the bed sheets were clean. Ants, parking can be a challenge, getting your room cleaned for a new day.
The location is amazing. Close to the peir and beach. The main dislike is the 4pm checkin. The waffle maker wasn't working one morning but the other breakfast foods made up for it.
Breakfast was nice The ocean breeze was pretty chilly one night, a jacuzzi would have been nice.
staff oooooooold hotel. really old. like wtf thats old.
I really liked how close to the beach it was! It's really close to resturants. For the money it's worth it because honestly how much time do you really spend at the hotel on vacation? The staff was great and helpful! Daniel was funny and would keep things at the desk for me when I went to the beach! The hotel it's self needs updating new carpets and such but it's over all not that bad!
This is my 4th hotel in Cocoa Beach. While the room was a bit cramped (two queens, not a suite), it was clean, the bed and pillows were comfy, and the location was great for my plans. Much better than the other 3 I tried within the same price range.
The balcony Bugs throughout the room. Bathroom , shower. Table an chairs. I have pictures if you want them
This is not a luxury hotel. Keeping that in mind it was perfect. Staff was friendly, breakfast was plentiful, and pool was warm. Also, it's right behind the pier. Super quick beach access.
The close proximity to the Cocoa Beach Pier and the prompt response by the staff when we realized the television was not working. The pool should be open longer. Carpeting was somewhat worn.
Very close to the Pier and of course the beach. Clean, comfortable rooms. Definitely worth the money
Good value, friendly staff, fun location for family, comfortable clean beds, nice selection for included breakfast. Have stayed many years ago, and again last week with my 6yr old daughter. Perfect for people going on a cruise. Only minutes away. Great restaurants walking distance. Its perfect for us. And again, the staff was/is very kind.. really nothing to complain about, sorry.
Cocoa Beach was literally in walking distance behind the hotel. The hotel pool was very nice. Quiet so we weren't disturbed while we got ready to drive back home. The doors you could tell had obvious water damage that kind of made the room look bad.
Helpful staff, clean room. Close proximity to the beach and dining and bars. The breakfast had much to be desired. Would have liked to see a better assortment of food items.
The distance to the beach was great! Within walking distance and lots of available parking. The room never got cold - A.C. seemed to not be working properly. This made for a very uncomfortable stay.
Location was nice. AC blows the curtain up. AC unit leaked water and the floor was quite wet by the time we left. Sink faucet also leaked around the base. No bagels on the breakfast.
We liked that the hotel was centrally located from restaurants, shops, Port Canaveral and even a good distance from Kennedy Space Center The description and photos of the hotel were misleading. Their definition of queen-size beds was in reality a double bed. The mattresses were comfortable, but the bed frame was wobbly so if you move the whole bed shakes. The room was very small but had been refurbished, so the bathroom was the nicest in terms of decor. The floors felt like plywood, so when you walk it sounds like we're stomping. Our room was not in the oceanfront condos, so we didn't get a nice view (ours was the parking lot and the raised tennis court). Our room was a step below a motel room, which is saying something. It wasn't worth the price and we will not return to this location.
An unexpeted surprise. First time staying at this hotel, beautiful beach front. We could certainly tell that someone is taking care of this place too, although parts of it are a bit dated, our room/building was completely remodeled and CLEAN, one of the pools was brand new and the grounds and room was very clean. We've stayed at 3 other beachfront hotels in the past few years and this by far was the best of them all for value, location and cleanlliness. The front entrance of the hotel is a bit misleading, meaning it's much better that it looks from the road. I was totally impressed with the cleanliness of the entire place.
Everything. Most relaxing place to stay in Cocoa Beach. Fifth time staying here and wouldn't stay anywhere else as long as the have a room available.
closeness to the ocean. Access path to beach right off the pool had and incident with anther guests child spitting on a sleeping freind poolside. management threatened to throw the sleeping person out when she was offended and wanted an apology.
Staff was very friendly and helpful at all times, good breakfast, free parking, room size and views o.k. air condition noisy and did not smell well
The breakfast was awesome! Loved it! Rooms were clean and comfy Would rather have an inside hallway than to go outside to the room.
We upgraded to an ocean view room and the view from the balcony was lovely. Hotel is a short walk from cocoa beach. The sand is lush and waves are big! 20 minute walk to the pier where the friendly staff serve fab cocktails with a great view out to sea and the beautiful long beach. We loved it here, just a shame we only stayed the 1 night! Dislikes - air con unit in the room was too loud. It sounded like a motorcycle engine so had to turn it off to sleep. Ended up propping the balcony door open with a chair. The complimentary breakfast is poor quality. Coffee and pastry was ok.
What I liked best about Wakulla Suites was their location. Cocoa Beach is a nice coastal town to visit. This was very close to the beach. The room was not so clean.
The staff were super friendly & helpful. The rooms are spacious & clean. They let us check in 4 hrs early & at last minute let us stay another night in the same room. They are currently undergoing renovations as the rooms are very dated. However, for the price, location, & being FREE FROM BUGS we'll continue to go back. The pool & pool area were clean along with the rest of the grounds. The atmosphere was perfect for what we were looking for. The beach is a short walk across a dead-end street. Perfect if you have a child that darts off on you, they won't make it to the water before you do! ;) We love this place & we'll be back in the future! Looking forward to seeing the renovations completed!! The carpet in the living room was old & dirty and the kitchen wasn't fully stocked with supplies. It did have enough things to make a small meal though. We also had an issue with one of the bedroom windows as it would not stay shut. The maintenance man did what he could to fix the problem but did not have the right parts. He was able to get it to stay shut during our 3 day stay though.
Large, comfortable suites with complete kitchen, located close to the beach and to Kennedy Space Center.
Great location, heated swimming pool a strong plus. No TV in any bedrooms
The rooms were like apartments and close to restaurants. The scenery around the hotel was very nice. Our trunk of a locked car was broken into.
Close to ocean, a lot of space in room, excelent pool, beautiful garden, large living- room
I had a very nice stay and would book again The rooms were a little dated ,needed new furniture, but not bad enough that I would not return.
It is at the center of everything in Cocoa Beach and its set up like a home away from home
Near to the Beach, Kennedy Space Center and the Port Canaveral. Our room was next to the street, and we would have liked to have any place outside the room to sit down and relaxed. Like a chair and a little table.
That there were 2 bedrooms and a kitchen area. I would take the name "resort" out of the title. It certainly wasn't a Resort, more of a motel, but having 2 bedrooms (especially with three young children) offset the dated appearance of the facility.
Close to the beach and full kitchen , the maid were nice.good for family
Absolutely adored the quaint charm of this throwback. Perfect place for a beach getaway and to enjoy Florida the way it was before high rise hotels and Disney became how Floridian tourism does business. Family run and the staff is friendly and helpful. Uncomfortable beds.
The room was dirty. The door wasn't properly sealed. The breakfast was not at the motel but we were given vouchers for meals at a dinner over a mile away.
Very nice and clean hotel Holes in the wall
Had a nice tv but everything else is very outdated Shower was disgusting. The pool are wasn't clean. And very outdated.
We checked out because the room smelled!
it was very clean the team was great and we spent a good night like most of the Hotel the AC unit is really load!
Nothing about it I liked Room was dirty, bedding had holes in it and stains the floor made all our feet black from the dirtiness !! Was not worth the money!!!
Love the remodel No

Location and breakfast. The sheet was dirty and there were some mold in the bathroom.
Located near resturants and necessity shopping Too basic
Very friendly staff Room was clean but there was a cockroach on my clothes in the morning There were no chairs to sit on except a few around the pool Did not feel cozy
Ease of check in and change of reservation due to shuttle reschedule. Good parking availability on the main strip. Very close to beach and attractions. Good sized room for 2 of us with double beds. Clean linen etc. All scoring points would have been excellent if the bad points had not been present The outside walkways could do with regular cleaning up of cigarette butts carelessly discarded. The cleaning of the room. The shower control was loose and pulled from the housing when pulled to switch on
The location of the hotel is good, close to the beach, restaurants, center of Cocoa Beach. The garden and swimming pool look quite good. Extremely unclean, bug in the room. They changed the room for the second night and it was cleaner. Motel6 has a client satisfaction hotline, I did not call to place a complaint, allthough I should have. The only reason to stay there is the price.
Desk clerk on check in was very nice. bugs, kind of dirty room, stale smell, mold smell, burn holes in bedspreads, no coffee maker, large gap around door let in hot air & bugs
Beach location, cleanliness and very comfortable. Front desk attendant at check in, the rest of the staff were very kind and helpful.
Staff was great.Very affordable. Clean room. Rooms need remodeled.
Nothing had to wait a while to check in only to have a roach crawl across the floor Everything had to stay at a competitor same night at 1130 pm with a crying baby
good rates rooms new paint, foors&furniture only one entrance to pool the other two looked.no coffee unless you walked to front office.ice there also. nite time activity high possible Brothel & drug busness in rear rooms .
It was conveniently located. Yes, the housekeeper(LaDonna)was rude, inconsiderate, and pushy. When I was taking a nap and she came to do the room, I shouted out I don't want service loud enough for her to know to go away and she kept pounding on the door for me to answer it. When I finally couldn't take it anymore, I got up and answered it-only for her to tell me I needed to sign her sheet saying I didn't want the maid service. She could have finished her rounds and come back for that-IF she absolutely had to have that or they could have left us a card to sign and leave out so we didn't have to be disturbed. It was VERY aggravating.
The beds were clean & comfortable. Swimming pool was clean but not heated. Complimentary mmorning coffee was welcome. Most of the plastic sunbeds around the pool were broken. Steps and walkways to our upstairs room are badly cracked and need maintenance. Overall appearance was shabby.
Except the location. I did not like one single thing. Too few to name.
Location to hwy 520. The outside was cool with a tropical setting and the pool looked clean. Not all rooms had refrigerators so we had to buy a cooler and ice. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and you can feel the springs. The boxsprings were dirty so I'm assuming the bed itself was just as dirty. We slept on our own covers. The shower grout was dirty and the room had a musty smell.
The pool was great, staff was friendly Beds were not comfortable, rooms felt damp.
The room was dark there was only the overhead light and the bathroom light. No light bulbs in the other light sockets. We only stayed one night for a funeral. Paring and wifi for free was good. The price was high for a rainy day in February. But then again we only needed it for one night.
