Entreprise rent a car should be banned from Kayak

Fordeler: Nothing they are thieves.

Ulemper: They said that the price I booked on Kayak didn't include any insurance. I told them that my Visa Infinite card will cover me but they forced me to subscribe the insurance which doubled the initial price. I refused to pay the doubled price because the reason I used Kayak is to compare offers and reserve the best offer. Why Kayak let you reserve a one week rental car which will not allow you to get the car because it doesn't include any insurance. So I lost a couple of hours to find another rental car company and had to pay a taxi to get a car 15 Kms away from the Orly airport. I asked Entreprise car rental a written proof but they said they were not able to write anything.

Entreprise rent a car should be banned from Kayak

Fordeler: Nothing they are thieves.

Ulemper: They said that the price I booked on Kayak didn't include any insurance. Orly Airport is Difficult to Drop Off Rental Car in the Morning

Fordeler: Picking up the rental car was fine. Other than dropping off the rental car, no other issues.

Ulemper: THE ORLY AIRPORT! The Orly airport is horrible early in the morning. Tram was not working yet, taxi drivers would not drive us to the Sud terminal, no way to walk to this terminal. By the time we figured out the only way to the Sud terminal was 28.5 Euro bus charge we ended up missing our flight. There was very little room left to drop off the rental car and it took some time to figure out the area where the rental car should be parked.

Don't Rent With Budget At Orly

Ulemper: - Tried to charge us $100 more than the reservation rate - Car didn't match reservation description, it was a lot smaller than the reservation said in terms of fitting number of people and bags - Budget tried to charge us for adding a spouse even though their policy is to add a spouse for free then they told us they'd do us a favor to add a spouse just this 1x, even though it's actually their policy and they're supposed to do it - The person who checked us in was not friendly at all - The check-in process took over 1 hour

Ulemper: They set the excess to 19,000 euros for both theft and accident without highlighting this during fetching of the car. Worst customer service I have ever encountered when trying to reduce the excess.

Ulemper: Relentless upselling of add on insurance. Major credit cards now offer CDW and Primary insurance as part of their package. Charges quoted at time of reservation were 40 Euros less than actual charges

Ulemper: Upon our inquiry at the check in, we were told the car is authorized to be driven in Switzerland. But upon border entry to Switzerland we were charged $40 for car motorway registration for the entire year. Also, we were not told about the parking disc law in Switzerland and we got a ticket 20 minutes after driving into Switzerland. In summary,
