Fordeler: I was in Emergency row by myself!

Ulemper: I felt like I was always being sold something throughout the Ryanair experience. It’s too much.

Ulemper: Airplane was very hot when boarding and didn’t cool down till about 20 minutes before landing.

Fordeler: The prices were ok. I’m short (5,4) so I can’t complain about the leg space. The cabin crew were pleasant, I can’t say the same about al the workers in the airport, ruining your mood before a holiday is slack - especially after

Ulemper: Not all of your staff are polite, I’m not sure if it is because we were in a country that does not accept or respect people of “colour” but I could see that there was definitely a heavy line of different treatment to other races - sadly from a very well known brand. I did feel the luggage prices were slightly tacky, and extra for on cabin prices. Also, cleanliness is clearly not a priority for all either.

Ulemper: Every aspect of this flight was terrible

Ulemper: You have to pay for everything. No meals, no water, was included on an almost 9 hour flight. We booked a flight through Norwegian on the way to Athens and did not have to pick a meal in advance however apparently on our return flight we had to? Doesn’t make any sense. Also there is very little room.

Fordeler: I made the mistake to travel with Norwegian, they charged my compact cabin baggage $80 claiming that it met the size requirements but weight exceeded ( never happened with any airline before, I have the bag for 8 years). On the way in the seats had too small leg room so I paid another $70 for a larg

Ulemper: Don't fly with Norwegian

Fordeler: That the flight was from Portugal and was retro.

Ulemper: Everything from seats to entertainment to food.

Ulemper: The plane was late. The bus to the terminal was insufficient. The luggage was horribly late.

Ulemper: We have a 5 hours delay inside the plane. The crew has to been change and the second crew is the worst crew in all my flights The captain also was change after 4 hours of delay, and is the worst captain, nothing polite

Fordeler: Nothing on the ground. Prior to boarding there was chaos among the crew members and the public. The flight was as usual with Vueling delayed; for technical reasons. However no one knew what was happening. No crew member gave a simple explanation of what was happening. Order was not maintsined

Ulemper: Everything, like simply explaining to the long waiting passengers what was going on. But Vueling is 90 pc late. They treat passengers as if they could not care less because they are working unhappily We can simply compare with other airlines. Vueling gets first price as worse airline I know.

Ulemper: The baggage took a really long time to be delivered to the carousel

Ulemper: No AC, we roasted. Seats uncomfortably small. Terrible on boarding and off boarding process.

Fordeler: Crew went above and beyond. Food was excellent and the Crew kept us hydrated.

Ulemper: Terrible customer service. Attention to disable customers is null. They literally torture the disable passengers. Very rude and insulting wheel chair staff.

Ulemper: the flight was delayed, boarding was the slowest ever and we received something to drink after 1,5h of flight

Fordeler: Lovely crew, very good entertainment system.

Fordeler: Seat reassignment went well. Lounge was a pleasant surprise (highly recommend if you fly out of / through Helsinki)

Ulemper: It makes little sense to be on a priority boarding, when you are checked-in, documents checked and …… then wait for 20 or so minutes standing on your feet waiting for actual boarding to begin

Ulemper: Better leg room, better food, friendlier crew. Today you only get good treatment if you pay extra for it... Something is wrong with the pay-for-good-service model most airlines follow

Fordeler: Crew were good. Boarding seemed to be good. When we eventually got going the flight was good and very quick (35mins)

Ulemper: We sat on the plane for 1 hour without moving anywhere as there was a discrepancy with the numbers they thought they had and the list (or something). When we were cleared for take off we then had to get in a massive queue before we could leave.

Fordeler: Nothing. I never took a flight so bad in my life.

Ulemper: They could have another line to the people that couldn’t make check-in online, but they prefere to charge you a amount of $55,00 euros. Me and my husband tried to do the check-in online but the system was out off service and than when we tried again, 2 hour before departure, it was no possible

Ulemper: Very unorganised, one person checking in luggage, long queues, two flights mixed together. The boarding gate was really badly organised, passengers being held in a very small space to wait for a bus, the buses were late. Priority boarding wasn’t being checked so everyone was being sent through into the holding space which was about 3 metres by 7 metres standing room only. The plane was late.

Ulemper: Boarding was delayed and prolonged My Baggage was not transferred and was not available when I arrived in Dulles.

Ulemper: Budget seats are a little close when the person in front of you leans back, but not the end of the world.

Fordeler: The crew was fun, informed, and very helpful.

Ulemper: Nothing, best transatlantic flight I’ve had so far honestly.

Ulemper: Check in was not available and had to fly standby despite having reservation.

Ulemper: Last minute switched plan causing much discomfort and confusion.

Ulemper: Kiwi booked only 15kg bags instead of the paid 20kg bag on my booking confirmation. We had to pay an extra 90 Euro. It ruined our morning.

Fordeler: Friendly crew. Attentive and polite.

Ulemper: Seats need to recline more. Food needs drastic overhaul both meals and snack bar items. $7 for a croisant with a half slice of cheese and half slice of turkey is outrageous. Also, meal portion is too small.

Fordeler: Well organized; staff are very competent; flight was uneventful.

Ulemper: Snacks and drinks all cost extra, even water.

Ulemper: I paid for a seat and not given a seat assignment. Then because of that I was almost bumped off the flight. If I had not been traveling in a group I would have been bumped off my flight. In addition no food or drink was offered. Everything had to be paid have ahead of time. Not good at all

Fordeler: Not much.

Ulemper: Everything. Ridiculously low baggage limit, so they can slam you with extra charges. Then they charge you for food and drink, even in premium economy. Most employees we encountered were unhelpful and indifferent if not outright rude.

Fordeler: The crew did its best to make up for the fact that the special meal I ordered was inedible.

Fordeler: Crew was solicitous.

Ulemper: They didn't seat a couple with a baby together which put me in the unpleasant place of being asked to give up my bulkhead seat for a window seat.

Ulemper: They made me check my carryon rolly which is allowed on every other plane in the world, which meant going all the way back into a chaos of hundreds of people to check in. Because I had a connecting flight to New York in London, the check in caused many problems...and everything inside soaking wet

Ulemper: Our request for vegetarian meals got lost after a glight was cancelled.

Fordeler: Staff was great. Good experience for our first overseas flight

Ulemper: No meals served, and no beverages, unless you are willing to pay inflated prices for garbage. They will give you tap water if you ask, and that's that. I still find this approach despicable and unnecessarily stingy, especially since this is BA, not a lowcost.

Ulemper: Staff could of been friendlier. They would not give me a cup of water and said i had to buy a bottle.

Fordeler: Courteous crew, polite and knowledge. Just wish they wouldn't talk so fast over the tannoy! :-)

Ulemper: To find a way to enforce people to only put their baggage in the compartments above their own seats. If i choose a front-row seat, I find that other passengers have filled the compartment despite sitting nowhere near the front. Given that you pay the most money for front-row/extra leg room seats...

Ulemper: The flight was delayed, then we loaded onto an airport bus where we stood, sweating, for about 10 minutes before the bus left. Once we got on board it took forever for people to be seated, and some people were having their seats switched and others couldn’t find anywhere to put their luggage.

Fordeler: Vueling is a high quality airline. Much better than Ryanair

Ulemper: The club sandwich was rather disgusting

Ulemper: The flight was an hour late with no announcements made in the terminal

Fordeler: Fell asleep and didn’t even realise. Finnair is very friendly and the staff are super nice. I was very thirsty and asked for two cups of water instead of one and the lady was not hesitant to give me two cups in quick succession. Very good air company

Ulemper: Nothing really too bad, you get what you expected. May of been nice to have a free sandwich as it’s a non stop flight - this is because Lufthansa has one stopover and offers a free sandwich and drink.

Ulemper: The temperature in the cabin was absurd. There were 3 people who fainted because it was an 8 hour flight, and the AC was not at an ideal temperature. I was sweating, and so was my mother. ABSURD

Fordeler: The fact that we were offered an additional round of water and the friendliness of the crew.
