Ulemper: The flight from Copenhagen to Brussels was delayed without explanation for nearly an hour. I managed to make my connection to Frankfurt, but my luggage did not. I’m hoping it will arrive today.

Ulemper: This was my first trip to Europe and I was a bit nervous about the experience, I've been on plenty of planes, however, about nothing like this. Norwegian Airlines is the worst experience I have ever had on a plane or any mode of transportation. We were running to the terminal because they only announced that they had last call,and we were eating. When we got there, they pulled my fiancee aside to weigh her bags (mind you this is about 5 mins before the plane is about the leave). I'm waiting inside of the airway for her and they spot me and pull me back out to weigh my bag. The guy was shady, he pulled on my bag as it was on the hand scale and said it was 3 kg overweight. I told him it's not, I weighed it myself, so he weighs it again and say "sorry, I meant it is 4kg overweight" he said that it is 15 dollars per kg, unless I want to leave stuff here. I looked at him and he just stared at me until I gave him my credit card. $60!! That's ridiculous, especially considering I bought a hand weight just for this occasion. My fiancee had to pay $90!! And just to top it off, they wouldn't give her passport, she had to ask for it back. Also, if you dont purchase a food plan before hand you have to buy it on the plan. They dont even offer peanuts. This airline will nickel and dime you for everything. Better off with another airline if you are traveling abroad. You'll end up paying the same, but will have better service. Never again will I fly Norwegian

Ulemper: The boarding process was ridiculously disorganized . People were not boarding according to their group numbers and there were many unnecessary delays / hold ups . My baggage was lost for over 4 days (it still hasn’t arrived on October 24. I landed on October 20). With little to no communication on it status or refund on all the baggage fees I was made to pay.While the crew was pleasant , price point attractive and plane modern, These factors are enough to deter me from choosing this airline in the future

Fordeler: I didn’t like a thing. The crew from the gate all the way to the end was rude and nasty. The crew scanning people to get on the plane were so rude at the beginning it was the worst and I fly for my work and I’ll never fly TAP air Portugal again.

Ulemper: Train the staff to be nice and pleasant

Ulemper: We booked business class. JFK to LIS very nice. Seats were very comfortable and reclined flat. More leg room than in other business class seats. What they called business from LIS to Rome was just regular uncomfortable across economy seats with no one in the middle seat.

Fordeler: Crew were very nice and accommodating. Chocolate always appreciated!

Ulemper: The passenger in front of me slammed into my knees. I am very tall. She was not but she sure got her seat back as far as possible in spite of having he bulkhead sear, so I had to be careful of my position the rest of the flight

Ulemper: Games sollten Nachts gesperrt werden. Die gute Dame hinter mir spielte wohl die ganze Nacht Solitaire und mein Sitz schüttelte immer. Auf meine bitte zu stoppen weder kommentar noch reaktion.

Fordeler: Flight was fine....

Ulemper: ....but departure wa delayed over an hour

Ulemper: The baggage fees has to be clearly informed, they have a different fees almost double if u checkin bag from 22hrs of departure, total ripoff. Bundle the baggage fees when you buy ticket.

Fordeler: Crew was very pleasant.

Ulemper: There were no announcements at all about the delays! It was confusing and poor service.

Ulemper: No food, no entertainment. Ridiculous!! Not even a damn sandwich!!

Fordeler: The entertainment system was good and the crew excellent. The person in front of me did not put their seat back which made my trip more comfortable. Loading and unloading was orderly and efficient.

Ulemper: Food could have been better

Ulemper: Seat spacing is small, to the point that it's impossible to remain in the seat few hours without physical pain in your body

Ulemper: As a petite person I find the seats in economy class small and cramped. When passengers in front of you recline their seat backs, there is very little room to move, making it difficult to get up and out of your seat.

Fordeler: The crew was very nice and positive. The seats surprisingly reclined quite a bit. The dinner was actually good.

Ulemper: The offer of wine. The wifi options.

Ulemper: Not being able to choose my seat on a 500€ return flight is a joke.

Ulemper: No AC, we roasted. Seats uncomfortably small. Terrible on boarding and off boarding process.

Ulemper: Get more organised. There is no point checking the passports on the plane door when they have already been checked at the gate, especially when people are waiting in the freezing cold to board the plane.

Ulemper: Better airflow in cabin, letting you know about meals before getting to plane.

Fordeler: Not really something. It was an old cabin. The seat was confortable and the food was ok. Some of the crew were nice others not that much.

Ulemper: The cleaning of the toilets. Awful and without water and soap. The restrooms were not clean from the beginning. It was disgusting. Having new cabin.

Fordeler: Seats were comfortable. The crews were helpful.

Ulemper: Cleaner bathroom on the plane.

Fordeler: It was just a flight. Nothing to rave about. Just a typical up and over flight. The flight left Athens over an hour late and got to Brussels almost 90mins late.

Ulemper: We weren't offered complimentary beverage service. They did a beverage service for paid drinks and that took well over an hour. We were only given a simple single piece of chocolate while waiting to take off

Fordeler: Very smooth boarding on both flights, a smooth transfer between flights, and comfortable seats (especially nice flexible headrest on longhaul flight). Very friendly and helpful crew.

Ulemper: Movies available weren't to my taste, which isn't important anyway.

Ulemper: Food should be much better than this. Otherwise everything is ok.

Ulemper: The TVs weren’t working on the seats for the duration of the 8 hour flight. Some of them were working for other customers and we pointed it out to some of the flight attendants but they took no action

Fordeler: The in flight service was fantastic. The attendants were friendly and always smiling. The pilots flew the plane with Swiss precision. I had an economy ticket and they fed us twice and had at least six beverage passes to keep you hydrated. A blanket, pillow and ear buds were provided as part of the seat. Norwegian Air does not even cover a glass of water. They are pathetic. We will travel with Swiss Air again.

Ulemper: Internet service is invoiced by the megabyte and not the flight. For flights of this duration, a lump sum is a better idea.
