Fordeler: The crew was very nice.

Ulemper: The seats had such little cushion that it made the flight extremely uncomfortable.

Ulemper: Maybe the food menu? But it wasn't bad.

Ulemper: They keep the cabin temperature too warm the entire flight. The seats are too stiff.

Fordeler: Very good leg room and comfortable seat.

Ulemper: Half the screens were not working - crew were made aware but nothing was done. Vegetarian choices were poor to non-existent ; I witnessed crew insist to a passenger that there were no vegetarian options! They finally cobbled something together for him but not a pleasant experience

Ulemper: Food was average - main course could have been better. Range of movies ok but not great

Ulemper: One bag delayed as not put on flight and food could be better.

Fordeler: Flat bed, updated aircraft.

Ulemper: Virgin Atlantic is still much better. From offering pajamas to organizing boarding. SVO was disorganized, both international flights NYC and Düsseldorf were boarding from the same gate pocket (22 and 21) at the same time. Ski priority members had to fight the way to check in.

Fordeler: TV on board

Ulemper: The crew is absolutely unfriendly. I felt down from escalator after registration on the flight. I asked the stewardess to move me to places of increased comfort, as my knee was swollen and I could not bend it. The stewardess answered that they have no competence to transfer me to these places.

Fordeler: Quick boarding and departure. Good selection of films.

Ulemper: Customer service. Leg room.

Ulemper: They were rude, we almost didn’t made to the connection flight of their own company and they just didn’t care. The suitcase didn’t made it either

Ulemper: Quite narrow seats and seat pitch in economy, but the price was right. Poor quality seatback screens but a good selection of films and tv

Fordeler: Loved the wine hour, location, access to bikes and lovely breakfast buffet! Service was super friendly, too.

Ulemper: I hate paying for water but I seem to do this all over town.

Fordeler: The movies in the flight

Ulemper: The temperature in the cabin was absurd. There were 3 people who fainted because it was an 8 hour flight, and the AC was not at an ideal temperature. I was sweating, and so was my mother. ABSURD

Fordeler: The crew was amazing.

Ulemper: Free first class upgrades!

Ulemper: Shorten luggage wait time to arrive on the belt.

Ulemper: Gate change confusion unnecessary

Fordeler: crew was good. Seat was good but it was a business class seat in a 787-9; so it should be good.

Ulemper: wines were mediocre which was balanced out by the good quality of the food. Brussels to Abu Dabhi boarding was a little chaotic with coach and front cabin passesgers packed in a single bus. Noticed many older passengers standing for the longish bus ride.

Fordeler: the headrests in the AUH-MAD leg

Ulemper: the touchscreen inflight system didn’t work very well in the MNL-AUH leg of the trip

Fordeler: Absolutely nothing.

Ulemper: They should learn from Emirates or Qatar Airways on how an airline service should be.... never again, sorry Etihad...

Ulemper: USB charging didn’t work. WiFi wouldn’t connect. Food was horrible. Cheap pasta. Flight attendants are just German, no warmth or connection, they just gave orders like we were employees. Will try to avoid Lufthansa in future if possible

Fordeler: The crew is always amazing: highly professional, attentive and friendly. The whole experience with Singapore Airlines is always a treat.

Ulemper: Food

Fordeler: The crew was pleasant and worked very hard to keep our stomachs full! I loved all the free movies!

Ulemper: The TVs in economy class weren’t working and it was an 8 hour flight so it would have been nice to have some entertainment during that time

Fordeler: The flight was on time and fairly clean.

Ulemper: The seats are so crowded and we were jammed in like sardines. There was insufficient ventilation and it was too warm and stuffy. Not comfortable.

Ulemper: The transfer from international flights to domestic is difficult. I came to Guangzhou with a joint flight of Turkish airlines and China southern but there was no one at the airport when we landed to inform us how to transfer our luggage to the domestic flights and how to check in. Considering I don’t know Chinese, this was tough.

Ulemper: Air circulation on the jfk ist flight was absent and my wife almost suffocated and has to get closer to an exit door to get some air. Last time to use turkish airline

Ulemper: Flight delays with no info from staff. Food poorly prepared. No orderly queues - there is aggression with no intervention from staff. There is no need for two security checks when making connections in Addis. Plane loos were all very stinky and dirty. I now remember why I had stopped using ET!

Ulemper: Crew members paying more attention to the passengers, more option of food, being on time and cleaning after another flight.

Fordeler: The crew was very nice and all flight details were available and constantly updated.

Ulemper: Ethiopians App for self check-in.

Fordeler: Asked for water that I never received. Wasn’t allowed to bathroom although still 20 min until landing and other people still got up

Ulemper: They left late causing a missed connection abroad. They wouldn't hold the flight for an hour for the benefit of the 25 passengers.

Fordeler: Check in was simple and efficient, boarding was easy, leg space was sufficient, air hostess where polite and plane was clean prior to take off. Landing and take off both on time.

Ulemper: Two toilets for 100+ people meant long queues for the bathroom throughout the flights. The toilets were not even once cleaned in a flight of 4 Hours, meaning that by the final hour, they were a complete utter disaster in terms of hygiene. Pilot made a complete mess of descending and landing.

Ulemper: Flight was 90 minutes late.

Ulemper: Swiss air returned my bagage damaged and there is no way to report it!

Fordeler: Good leg space and entertainment options

Ulemper: I was eligible for a complimentary hotel for my connection. However, in none of my correspondence was mentioned that I'm supposed to request a hotel ahead of departure. No emails from Kayak and neither Emirates. This is extremely disappointing and unnecessarily costly

Fordeler: Inflight entertainment was superb, catering in main cabin was also excellent. The crew was friendly and professional.

Ulemper: Main cabin seats were definitely better than other airlines, but still not the most comfortable for 8+ hours.

Fordeler: Flight was nice and on time

Ulemper: No toothbrush toothpaste and eyes shades provided

Fordeler: The boarding was quick and easy. Comfortable seats and enough room for legs.

Ulemper: There were 5 screaming toddlers on board. The trip was gently saying unpleasant. There should be a section for families with kids to avoid the noise and craziness that other passengers must endure. Food was ok; the second choice was not available neither for lunch or dinner.

Fordeler: Nothing in particular. An ok flight.

Ulemper: Uncomfortable seats. Departed late from Tel Aviv, long outdoor wait at 4 C degrees for the buses from airplane to terminal, arrived 25 minutes before connection to Tokyo scheduled to depart, but the claimed that gate is closed so got stuck in Moscow for 24 hours.

Fordeler: timing, safety, captain take off and landing

Ulemper: squeezed chairs like low cost flights luggage damage found upon arrival and no-one to handle this but to return back into the residence country Aeroflot office to request the claim !

Ulemper: We’ve missed this flight due to a medical emergency. Called before the flight took off to advise on the situation and ask for help to rebook the same flight later once the health status is stable. Have been told that there is absolutely nothing that can be done to be partially partially refunded at least for the 2nd flight that had to be catched after over 30 hours, which is unacceptable.
