Fordeler: Boarding was quick and flight was calm

Ulemper: The coffe and breakfast.

Fordeler: The crew tried to be helpful but were equally frustrated with the ground crew.

Ulemper: Follow your own policies. Allow people to board (economy plus) with their hand luggage who have followed all the rules and chosen a seat in the front of the plane. My daughter and my KLM approved baggage were taken by the boarding crew while allowing other passengers to go with more than allowed

Fordeler: The crew was a group of Thai Nationals, and they were very snarky with us, not at all courteous. Maybe they didn't know what customer satisfaction means?

Ulemper: Crews more polite and professional.

Ulemper: It takes a long time to get your luggage. Traveling with a child is really a challenge

Fordeler: Waited forty mins at a check in line, and this was for premium. Staff unconcerned, working slowly. Only two checkin agents for premium. No lounge access. another long line to board. Uncomfortable seat that barely reclines. Mediocre food. And all this at a high price for a round trip NYC-MAD-NYC. Avoid this airline.

Ulemper: Pick most anything. The price. The checkin, counter agents, boarding, my seat. Overpriced “budget” airline.

Ulemper: This was one of the worst flights I’ve been on. Both planes were downright filthy. The flight from Dallas to Barcelona had several broken toilets. Flight from Paris to Barcelona boarded and once everyone was on board, they told us that we would be sitting there for 2 hours before leaving.

Ulemper: They made me check my carryon rolly which is allowed on every other plane in the world, which meant going all the way back into a chaos of hundreds of people to check in. Because I had a connecting flight to New York in London, the check in caused many problems...and everything inside soaking wet

Ulemper: We didn’t travel to Detroit... we were re-routed 3 times and our luggage is lost, some really helpful ppl along the way (thankfully) and some really crummy ppl too... no in between... still not to our destination

Ulemper: I’m not sure that short-hop flights should serve solid food. The quality invariably disappoints. Otherwise, all is good with this flight.

Fordeler: Very friendly staff, good meals, and movie selections.

Ulemper: There were no air vents available to control air flow. It was a bit warm at times.

Fordeler: nothing, terrible experience

Fordeler: Crew was amazing.

Ulemper: I was charged $150 to fix somebody's error made in my name. Both Flys.com and Aeroflot denided the error was made on their side.

Ulemper: Row was very crowded. Seats much too close together.

Fordeler: Fligh on time.

Ulemper: The food on board.

Fordeler: Everything was great.

Fordeler: Supportive to my family needs traveling with 2 babies

Ulemper: I was offered an upgrade to 1st class, but not to my wife, I m thankful but had to decline the upgrade. I was hoping for more courtesy for an upgrade to us both as traveling couple rather than to one only

Fordeler: The crew members were great and managed everything effortlessly. The pilot was also very friendly.

Ulemper: 70’ late on a 45’ flight

Fordeler: Got an upgrade to business class

Fordeler: vegan sweeties for the kids, so nice as my daughter usually has to say no. Also swiss chocolate - so good! Our veggie meals booked hadn't gone through on the system but we were found some they had anyway - wasn't very nice though.

Ulemper: The baggage took a really long time to be delivered to the carousel

Fordeler: The crew was great with kids. Very friendly and helpful.

Ulemper: Great

Ulemper: Extremely unfriendly staff at check-in. Boarding was chaos.

Fordeler: at 6"2' the large amount of leg space on Finnair flights is amazing, even in economy class I did not feel cramped.

Ulemper: Food a bit bland and uninspired

Ulemper: Some features on screen did not work, also seat handle wasnt possible to lower

Ulemper: Boarding process could have been smoother

Ulemper: The only reason this flight was not excellent is my bag was left in Helsinki and not transferred with final flight leg to Manchester

Fordeler: Crew wasn’t on the top of their game, food was ok, entertainment was bad, old movies, poor selection.

Ulemper: I expected more from airlines lake Austrian.

Ulemper: Flight entertainment was not fully functional. Many films would not play. The meal was also particularly bad - all three options that were available (chicken, pasta and vegetarian curry). Flight attendants often seemed very rushed.

Fordeler: The food was good and many entertaining movies.

Ulemper: When first boarding the airplane and sitting in my assigned seat. There was terrible smell, the smell of vomit. I notified a crew member and she used a fragrance spray to help.

Fordeler: Staff were helpful, pleasant, and attentive. Really appreciated that due to the length of my layover in Doha, I was given a hotel room - which I hadn't asked for, and which Qatar Airlines personnel told me I might be able to get, and then arranged or me. That's excellent service!

Ulemper: I wish NO ONE's seat tipped back - space is already tight, and if everyone just stayed in their own space rather than tipping seats aback, everyone would have more room! Once the person in front has leaned their seat back, it's impossible to really use the tray, which is pretty frustrating.

Fordeler: Everything- leg space, crew were great, relaxed atmosphere, great entertainment systems

Ulemper: Nothing

Ulemper: Train staff to be more responsive to customersn need

Fordeler: The seat were comfortable.

Ulemper: Crew was cold and and very matter of fact. The food was very so-so. The food items have to be purchased other the food trays served unlike Turkish Airlines and Kuwaiti Airlines.

Ulemper: More comfortable seats.

Ulemper: 30 min delay !

Fordeler: Got us there safely

Ulemper: Fight delayed more than an hour, much of that time we sat on a bus. Plane arrived late at the starting airport.

Ulemper: Would have been nice if you didn't have to pay for the soft drink.

Ulemper: Our tickets had been cancelled when we got to the airport. Had to purchase new ones. Now we have to fight to get reimbursed. Not happy

Fordeler: Great newer plane, great service!

Ulemper: Departure time was almost 2 hours late and the communication of the cabin crew regarding this issue was poor. Almost an hour went by without an update.

Fordeler: The entire experience was amazing that gives me a broader scope to choose from when selecting flights to Europe. The most amazing part was the attentiveness of the staff. Exemplary!!!!!

Ulemper: For me this part is not applicable

Ulemper: Really hard to get boarding passes online

Fordeler: Reclinable seats.

Ulemper: The food!! The lights could be dimmed as it was a night flight.

Fordeler: Usual faultless KLM experience

Fordeler: economy plus seats were nice, great movie selection, especially international movies

Ulemper: crew was not friendly, i had to ask for water many times, usually water person walk the aisle. food was terrible. other carriers food were better

Fordeler: Seats were okay. Nothing else was. This is by far the worst premium economy cabin I've encountered.

Ulemper: Most airlines provide more and better amenities in coach than Norwegian did in premium economy. No pillow. Amenity kit. No food, other than two small boxed lunches with tiny portions. Lousy movie selection. Oh, and customer service sucks.

Ulemper: first flight with Norwegian Air . We flew from LAto Rome business class direct . The boarding process was awful being shuttled from a crowded boarding area to a building with a long walk to board .There was no Business class boarding . The seats are very uncomfortable, no pillows, no amenity bags

Ulemper: Insufficient staff to check people in. Over 1 hour delay; no updates were made to the flight boards on the airport. No complementary food or water was provided on this 9.5 hour flight. Landing was bumpy and nerve-wracking.

Ulemper: I missed this flight due to the previous connecting flight being delayed

Ulemper: The plane was an oven for 30 minutes, while we waited for the engine to be turned on, wrost flight experience ever

Fordeler: Pretty comfortable seats, nice to have blanket/pillow/eye mask/earplugs for overnight flight. Good entertainment choices.

Ulemper: Boarding was terrible - the terminal is overcrowded, and people are crammed at the bottom of an escalator which is extremely dangerous. We needed to take a bus to the plane which is very unusual for an international flight.

Fordeler: The service por a 85 years old was poor

Fordeler: The was knowledgeable, but customer acumen sucks.

Ulemper: The crew does not acknowledge the passengers. Even when one the crew member was pushing a shopping cart down the aile with the Merchandise for people to purchase, she was just in such a hurry to avoid passengers.

Ulemper: Seats were a bit uncomfortable...but what do you expect after an 11 hour and 20 minute flight?

Ulemper: Fewer fat peasants with too much hand luggage. Seriously, control the hand luggage before people bring it aboard.

Fordeler: I like everything about this airline... from the ticket prices, to their membership in Star Alliance, to their awesome customer service.

Fordeler: Yes!

Ulemper: Entertainment Systems are old, low-resolution and difficult to view & operate compared to, say, A380 aircraft. Some did not work. Seats were cramped. One recliner was broken. Cabin crew smiled less. African legs should not have lower quality of equipment and service than other legs.
