Tuve un cobro extra por equipaje tal que al parecer no tenían las mismas condiciones que Ryanair, pero esto no fue informado con claridad. No fue posible hacer el check-in, enviaron información muy tarde y alemán, no entendí nada

Fordeler: Crew were good. Boarding seemed to be good. When we eventually got going the flight was good and very quick (35mins)

Ulemper: We sat on the plane for 1 hour without moving anywhere as there was a discrepancy with the numbers they thought they had and the list (or something). When we were cleared for take off we then had to get in a massive queue before we could leave.

Fordeler: The prices were ok. I’m short (5,4) so I can’t complain about the leg space. The cabin crew were pleasant, I can’t say the same about al the workers in the airport, ruining your mood before a holiday is slack - especially after

Ulemper: Not all of your staff are polite, I’m not sure if it is because we were in a country that does not accept or respect people of “colour” but I could see that there was definitely a heavy line of different treatment to other races - sadly from a very well known brand. I did feel the luggage prices were slightly tacky, and extra for on cabin prices. Also, cleanliness is clearly not a priority for all either.

Fordeler: Nothing. I never took a flight so bad in my life.

Ulemper: They could have another line to the people that couldn’t make check-in online, but they prefere to charge you a amount of $55,00 euros. Me and my husband tried to do the check-in online but the system was out off service and than when we tried again, 2 hour before departure, it was no possible

Ulemper: One Toilet for a full plane with 150 passengers....

Ulemper: The passage through Riga airport was terrifying. We arrived from St. Petersburg 6.35 and we left 7.20 to Paris (passengers in transit). We explained at the checkpoint that we had a few minutes, but they controlled us several times until we had to throw several liquid items. In St. Petersburg they had already controlled us, without problems. In short: a sad experience in Riga, which does not speak well of this country: Latvia.

Fordeler: My husband was on a business trip and his company booked him in business class. Economy was overbooked they cave me a free upgrade so I could sit with him!

Ulemper: Cost of extra bag. Also size limit for overhead carryon

Ulemper: Entertainment system is dated. Screens froze often, were not very touch sensitive and the sound was pretty bad (on mine, would only provide sound to one ear, so I had to turn up other bc of poor quality and ended up w a headache.) Also, bathrooms were gross; ran out of paper and floors were "soiled"

Fordeler: Crew was perfectly fine.

Ulemper: Departure time was delayed due to over crowding in Zurich airport. Info on connecting flights and transfer requirements was insufficient, no offer to help those with tight connections, e.g., by trying to seat them at front of plane or help them get off faster. Missed connecting flight as a result!!

Ulemper: Swiss Air from Athens to Zurich stellar—excellent service, seating, food—but left one hour late due to air traffic. Nearly missed connecting Edelweiss flight—and that flight was just terrible. Passengers behind me constantly kicking, pulling my seat—wouldn’t allow me to put seat in recline position.

Fordeler: The boarding procedure was much more organized than the previous flight.

Ulemper: They served fish on board, and the odor stuck around for awhile.

Fordeler: The food served was really good (bacalhau), and the crew very friendly.

Ulemper: The boarding in Lisbon was a total disaster: no control of lines, unprepared staff, very confusing and slow. The airplane was very uncomfortable: very small seats, almost no reclining of chairs, very warm inside. Horrible flight!

Ulemper: The comfort onboard (A320) is not good: not reclining chairs, no entertainment, and horrible snack.

Ulemper: The flight could have been on time. not only was the plane late arriving, but then the didn't take off for another hour! have never flown an airline that refuses to take off because of a little rain.... :-(

Ulemper: Was really a great experience from start to finish.

Fordeler: Brussels Airlines crew

Fordeler: The seat was quite comfortable, the crew was great, and the food was actually pretty good.

Ulemper: Going through customs and an additional security check prior to boarding was the worst. It caused the flight to depart 15 minutes late.

Fordeler: I paid extra to allocate seat upon booking. When I went to check in I was asked to pay for seats again. We then had to sit separately. Upon boarding we were asked to pay £25 each for our hand luggage - even though we fly every month with Ryanair back and forth and have never paid before. Rude staff

Ulemper: Staff could be taught customer service skills. and stop taking more and more money off people but advertise as cheap flights because they arent. We have vowed never to use Ryan air again.

Ulemper: Check In- as the airport was so busy, I nearly missed my flight due to queuing in lines for long times and poor communication form airport staff as to priority boarding etc

Ulemper: Could of been on time. I missed my connection and it cost me 1000’s. Worst airline ever.

Ulemper: Food was not offered. Boarding was chaotic. Took off later than expected because of the chaotic boarding.

Ulemper: The plane was extremely dirty, almost disgusting!

Fordeler: Courteous crew, polite and knowledge. Just wish they wouldn't talk so fast over the tannoy! :-)

Ulemper: To find a way to enforce people to only put their baggage in the compartments above their own seats. If i choose a front-row seat, I find that other passengers have filled the compartment despite sitting nowhere near the front. Given that you pay the most money for front-row/extra leg room seats...

Fordeler: MAN-MUC & MUC-CPH via LH. Business class. LH Businesss class is middle seat of 3 is empty and larger amounts of baggage plus you have access to lounges. Both planes flew and arrived reasonably on time, which is what I look for.And I got all the Business Class extras.

Ulemper: Security at Manchester was very slow - long enough make me ill from standing in one place too long. But then I was well looked after. The meals on both flights were identical; I don't think it can be a big problem to correct that. I took a long time to get accepted by the WiFi in the two lounges.

Fordeler: Got to ride on a Boeing 747 Intercontinental!

Ulemper: It’s hard to give a good review when the first of three flights is an hour late. Made me and my wife run through Frankfurt airport to make my connection. Only made it by 2 minutes. Frankfurt security was super slow and no one cares.

Fordeler: No delays.

Ulemper: The entertainment monitors were SUPER laggy with response. Image quality wasn't great.

Ulemper: Many delays boarding plane. No entertainment at all on a flight longer than 3 hours is insane. Flight crew are great, though.

Fordeler: The crew was very friendly.

Ulemper: No wifi on a 9 hour flight. Takes a long time to get another round of coffee.

Ulemper: First class bathroom could have been cleaner and wider - very narrow, hard to maneuver

Ulemper: I think more attention should be paid to cleaning the plane and eeek, there was no liqueur in economy class. Music selection in entertainment should be wider too

Ulemper: I felt like I was always being sold something throughout the Ryanair experience. It’s too much.

Fordeler: The crew was efficient in everything it did.

Ulemper: THe seats are cramped and we spent the entire two hour flight listening to the flight crew trying to sell: alcohol, cigarettes, scratch off tickets, and duty free items. I’m not taking a plane to go shopping, and the fact that we were asked to buy 4 different types of items in 2 hours was excessive.

Fordeler: I have flown to hk with Cathay and American exclusively. I wanted to try Finnair because the price was very good for business. I now know why. The food is mediocre. The staff aren’t friendly or attentive. At $2700 it’s cheap compared to CX and AA but I know why now.

Ulemper: Service, staff and food.

Ulemper: The only reason this flight was not excellent is my bag was left in Helsinki and not transferred with final flight leg to Manchester

Fordeler: It was the best flight I’ve ever had. Friendly, polite and very careful crew. It was very pleasant to be on board. Clean, nice climate control, no any smell. The food was tasty and on time, the beverages were widely presented from juices to red and white wine or beer...so The time passed quickly

Ulemper: Only the other trip by air with Finair

Ulemper: Flight was too noisy, There were three Spanish couples with children that did not cared about other passengers, leaving their children running about, and changing places among themselves, shouting, and annoying others. The airline should impose rules for these types of passengers.

Ulemper: Long queue to check in bags Only one guy at the desk to do it... Plane delayed hour and a half. Minimal communication.

Ulemper: Price of snacks is a rip-off. Seating is cramped.

Ulemper: Could not checkin on website for 2 days We were charged 60 Euros late checkin fee at airport.

Fordeler: New seats and new walls, didnt shake like last flight. No loose parts.

Ulemper: It was deleyed and made me miss my connection bus which was the second to last one. So if id miss it id have to pay 150 euro instead of 12 euro to get to my destination.

Ulemper: Eveything was making cracking noise.. walls, chairs, windows, floor etc.. and we flew in to a thunderstorm that could have been avoided if we took a slower root.. but they rather risk ut than being a little bit late... The windows were white and grey sue to the rainy clouds and then super brigth as lightnings struck.. the plane was shaking like crazy...

Ulemper: The flight from Copenhagen to Brussels was delayed without explanation for nearly an hour. I managed to make my connection to Frankfurt, but my luggage did not. I’m hoping it will arrive today.

Fordeler: Nothing! We’re still in Baltimore

Ulemper: Brussels air cancelled our flight and didn’t rebook us on another until 25 hours later- so we lost a whole day of our trip. They were supposed to email me confirmation of the new flight and did not- I had to finally call Lufthansa to get it.

Fordeler: The crew was fabulous

Ulemper: We had a crying baby onboard for the entire flight. I found it difficult to sleep as a result but understand this was outside the control of the airline. A bit more legroom would have been nice but I booked economy so again that was on me.

Ulemper: The offered an upgrade to bid on. I did and was rewarded one for the 4 of us. It turned out that the seats were exactly like every other seat on the plane in size. They did provide free drinks and a well used towel. When you ask to be paid for an upgrade you should be clear what that really is.

Ulemper: Airplane was very hot when boarding and didn’t cool down till about 20 minutes before landing.

Ulemper: Very unorganised, one person checking in luggage, long queues, two flights mixed together. The boarding gate was really badly organised, passengers being held in a very small space to wait for a bus, the buses were late. Priority boarding wasn’t being checked so everyone was being sent through into the holding space which was about 3 metres by 7 metres standing room only. The plane was late.

Ulemper: I did not check in online and was charged a huge fee, 55 euro to be exact. It would have been a nice reminder from the airline to have emailed with reminder to do so and what kind of fee I would be expecting to pay if I did not check in. Very ridiculous and rude customer service.
