Ulemper: JFK line for plane departure was very long. Is it political?

Fordeler: Crew was great, seat was comfortable, adequate legroom.

Ulemper: Children should be located in one area of the cabin, so they don't disturb all other travelers.

Fordeler: Very friendly staff, good meals, and movie selections.

Ulemper: There were no air vents available to control air flow. It was a bit warm at times.

Fordeler: Crew was attentive and nice. Timeliness of meals and service was nice. Boarding process was efficient.

Ulemper: First time I’ve traveled that I may have preferred an economy ticket instead of my premium economy seat. It was like sitting in a rock hard shell. Seat does not recline but rather slides forward slouching you down and hurting your back the second you move the seat, let alone 11 hours of sitting.

Fordeler: Flight arrived on time

Ulemper: No food provided "due to a strike the previous day". Not sure why this would impact on providing a sandwich or snack particularly when champagne was still available for first class passengers.

Ulemper: Seats in economy section are very close together . There is not enough room for knees...especially for such a long trip.

Ulemper: Squawking brats the whole 10.5 hours of the trip to IAD.

Ulemper: The screen to manage in-flight entertainment was not very responsive and live tv was cutting out constantly

Ulemper: The seats are uncomfortable and for a 9 hour flight food should be included and headphones was very in shock international flight had non of the above

Fordeler: The crew was a group of Thai Nationals, and they were very snarky with us, not at all courteous. Maybe they didn't know what customer satisfaction means?

Ulemper: Delays were not communicated at all. Plane was very old with no seat back entertainment or in flight magazine. A large piece of the plane fell off on takeoff and hit a passenger in the head. The crew tried to jam it back in place but it was obvious it would not stay put. It fell off two more times.

Ulemper: I think more attention should be paid to cleaning the plane and eeek, there was no liqueur in economy class. Music selection in entertainment should be wider too

Fordeler: From Doha to lax my assigned seat was 20K and some Isidore changed it before I arrived to Doha. Then I called in to get another window seat and likely got 29K. When entering the aircraft another moron changed to to 38E. I’m so definitely getting my refund for this customer service/ flight !

Ulemper: - The plane was set to a freezing temperature all the time made it really uncomfortable flight for most of the passengers. - Etihad mostly runs short of veggie food and passengers are asked to go for non veg option. Not cool.

Fordeler: Friendly crew and ground crew worked VERY quickly and efficiently to deal with a broken plane and switch us all rather seamlessly to a replacement plane. Impressive.

Ulemper: Rerouted thru LA and I have filled in all the challenges faced in previous review.

Ulemper: Overbooked flights led to a missed connection resulting in a 12 hour layover

Fordeler: the crew was courteous and did their best to address problems that were beyond their control. alcoholic beverages are free.

Ulemper: the light and most of the screen features did not work in our seats. I have encountered this problem before. this is a long and expensive flight for this stuff not to work. the food (special meal, asian vegetarian) was an awful, undistinguishable mush--poor presentation and dubious nutritional value

Fordeler: Seats were super comfortable, bigger than most planes with extra leg room. Food was excellent and fresh, amazing Dutch cheese sampler was divine. No nonsense staff who had all connecting flight info on hand when we arrived in Abu Dhabi. KLM staff were friendly and efficient. Fabulous airline.

Fordeler: Pretty comfortable seats, nice to have blanket/pillow/eye mask/earplugs for overnight flight. Good entertainment choices.

Ulemper: Boarding was terrible - the terminal is overcrowded, and people are crammed at the bottom of an escalator which is extremely dangerous. We needed to take a bus to the plane which is very unusual for an international flight.

Fordeler: I had a nice exit row seat and the plane had a good selection of entertainment.

Ulemper: flights were delayed significantly and in Tbilisi the staff did not show up until about 10 minutes before the plane was supposed to depart. Crew had not been inside the new airport and could not answer questions about transfers.

Ulemper: No one came with drink carts until halfway through the flight. I was very hungry, never offered food. Boarding was late but no communication from staff.
