Ulemper: "We couldn't check in for the next flight when we departed from Oslo. Disappointed we had to wait until arriving in Frankfurt. Something about not being partner airlines."

Fordeler: "On a flight from Oslo to Germany to Charlotte, we only had 55 minutes to connect in Germany. Lufthansa held our plane due to their error in some runway and docking issues and we, as well as 25 other were escorted to our connection by Lufthansa staff. Excellent customer service even though it was their fault. They just did the right thing and did it well."
Ulemper: "I would have expected that there be much more time for gate connections. If you have ever been in the Munich airport, it is very large and navigation takes time.."

Fordeler: "Our flight from Frankfort to Munich was late. Luftansa sent a representative to our flight to make sure we and others from our flight got on to the flight to Charlotte. How awesome! Plane needs more leg room."

Ulemper: "Plane transfer and customs at Frankfort were the worst I have ever encountered. Had to go so far between the two gates that had the flight from Seattle not been 30 minutes early and the plane to Barcelona posted as 10 minutes later than originally stated, we would have missed the connecting flight."

Fordeler: "After so many domestic flights of being shuffled around and interacting with flight attendants that seem to not like their jobs much and passenger's are just an annoyance, flying abroad on Luftansa was quite a different experience! The flight attendants were polished, professional, and actually wanted to provide a service. Their interactions made me feel like I was cared about and that they wanted my unique needs to be met. This made a 10 hour flight an enjoyable experience which I certainly didn't anticipate."

I just had come off 20hrs of travel. Phone on mute. No e mail. Now they say will deliver this evening - but no time slot so another wasted vacation day waiting for them to get their act together. Why can't they call/text me with a 30 minute window."

Ulemper: "The seat design at exit rows. The pouch is too far away. Made me leave my tablet behind bc it was too far. Nothing of significance to complain about. It was overall, a great flight and safety was put ahead of everything. Well done."

Ulemper: "KLM needs to upgrade the entertainment. It was very hard to see the images on the screen. The planes that KLM uses are old and they sure need to be upgraded."

Ulemper: "Nothing good to say about this flight. The plane was old with no entertainment. The sits where very compact and not comfortable at all. The food was a sweet bread and water. The flight attendants were rushing and will take a while if you needed anything. I felt like I was taking a bus with graffiti all over the place."

Ulemper: "After more than two hours of delay... Initially the flight takes off was at 8:35... Then 21:20... Then 21:50... Then 22:10. Finally we took off at 22:40... Refund our money klm..."

Ulemper: "This airplane must be the oldest in the fleet. No USB, no charging, no touchscreen technology, no plugs, no bluetooth."

Fordeler: "Pretty basic one hour flight so there's not much to complain about or praise about. I got some sleep which was good."
Ulemper: "The crew had their general Dutch aloofness on form. Chatted to one of the stewardesses in Dutch up until she saw I had a British passport then she decided she could only speak English to me."

Fordeler: "Flight crew was pleasant and attentive. Seats were comfortable for economy as well. We were allowed to check in extra baggage for free at check in which really helped since we would be catching a connecting flight in Amsterdam"

Ulemper: "The leg room on the long flight was less than I would have wished and it was particularly bad when the person in front put their seat back. this was a day time flight and it would have been good to have a bit more room to use a laptop."

Fordeler: "The very dirty plane was cleaned at Dar-es-salaam and became less dirty. The pilot kept us updated periodically through the flight. The flight attendants were very pleasant."
Ulemper: "The plane was very dirty when we landed in Dar-es-salaam. The plane did get cleaned a little bit in Dar-es-salaam however I was still missing a pillow and blanket which I had to actively seek out. Seating was not very comfortable as there was a box attached to the leg of the seat in front of me, making it necessary to keep my feet at an uncomfortable angle through the long flight. I did not enjoy the food."

Fordeler: "It was so easy to board and I had no inconvenience. It took 4 minutes from when I said goodbye to my family till when I was at the front of the gate."

Ulemper: "Flight from Amsterdam was 2 hours late. Caused me to miss connection on train from London to Leeds which then cost me 124 pounds to rebook. No information was forthcoming at all at the airport and there were 3 different departure times given. Absolute chaos. The airline is a joke"

Ulemper: "Perhaps a little more communication about delayed flights. Even though passengers were asked to let connecting passengers through at disembarking, it was still very difficult. Perhaps back stairs to the plane as well as front would have helped."

Fordeler: "Everyone I interacted with from SAS was very nice and very polite. Smooth, short flight. Bags came down pretty quickly. The coffee on the plane was better than in my hotel in Edinborough!"
Ulemper: "I didn't realize that even though I am an international traveler, I had to pay for baggage for this short flight. And since I didn't realize it, I didn't purchase it online, which doubled the price at the airport :-( also, and this is not the fault of the airline, the security line is ridiculously slow because at least 50% of the passengers get shunted to a single line because the screener saw something odd."

Ulemper: "All airplanes are 2 Noisy. (Of course this is not the fault of SAS). I use noise canceling headphones that helps a lot. EBut the background noise level always strikes me as too much!"

I was advised that a change was possible, but that with penalties and taxes, it would amount to MORE than the price of the ticket. Hell of a way to run a railroad!....speaking of railroads, that gives me an idea for when we reschedule!!"

Ulemper: "The flight to Stockholm was late which made it stressful to make my connection to Seattle. However the SAS agent I talked to was very helpful."

Fordeler: "I would have like to have more options and live news an sporting activities on the flight."

Ulemper: "The flight was delayed so that could improve. There were no entertainment options. It was a short flight but at least they should have a audio channel or something."

Ulemper: "The plane was delayed 20 minutes, then another 20 minutes, then another 20 minutes, ended up leaving over an hour late"

Fordeler: "The one glass of white wine I was served was delicious. Crew was friendly. Food was surprisingly elaborate for a short flight."
Ulemper: "Boarding process a bit chaotic. The process started before they were ready to let us on the plane. My special meal was forgotten until after meal service. They skipped our row for beverage service and there was nothing served prior to the meal."

Fordeler: "Self checkin, there was no line and things moved quickly."
Ulemper: "Flight was almost an hour late because the boarding process was so slow. They took forever and then literally bussed us to the other side of the airport to the budget carrier side, which wasted more time. Was a bit of a joke really. Served seafood snack, not everyone eats seafood."

Fordeler: "Nothing went wrong so it is good enough for me"

Ulemper: "There wasn't food or entertainment. Might want to add NA as an option in those categories"

Fordeler: "Really nice crew, good food and wine, very attentive and accommodating. I’m used to flying spirit and Norwegian and this was a huge upgrade, though there’s not much in flight entertainment. Definitely good and cheap. Will fly again."

Ulemper: "Flight was over an hour late, and they would not let us take our carry-on luggage on the flight even though there was plenty of room in the overhead compartments, which caused us to miss our return flight home overseas. No customer service desk at the airport. Ended up costing hundreds of dollars more to book another flight home."

Fordeler: "Our flight was late, so we missed our connecting flight to Barcelona, but TAP had already rebooked us on a different flight and had boarding passes all printed out. Good Job."

Ulemper: "We were delayed 1.5 hours. Had to sprint and almost missed my connecting flight."

Ulemper: "Very cramped seating; rude baggage handlers; bad system for boarding"

Ulemper: "The attendant who checked me in at the Porto airport was very rude and sarcastic. At the gate they said the flight would be delayed half an hour, however they just called us to start boarding a half an hour after the flight was expected to leave. At that time the passengers of the previous flight were just starting to leave the plane so everyone that was about to board then had to stand in the freezing cold tunnel way with all of our bags for another 20 minutes while the previous passengers got off. There was no food or any beverage other than water offered on the flight."

Fordeler: "Staff was friendly and somewhat helpful, they were able to offer some compensation and hotel."
Ulemper: "I was placed on standby for my flight and ultimately did not get a seat. It took two hours to get a new flight sorted out and it didn't leave for 2 days. A massively inconvenient experience as I had a conference to attend and missed two days."

Fordeler: "The plane was new, clean, and spacious. The staff was mostly helpful and friendly,"

Ulemper: "Flight from Porto to Lisbon was late. We almost didn't make our flight from Lisbon to Barcelona. Our luggage didn't make the connection."

Ulemper: "We had to pay for a check in luggage fee. Then flight was delayed for about an hour. The gate number change so we had to keep on checking to see what gate it was to be. They keeping on changing the delayed time so it end up being nearly two hours before we got on the plane. I was very disappointed that we didn't get where we needed to be on time. Our hour and 45 minute flight end up just wasting time waiting for the plane. They could of at least refund our check in bag fee for the inconvenient."

Fordeler: "Stay away from TAP. I wish the people at the counter were just rude - they were tormenting us and lying to me about my luggage. When they found out I insisted on not checking my bag, they told me they would "keep it" in the meantime. Turned out they went ahead and threw the bag onto the plane. We ended up having to go find it at lost and found. They initially told me it was going to only take 5-10 mins to retrieve my luggage, but then 40 mins passed and still nothing. My poor mom had to wait by the empty belt - and boarding started and the luggage still wasn't there. They forced us to pay 35 euros (it's principle, not the money) when their policy said nothing about it when I booked it on the website. My mom was in tears and I had the worst few hours of my life. TAP - you are disgusting. It takes a lot for me to be upset but you really did everything out of your way to make us suffer. Even told us we might have to miss our flight. You put a huge dent on my trip."

Fordeler: "New plane. Great service."
Ulemper: "Seats are very small. No entertainment system."

Fordeler: "Very efficient and friendly crew and boarding personnel"
Ulemper: "This time we got one of the older plane desperately needing some updating Old style entertainment system"

Ulemper: "...do I really have to say anything else? I'm in a foreign country, jet lagged, and still wearing the clothes I've been marinating through multiple time zones. I'm not happy at all with this flight, and over 12 hours later, I feel disgusting, and my first day in Barcelona has been miserable because of it. I place all of the blame on the Lisbon connecting terminal. I am not happy."

Fordeler: "The plane was really comfortable and clean with plenty of legroom, and the staff friendly."

Ulemper: "the second flight was late by 30 min."

Fordeler: "We were shuttled to the plane then the plane wasn't ready, so the bus took us back. We just stood on the bus by the gate for a good 20min. Then went back to the plane again. This time it was ready for boarding. I don't understand why they took us if the plane was ready. Once we were there why did we go back to the gate again?? Get it together TAP. My first and only experience and it wasn't a good one."

Ulemper: "I purchased this ticket 4 months prior to flying....traveled half way around the world and the flight was oversold. I was bumped and left with people meeting in another country waiting for no one to show up. Go to hell TAP Portugal Airlines."

Ulemper: "The crew was rude, after 5 hours they seemed annoyed when I asked for water and gave me half a cup after I had just finished vomitting due to all the swaying of the aircraft. While we were landing, we came over the runway maybe 100 feet off the ground then jetted back up and circled around the airport for 20 minutes before landing horribly...with NO explaination. Everyone started vomitting because the landing (both times) were so horrible. Our first flight was late, we landed when the second was 'closing the doors', they never updated the monitors or informed the crew that the second plane was also delayed (by over an hour), so we rushed through customs and ran through the airport only to discover they hadn't even started boarding yet, even though the screen said it had departed. Completely disorganized."

Ulemper: "Everything!"

Fordeler: "Rakk ikke flytoget, fordi det gikk FØR det sto at det skulle gå. Ble derfor for sein til flyet.."

Ulemper: "I changed seats with another passenger and I had preordered food. After telling this to 4 crew members, they still kept delivering my food to the wrong seat. I ordered vegetarian, so I got my food before everyone and then they kept forgetting to serve me drinks and coffee and so many other things."

Ulemper: "Legroom. Complimentary coffee."

Fordeler: "Supert at den sure passasjeren i midten flyttet seg til kjente annet sted i flyet. Hun var sur fordi jeg hadde plass C som hun ville ha, jeg ba henne flytte seg til sin plass på en høflig måte. Det er en grunn til at jeg reserverer på forhånd."
Ulemper: "Maten var under enhver kritikk. Helt ihjelkokt i microen. Det som skulle være broccoli var blitt en grønngul gugge. Gulrøtter uten substans, og til slutt mørt kjøtt. Men alt for salt. Åja, glemte fløtepotetene. De var så mye varmet at den var brun og tørr helt igjennom."

Ulemper: "Alt for varierende temperatur ombord. Det gikk fra iskaldt til kjempevarmt flere ganger. To runder iskaldt og to med kjempevarme. Det må vel kunne gjøres noe med?"

Ulemper: "Avgangen var avlåst slik at vi ikke hadde noe sted å sitte ned mens vi ventet på avgang"

Ulemper: "None of the staff could tell me which gate number it the flight was due to an error in number switching, causing me to go through security check 3 TIMES over 3 HOURS which ruined my experience and put me in an aggravated mood! Crew spoke without empathy & redirected their anger of gate errors at me!"

Ulemper: "They didn’t let anyone check in online. So there was a huge line of people all trying to check in at one time and caused a problem for other ticket desks in the area. If they just let you check in online like every other airline it would have been more seamless and saved everyone a lot of time."

Ulemper: "Pretty good cheap filthy on the 787 Dreamliner!"

Fordeler: "planes are brand new and for the price (under $500.00) from Stockholm to NY it's a steal - but...…."
Ulemper: "same point !We booked a trip from Stockholm to NY. Got to the airport and the baggage fee was quite high, but i was ok paying it since i didn't prepay online- my mistake. BUT then i was told since the plane was stopping at Oslo we had to pay ANOTHER SET OF LUGGAGE FEES !!!! I said, no you must be mistaken, there is no way you can charge me for two trips just because your plane is making a stop! They insisted and rather than fight and get thrown out of the airport i am disputing with my credit card company, but it can't possibly be legal. $690.00 fees !"

Fordeler: "Well organized; staff are very competent; flight was uneventful."
Ulemper: "Snacks and drinks all cost extra, even water."

Ulemper: "They lost our bags in the transfer and did not even offer water on the flight!"

Ulemper: "I was in seat 33F. My husband & I were sitting together, boarded together, yet we were sent down different isles of the plane to board even though we asked to go the same direction. This made us arrive at our seats at different times & made stowing our luggage above rushed, awkward and harder to do. Not a good start considering we are both in our mid 60's. This may have been due to the crew being overwhelmed due to circumstances caused by the airport making us all late in boarding the plane all at once. Also, it was a late flight & there was constant noise from the galley making it hard to try to get any sleep. We were very happy that the crew got along so well but some of the conversations could have been at lower decibles."

Fordeler: "God plass, gode seter og hyggelig service."
Ulemper: "Middag var kun 1 av tre alternativer igjen når de kom til nest bakerste seteraden. Dette er litt for dårlig med tanke på premium bilettprisen. De løste det ved å hente mat fra lowfare cabinen og det etter at de hadde servert alle på premium."

Fordeler: "New 787. 9 hr. flight. Seating in Economy. Was one of the best 9 hour flights I have experienced in some time. Only issue not having a better seat. A bit tight. But, for cost of fare it was ok. All else fine. Yes, many comforts cost. But, that is standard for many lower cost airlines. We have been using Norwegian Air for several years now. Already looking to book several long-haul flights w NA. Delays in boarding aircraft seemed to be security. Not NA"
Ulemper: "At times, the cabin staff seemed a bit slow. Otherwise, I have no complaints."

Ulemper: "Only 2 bathrooms were working during most of the flight which is not enough to accommodate everyone’s need"

Fordeler: "Dinner meal was great, morning meal of sandwich and stale cinnamon roll not so good,"

Ulemper: "Something to drink and some peanuts are an inexpensive way for you to not look so cheap and money-grubbing."

Fordeler: "Worst ever. Never recommend to anyone."
