Really nice service reps! Liked them a lot, the guys were very friendly and pleasant.
Loved the idea that I could select a hot snack. The photo showed a delicious looking piece of pizza and when I asked to confirm whether it was indeed pizza, I was told yes. Instead I got a large hot pocket with questionable cheese. It was pretty unappetizing seeing that it was heated in a plastic wrap. I really did not want to eat it but was famished. I did not get what was sold to me.
Also no video screens for such a long flight
We arrived in destination airport intact.
Airplane was in awful state of disrepair. Literally nothing worked. Starting with overhead compartments that got jarred loose to the non-functional entertainment system to the reading lights, which didn't work (and to make matters worse they turned lights off). They didn't even try to hide that they don't care - some of the seats were off color! Clearly recycled from some aircraft junkyard!
The screen to watch movies and TV on every seat is the best

They will give you a small cup of water for free if you ask for it but they don't let you know that.
SAS generally has better planes and more space than most airlines especially in economy class. Seats were comfortable, not too tight. Food was good. Most SAS planes are really nice and new. On this flight they had a problem and had to use one of their older planes. It was still pretty nice, but the entertainment system on the older plane was a little dated.

I have used Kayak for years without issue. This time I was flying SAS for the first time. The plane broke and so that was the first huge delay SAS had terrible customer service. They reminded me several times that I was not a preferred customer and that I had bought my ticket through kayak. This is the reason they gave for lack of help. It was frustrating to say the least. I’m not sure how they expect to gain repeat customers if they treat first time customers like that.
Loved the service. Nice small plane. Very easy boarding. This is a quick inter-city flight. The plane is small and agile. It did some pretty nimble turns and sharp banking that might be a little too exciting for some.
Food had only vegetarian choices. No charging place and ambiance was noisy
Seats were very comfortable, food was excellent, the staff was very nice, cabin was quite and roomy.
No outlets to charge digital devices, and need more bathrooms on board. I was able to sleep most of the 11 hour flight so I did not take advantage of the entertainment.
Comfort was better than on the previous Dash-8. Food was OK.
Despised the cold temperature and cold draft in world business even with all vents shut off...gave me a head cold. Boarding was disorganized. There was no sense of direction; ergo, everyone was jumping in.
Easy flight; loved the crew and their friendly customer service. Great food, kept everyone hydrated and fed.
The movie options, as well as music and TV options were limited. There were no electrical outlets.
Seats were comfortable and there was enough room for hand baggage. I slept during the flight so do not have opinion on entertainment.
Not able to charge my digital devices. When serving beverages and food, the same flight attendant missed me a few times. That was annoying but other attendants were very nice.

THEY MADE ME CHECK MY STROLLER! I had to roam the airport with a baby in my arms while struggling to drag the baby's food and my carryon around! They didn't return the stroller for customs or anything. This was so insensitive. Additionally, nothing was showing on the screens, they could have at least kept the screensavers or flight path displayed.

Free WiFi in flight
Seat size was decent, not like us airlines, there’s actually space for you knees.
Boarding was not organized at all. I was sitting in the front yet I got in almost at the end and barely was able to find a place for my handbags. Ut took way too long and people had to stand for a long time to board. Crew members were not up to par either. I had my earphones and was watching a movie and feel asleep. And everytime one them passes by, they will knock me awake. I was extremely tired and tried hard to sleep yet they kept waking me up every time one of them passes by, no matter how skinny they were! Totally unprofessional.
Passengers should be notified of the process of changing airplanes at Vienna. What a nightmare. We were scheduled for 50 minutes between flights. Not really enough. If we were aware of what was required it may have helped, however the distance we had to walk was rather extreme.
Generally very pleasant flight
You sold wrong tickets to customers. I booked economy tickets but I got Econony lite ticket. Had to pay extra charges. You shouldn’t make money to sell lower class tickets as regular.
