Great location. Easy to walk to Harbor front, CN tower, Aquarium and more. All just 5 mins walk away, great for kids of all ages.
Location was terrific Hotel system was down at check Iin. So didn't get to room until later. Ordered a cab for 5 people, 5 hours before we needed it and it didn't arrive. Staff ran around blaming others, but still no cab arrived for 5 people. 20 minutes later, we ended up taking two cabs. Next day (Sunday) we asked for a late check out of 1 pm (only an hour after regular checkout time). They said no, we could have until 12:30 only. The price of the room far exceeds the services provided.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was big and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Staff was competent and very friendly. Concierge helped me several times and obtained discounted tickets to Aquarium and Hockey Hall of Fame. Hotel overlooks railway and train noise started early in the morning and was clearly heard in the rooms-go street side. No refrigerator or minibar in the room and no movies on TV.
Love this hotel. Perfect location. Comfortable beds. Staff are always friendly and super helpful.

Great location, our room was clean and nice with a beautiful view of the harbor, and staff were very friendly. The pool was nice. I would stay here again. Parking was expensive ($40.00/day for self-parking, $50.00/day for valet), extra fees to use wifi in rooms, but free in lobby. Concierge was knowledgeable about tourist attractions, but didn't know anything about the public transportation when we asked questions about it.
I booked and got charged thru Kayak,com; then I found out got charged second time by the Westin. I contacted their billing dept. and was told I will be issued the refund for the second charged. I have not received the refund for almost a week. I will contact them again if no refund or the refund is not correct. Parking fee is $50 which is expensive. .........

The hotel is modern and it has a great location. Surrounded by amazing restaurants and places of interest. The views are phenomenal and super friendly stuff.
Hotel was spotlessly clean. Room size was above average. The bed was comfy, with crisp linens. In room coffee and bottled water included. All staff encountered were friendly. New Balance gym gear rental $5/d is a great idea (I didn't use it). Parking is horrendous! The hotel entrance is undergoing renos - there is NO curbside signage to direct you to parking facilities. $50 valet and $40 off-site (over a block away), both with in/out privileges. The price came as a surprise to me as I had read $35 valet online when booking. Water pressure is lacking in bathroom sink but shower pressure was ok. Restaurant is overpriced. There was no hotel directoy or signage to indicate pool location, nor was it mentioned at check in.

Customer Service Location First impression- No soap - though housekeeping resolved issue quickly Constant noises Rm 2616. Difficult to have a restful night. Though I would give the place another chance. I believe my issues were just bad luck.
Great location right on the waterfront. Easily within walking distance to most everything. Great views from the restaurant in the south tower. Room was somewhat dated. It was still very acceptable, but due for an update sometime in the near future.

I contacted the hotel to confirm our reservation as we had booked it online a month ago and was forwarded to reservations and the lady was not helpful at all and told me the booking was for two double beds even though my statement from Kayak said 1 King bed. She was rude and didn't want to assist and instead told me she can put in a written request with the front desk for a King room but we will only get it if there is one available. She said someone would get back to me to confirm and no one did so I called the hotel again and again they put me through to reservations and I spoke to someone else who was not helpful either. The third time, I called the hotel and asked to speak to the front desk and spoke with Leonard and explained the situation and the confusion on why we were being told we could not have a king room when this is what we booked. He went above and beyond and not only did he make sure we had a king bed, it was on the 35th floor and lakefront room. It was beautiful and we had a wonderful anniversary. Thank you Leonard. The hotel staff were amazing and polite but the people working the phones for bookings, were not helpful. After dealing with the reservation staff, it put me off and made me want to cancel my reservation as I was unsure if this was a reflection of what the service would be at the hotel. I did not appreciate that the woman I spoke with to confirm my reservation told me to call Kayak to fix the problem of why it said 2 double beds in the hotel system and not King. I told her I had a confirmation email from Kayak and could forward it but she did not want to help me.
Settled into the hotel restaurant for dinner--seemed nice at first glance--only to discover that the only way for guests to use the pool facility is to enter and exit, you guessed it, right through the restaurant. Read: noisy kids, waterlogged floors, noisy commotion, did I mention noise? Yeah. Noise, lots of noise. What an incredible fail for Radisson.
We were in town for a concert and a Jay's game, the location was perfect. We love to be near the waterfront when in Toronto and this was our favorite location so far. The hotel is smaller in size which is nice, not too busy, it's clean and the staff was great. The pool area on the 5th floor is a great location to sit at night and enjoy a cocktail while people watching. We have no complaints about this hotel. A little pricey but I guess you pay for location.

Room was clean bright and comfortable, staff was professional courteous and quick. Parking was an issue, went to a ballgame and left after the game. Vehicle was left in parking lot at hotel took me over 35 minutes to exit lot. Restaurant at hotel is beautiful but not family orientated.
Great location between Ontario lake and the CN tower!
The breakfast french toast was delicious. Good downtown location. Room didn't have blackout curtains, but it did have Eastern exposure (i.e. the early sun). I think the more expensive rooms had blackout curtains, but that should be a standard feature, not one you pay more for! Bathroom didn't have a toilet-paper dispenser. Had to unroll it on my own. Nor did the shower have a full closing door- only half the shower was covered.
The location was pretty good with pretty quick access via street car to the main subway terminal. Staff was also very friendly and helpful. This is definitely not a luxury hotel. Things look nice but the hotel is old with a new coat of paint. You can tell where the renovations were done on a budget so things looked nice, but were not actually done well. In addition, the walls were paper thin. We could hear the people in the next room having a conversation. We did get the hotel for a very good rate, but there is absolutely no way the rooms are worth normal price. The hotel itself is not bad, but it is by no means 'luxury.'
Loved the full wall of windows with shutters on them in the bedroom and windows/skylights in the bathroom. Made the room so wonderfully bright in the mornings. Modern updates gave the room a high-end look and feel. Very beautiful. Very comfortable. We experienced four minor annoyances. Firstly, the fireplace (which came with a remote - pretty cool) made squeaking noises when it was on. Secondly, the mattress was overdue for a change - my side had a significant body indentation in it. Thirdly, the lower spigot in the shower was not attached to the wall - it stuck out about a foot or so into the shower. Lastly, the old tub is still in the bathroom but really just takes up space (it's a short tub, so no spa-like soaking). None were huge issues, just minor details that should be addressed.
The location was phenomenal, within walking distance of so much -- only a 10-15 walk from Air Canada Centre, a couple minutes from the Rogers Centre/aquarium/CN Tower, and just a short subway ride from the ROM and Casa Loma, etc. The restaurant behind the hotel (Amsterdam Brewhouse) was absolutely fantastic as well. The rooms were so clean and big and comfortable. It was perfect for a weekend getaway. On top of it, the staff was so friendly and helpful, making for an even better stay. The only thing I really didn't like was the fact that parking wasn't free for hotel guests (it was $21/day), but I know that it's a hotel in the downtown area of a large city, so they can't really control that/you should expect to pay for parking.

Everything was great and staff was amazing. Very clean. Great location a couple blocks from everything. Parking was a mess was told $21 dollars but credit card was charged $35
Beautiful property right in the heart of Maple Leaf square. Rooms are inviting and have a very homey feeling to them. If you're looking for a romantic getaway, this is definitely the location you should purchase.
The room was very comfortable - amazing shower and bed! Tatiana was a huge help! She pointed out great restaurants and helped us sign up for tours.
