Room was ready early For a room that cost me 400 dollars I would expect a view of the mountain. Instead I saw a view of another room. Simply a terrible value for the money.
Its location was outstanding. Close to a performing arts center, a tram, restaurants, hiking trails and Jackson with all it offered. Its swimming pool was too small.
Explore the natural environment No
We enjoyed the fine quality building (materials and design) and the pool/hot tub spa facility. The cleanliness and well kept condition of the entire lodge was a pleasure. The staff were all helpful and pleasant.
Very comfortable! Everyone was very nice. I didn't want to leave.
Overall great location, but the beds were extremely soft, needs new mattresses as well. Woke to aching backs each morning of the stay.
Great place, right next to the tram that head up to he mountain... Pool and jacuzzi were nice. Bedroom was clean and spacious. Bathroom was big, clean, with a large tub. Don't like Hidden fees... Hotel rates on your website was $159, then after tax and fees and extras came to $199, which I was aware of it when paying they your website. Then for my surprise I still had to pay an EXTRA $27 for some extras fees at the hotel. Couldn't argue neither wasted time with employees but not sure who is doing a bad job here... The hotel or kayak due to the HIDDEN FEES. Not fair.
The smell of the shampoo! One of the staff was very snippy. My view was a brick wall. The room was quite "cramped" feelingl. Having to valet park was a real pain as we were coming and going constantly. It was not nearly as open feeling as the pictures depicted.
This hotel location is great for skiing hotel staff were very accommodating and friendly. The only downside to this location is that the town of jacksonhole is 15miles away and a taxi is 35 one way from the airport and to the hotel is 60 one way and 90 one way if the hotel picks u up this is ridiculous. The taxi drivers were also rude and a complete downer's playing loud music passing cars on a two lane road at a high rate of speed hey I'm on vacation and i left LA to get away from this kinda of driving and I'm paying you to drive like this and tell me along the way how its a bad time of the year to travel to Wyoming wow thanks for the positive feed back. So my husband and i figured out how to avoid all this book a rental car at dollar car rental or thrifty before you arrive call directly to the car rental place and book over the phone before you arrive they will have a shuttle pick you up at the airport and the same shuttle will take you back we rented a Toyota Corolla for 39.95 per d...
Awesome! Wonderful, friendly, helpful staff. Beautiful, clean resort. Can't say enough good things! Will be going back soon.
The staff were dedicated to making this a getaway to remember Wish we could have stayed longer is all.
Granted this is a Four Seasons but the service and quality was beyond the expected. Will be staying here again in the future. Very close to everything in the village.
Excellent staff and amenities. The resort is beautiful and the Grand Tetons always have great snow. The resort caters to everything you expect from a five star resort. We go over Valentines day and have never been disappointed. Just made our annual reservations.. Enjoy:)
Staff was very helpful Not carzy about $30 per night parking then feeling you have to tip everytime they get your vehicle.
A first class place....awesome and perfect!
The rooftop hot tub after skiing/boarding unfortunately our friends had to move to a sister hotel and we could not stay in the same hotel as we had planned. Even with an upgrade at the sister hotel (for the inconvenience) we were not easily together for activities like, grabbing b/fast together, the hot tub or meeting in one lobby... we had to be more organized than that.
Its style, comfortable bed, peace at night, excellent quality and attractive furnishings and equipment (fridge, cooker, toaster, coffee maker, etc), very helpful staff, excellent location for the Grand Teton National Park, view of mountains. Overall, it was a really nice hotel and we were pleased we had chosen it. We would not choose an urban room again for the reasons below. Otherwise it was an excellent choice and we would recommend it. We didn't try the restaurant, so cannot comment on the Hotel Terra as being a Gourmet hotel Building works outside our window from 8.30 am, no bedside tables & lamps in urban rooms (bed pulls down from the wall), noisy, self-cleaning jets in bath (1-2 hours after bath has been taken).
Wow!! I was in the hotel during the off season and it was great. I was treated like a Queen. Every staff member went out of there way to help. I had several questions about the area and the staff were not only willing to answer my questions, they were truely excited to do so. I will be back!!! I was on a studio suite, which had wonderful upgrades, but I wish there would have been an extra foot of room between the couch and bed (when the bed was turned down). The space is roomy enough during the day.
Great location, central to all kinds of recreation, shopping, and the Grand Tetons National Park.
Good pizza in cafe. Good waitress. Offered is a room on 3rd floor with no elevator. Poor shower. Dark room. Old facility. No carts available for luggage. Breakfast not until 7:30.
End of the road for visiting the Grand Tetons before heading back home. No, it was fine. Kinda expensive, but I guess it's the place.
We really enjoyed the breakfast foods. Nice.
Clean and comfortable room. The hotel looks outdated.
Location Convenience Local Restaurants Off-Site Understaffed Breakfast Buffet. Very Tacky and Ill Prepared Breakfast Feeding Frenzy. For the high price, the facility and amenities were very average.
The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The wake up call was on time. thanks.
The little town was vey cute and everything was within walking distance; just be prepared to spend 23 dollars On a burger and fries, the pool was heated to 85 so we could swim early before we left, the pillows were fantastic as was the bed, and the staff was helpful and friendly!
Conveniently located next to Grand Teton Park, easy parking, restaurants next door, spacious room I had to pay an extra because the first room had no window...in a ski resort, and there was no breakfast served in the hotel. But the most shocking was coaches waiting for customers on the nearby parking lot with their engines turned on during 2 hours between 6:15 and 8:15 making it impossible to sleep due to the noise
facility is dated and is in need of renovation
Pool was nice and hot tub was actually hot (maybe because it was a really hot day).Staff very nice. A solid value for an older hotel. Breakfast buffet was very good and had a lot of choices. I've seen reviews that really knock the cleanliness- I didn't have a problem but I did see into some rooms with stained carpets.
Staff very helpful.Beautiful setting Cost. Inadequate room lighting (137 volt bulbs)
Nice comfortable home like feeling. Excellent staff.
Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.great breakfast and food Nothing
Excellent European style retaurant with attentive staff. Well appointed bedrooms. Location.
The wood burning fireplace in the room was awesome!
great location, I could ski to my room! In Teton Village proper, next to all the expensive hotels. My private king was clean, the bed was comfortable, even provided daily maid service, and ideal for one person or a cozy couple. Hot water was excellent, granite bathroom sink was a nice touch. Great wifi (I could stream netflix), coffee avail in the lobby, very friendly and informative staff, just all around a great place. I would return. The one drawback was I could hear the footsteps of the people above me quite clearly. I didn't mind that much, and I've heard more expensive hotels have the same issue, but to me that was the one and only drawback. Might have been only my room (doubt it), or only rooms on the ground floor (the ones to can ski to your room). Other reviews might shed light on that.
location, price, refrigerator, game room thin walls, room noisy, towels
Great location, beautiful scenery, near national parks. Going stairs was hard for my elderly mother.
