Awesome downtown location and the Pool was a hit with the kids:)
Rooms were nice and clean. Staff courteous, helpful. Beautiful hotel. Double queen bed rooms are kind of small for a family with two younger children. We brought a pack and play for the little one. Worked out good.
Upgraded since we were last there, very comfortable beds bathroom small and tight for 2 people
The room was very clean & comfortable. The staff was pleasant & friendly.
This hotel did everything a hotel should do, it was clean, comfortable and had an enjoyable little mini Towncenter with a garden, fountain and restaurant
Terrible room and although the front desk confirmed only 50% occupancy, and it was only a one night stay, they refused to change me to a better room. Room window looked into an internal wall and ceiling. Among the worst hotel rooms I have ever styed in. Btw, it was not a highly discounted rate either. It was maybe $10 off the normal rate on the website. Have travellled to State College at least annually for over 30 years. Never used Days Inn State College before, and never will again.
always stay at this hotel because of the business center, I don't travel much and i don't have a laptop, so the business center allows me the use of computer for business and social networking!!!
The fact that the University campus is so close is a great plus. I didn't have to drive all the time to help my kid. It's very convenient Not really. Besides, I stayed only one night.
Clean, comfy. A lot of street noise, but to be expected in a college town.
It's location to downtown State college. The room didn't have a refrigerator and microwave.
Close to downtown and business, price was acceptable, staff was good, decent parking Difficult to find vending machines; (carpet was a worn down; older decor- . . . not a major problem, but noticeable)
Close to University carpets worn, elevator dirty. no breakfast (as far as I could see)
