The front desk staff were warm, friendly, and very professional. The adjacent Mad Mex is better than the average hotel restaurant, and you can't beat the location if you want to be on campus in about two minutes (on foot). Parking's a bit pricey, but it's a godsend in a busy town where parking's at a premium.
Terrible room and although the front desk confirmed only 50% occupancy, and it was only a one night stay, they refused to change me to a better room. Awesome downtown location and the Pool was a hit with the kids:)

Rooms were nice and clean. Staff courteous, helpful. Beautiful hotel. Double queen bed rooms are kind of small for a family with two younger children. We brought a pack and play for the little one. Worked out good.
Upgraded since we were last there, very comfortable beds bathroom small and tight for 2 people

The fact that it was NOT clearly advertised to be pet friendly up front caused us to waste time and money on a day w a 15hour drive..we ended up doing in one day. we were reimbursed for half the room rate...better than no refund at all. The days inn staff were understanding
