The room was spacy but the hotel denied to give us ground floor, although there were rooms available The hotel has problems in electricity and hot water supply.The safety box is out of order. The hotel room has no internet for apple
The layout of the buildings, nice to walk around resort. Hotel is older and needs to be refurbished. Breakfast finishes to early at 11am. when you make it to breakfast, you realize its not good (very poor quality), the shower head in bathroom was very bad, our sink kept clogging, the fridge of mini bar very poor, not cold and dirty, the electronic door lock brokedown on us once, couldnt get back into our room at 3am, had to wait for someone to come, it took them 25 min, if you dont have a no distrub sign, house keeping staff or maintenance personel knock on your door as early as 8h30am, if you dont answer the first time, they keep on knocking forever unti you answer the door, quality of room sercvice food is poor, no ice machine, when we ordered ice bucket from room service, they charged us.
Spacious, conveniently located near, but far enough from the noise and crowd of the Naama Bay; courteous staff. The rooms (at least the one I stayed in) are in need of immediate renovation. The upholstry was unbelievably worn and grimy, polish and paint are faded and peeling.
Yes!, the hotel is big and a golf car is needed to move from the room to the enterance of the hotel and vice versa
Location and facilities of hotel are excellent. Staff very helpful. Good variety of meals available each evening. Plenty of pools to choose from depending on if you are a family or a couple. All inclusive stated you were allowed water,wine or beer with your meal on an evening, however you had to request by the glass and sometimes waited for 15 minutes before you were served.

The room was confortable. The location in Naama Bay was good. The service and overall the staff I interacted with was a disaster. To mention some examples:1) One tried to sell me drugs, 2) I was refused the pool towels twice and the other two times they arrived one hour late, 3) Time for ordering drinks by the pool unacceptable. And other annoying things. We complained very loud and will never recommend that hotel to anybody.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The food was OK, but not great. The variety of fruit was poor during breakfast, and the snacks were not overly healthy. And I'm not quite sure why it was so difficult to get a reservation at the Italian restaurant.

The hotel staff were very friendly, always willing to help. Very clean, large rooms with a lovely balcony and a great view of the pool. Lots of choice of food some of which was cooked fresh in front of you. Would recommend staying in the new 'deluxe' side of the hotel which is where we stayed, as the swimming pools were great and the accommodation was lovely.
I like the meal times. The fact that meals are available throughout the day. The pool bar was nice. The room itself was nice and the beds were comfortable. Made for a good nites sleep. My room key was deactivated on my second day. I had to go back to the receptionist to rekey it. There were no washcloths in my room upon arriving. Had to wait an hour to receive some.
The resort is excellent! We stayed in the new side, beautiful pool and rooms. Our room was a Deluxe Family with a separate living room. Also great diving there as the other side of the resort is right by the red sea. Great place to relax. It's also a 5m walk to the Soho square. Many places to eat, considering is an All Inclusive, however the food is only ok, not that great dining experience. We found that many hotel staff didn't speak the bare minimum English.

It was great ! We are so amazing time during stay in the hotel. Also the location is very close to the beautiful beach which so fantastic!!! Which was 2 problems, 1st is for the internet in the room. No internet connection eventhough connect to PC. Also staff come to room to change the cable but no signal. Please maintain the infrastracture! 2nd is the greeting! May be it is relayted with the culture ? Nobody smile and greetings ! Very surprised !

Alt var veldig luksuøst, flott beliggenhet av hotellet rett ved sjøen med kjempe flotte snorkle/dykkeforhold (korallrev og fisk). Koselig tennisbane og vakt av banen. Bekvemt at det var så mange badebasseng fordelt på hele hotellområdet. Deilig frokost-buffé. God middag på en av hotellets restauranter rett ved rommene og bassengen. Stor skuffelse at et så kostbart hotellopphold ikke kunne by på gratis internett og tennisbanebruk. Kunne ha vært bedre vedlikehold av rommene (spes. på baderommene: rørleggerarb. og treværk ). Skuffende at et igjenglemt dataspill på et av rommene våre ikke kunne komme i de rette hendene igjen tross kontakt med hotellet dagen etter avreise og eksakt beskrivelse av hvor det lå på avreisetidspunktet (lå til lading på et av rommene våre).

Location I did not like the value for the money I paid. It was supposed to be a delux sea view room. There was nothing delux about it; and the sea view ... yes, I got a picaboo sea view, certainly not worth almost $200 per night. I also did not like that, when I was checking out, the receptionist tried to shortchange me for LE 100.
We enjoyed the swimming pools and beach area and loved the garden setting and look of the resort. The family suite was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly and generally very helpful. As a family with two children including a baby we found it difficult negotiating the steps every day with a pram especially at night - as the resort caters to families we would have expected ramps to access all areas not just some areas. The family suite contained a lovely kitchen but was totally empty of plates, cutlery etc which seemed a bit strange.
I want to say that when we arrived to hotel there was only 1 room for us instead 2 reserved rooms. And i had no notification about it before!
The staff was very friendly trying their best to please their Guests in well behaved manner. This indicates that they well trained to do so and also it is the culture of the in house to achieve customer satisfaction. Trivial incident, we attended an evening event (Bedouin Night) which was not at Renaissance standard (This excludes the folkloric Tanoura the actor was so good and also the food).
Breakfast, location, facilities, organised, cleaniness, flexibility of front desk: on day 1 were not able to give us the room we booked but after the first night booked us into a familiy suit, bigger what we booked Limo service poor, hagging by spa staff on the beach, Aqua Bar has some constant noise from underneath the pesestrian bridge (pumps?), disco at nearby lighthouse noisy (not every night though), food tend to be overpirced and boring at hotel restaurants

Underwater beauty, position, facilities. It took 45 minutes to check-in for two families at 2 AM, where nobody other than us, with 3 front desk members available. Yet another 30 minutes for the additional bed arrangement.
I liked best during my stay: all staff was trying to serve and help in a professional way that I have never seen before, simply they are very helpful and polite
Lovely location and grounds, spacious rooms, with good onsite options of recreation - snorkelling, diving and parasailing, decent choice of restaurants can be more professional on offsite tour arrangements - such as glass boat rides on naama bay (our driver was late by 30 minutes to pick us), and Mt Sinai climb at night (the guide turned up without any lights!). The shuttles to Naama bay needs to be hourly and complimentary.
The price was great for a short stay. The hotel has a nice location on the water. You can rent snorkel gear, get in the water at the hotel, and see amazing Red Sea aqua life.
The overall service is very good, all the staff comes round to greet and smile often, things get done fairly quickly upon request. The natural and beautiful coral reef at the doorstep is a big selling point for this property as well as the floral and fauna landscaping. complimentary wifi is a huge plus but it is only at the lobby so the description on your website about wifi in the room is incorrect The property can deal with some upgrade as the furnishing looks a little dated
Food is very good Staff were friendly The pool should be heated but it wasn't although the weather was cold. Ther was no baby sitter for babies under 1year

The room was nice clean but the toilet is very small hardly can turn inside, I bang the door several times.Some of the staff has no manners & need to have courses in customer relation skilles. Also the food was very poor fue itemes from ala card can be eaten.
Excellent location and large rooms. Top floors rooms have magnificent views. Excellent beach facility. The hotel caters to large groups and does not look after as it should individual travelers like my wife and me. The breakfast buffet is a disaster - little fruit and slow service to replenish items. There is no restaurant serving food a la carte in the evening.

Spacious rooms and bathroom. Very competetive price. Magi and Mustafa are very helpful persons and have smily face all time for help. The staff at the reception needs to be very helpful and stop saying call me after 5 or 10 min. I understand they are under pressure but customers needs to be helped promptly. The hotel is far away from the center but there are free transport from hotel to neama bay and to the beach. The hotel beach is not for kids since there is no sand beach, it goes 8 meter deep directly.
The staff was excellent. More than one staff member went out of their way to be helpful. It is out of the way. The grounds were ok but then it is the desert.

Servers at Al Forno italian restaurant were irritating. 2. Long way to the beach - only by bus completely overcrowded in the morning. 3. Room service - not bad, but we noticed that once the housekeeper didn't change towels but just put one accurately like it was a new one. 4. Reception - a man at the reception told me there is no computer with internet access at the hotel. However it was one, I found it just before check out. Still when I urgently needed internet I had to go to Naama Bay and search it all over.

Alt var vel tilrettelagt og servicen meget god, ga en riktig fin feriefølelse fra første dag. utmerket opplevelse med både flott strand, dykkesport på hotellet og fine bassengområder. Det var meget god mat også. i det hele en av mine beste ferieopplevelser og jeg har reist i mange land. hvis noe kan trekke ned var det litt kjedelig etter middagstid. litt mer underholdning kveldstid.
Riktig plassering, gode fasiliteter og meget bra svømmebasseng. I kombinasjon med korallrevet på den private stranden er dette et godt valg for en sydenferie. Betjeningen er unntaksvis hyggelige. Arabere i Egypt har dessverre liten respekt for turister, og greier ikke å skjule dette. På tross av at deres økonomi er helt avhengig av turister. Tips: ta på deg en pen bleser på kvelden så kryper de for deg.
Stort og meget fint anlegg, Romslige rom. Oppvarmede basseng (inne og ute). Gode aktivitetstilbud. Hyggelig betjening. Flere og bedre tilbud på mat (2 resturanter på anlegget med middelmådig mat) Veldig mange russiske gjester som ikke er noe minus i seg selv men som er verd å vite fordi man havner i et nesten rent russisk miljø. Rommene er store men kunne trenge en oppussing.
God plass, store rom, nydelig hageanlegg.God mat, oppvarmet utebasseng. Fine snorklemuligheter utenfor stranden. Gratis wifi i lobbyen. Svært badeland for barn og barnslige voksne Noe treg oppfølging av hotellpersonale på forspørseler om hjelp på rommet.(Airconditioning som ikke virket, lite varmt vann, badekåper og kaffestasjon som manglet(superior rom).For mange russere.
Selv om hotellet var så å si fullbooket så "gikk" man ikke i kø eller solte seg tett i tett. Hotellområdet var veldig stort så det avr alltid ledige solsenger. Det var heller ikke så mye bråk/støy på kveldene, så hotellet er veldig bra for småbarnsfamilier. Under måltidene fikk man en følelse av at man skulle spis fort og gå. Det ble ryddet av bordet mens man spiste. Gikk man for å hente noe å drikke, kunne maten være borte når man kom tilbake. Glassene kunne også vært vasket bedre. Hadde bestilt transfer fra flyplass til hotellet ved ankomst pr telefon, men det var ingen som møtte opp. Utsjekking fra rommet var før kl 12. Kl 1140 kom den som skulle vaske rommet inn. Vi var nesten ferdig pakket, og jeg skulle ønsket man kunne pakket ferdig og fått sett over at man ikke hadde glemt noe. Dette ble litt vanskelig da renholdspersonen begynte å ta av sengetøy mens vi pakket. Han bar også ut en koffert før vi var ferdig pakket. Resultatet var at vi glemte vesken til fotoapparatet.
Ble plassert i familierom første dag,( hadde bestilt 2 stk.superioroom)Måtte mase om å få oppreid seng første dag( kom etter 3 timer, kl.01.00)Fikk ikke kaffestajon, badekåpe og tøffler som var lovet før etter 3 dager. Etter dette var det veldig greit.Dette burde det ikke være noe problem å rette på.
