Fordeler: Stunning hotel lovely reception staff . Extremely clean . Location is a nice hide away from the mains parks allowing that down time .

Ulemper: For a 5star hotel there was not enough choice of food at all . Room service wasn’t great and was waiting so long with young children to be served on the evening and for the food to arrive . A reasonable sized large gap on the stair wells was big enough for my one year one to easy slip through if I took my eye off him for a second . Extremely dangerous .

Fordeler: Breakfast good but understaffed

Ulemper: Our children's brand new shoes were "taken" from the pool area. We reported this at reception, we asked to see the duty manager but this was denied. The staff did not deal with the matter at all well. We were told that someone would contact us but at the time of writing some three weeks later, we have heard nothing. We were given generic email addressees for the entire complex including the parks and have heard nothing back. I am hoping through this forum, the appropriate reaction and response might be given. It definitely ruined an otherwise very enjoyable stay. As long as you come and go then its ok but your just a number if something go's wrong. Very very disappointed by this impersonal approach to customer service and clearly they are not concerned about repeat custom just racking the tourists up. Disappointing.

Fordeler: The location of this hotel is perfect! Short walk to the beach, supermarket, shops, bars and restaurants. Bus stop at the end of the road 2 mins away which takes you to surrounding towns and also portaventura and is only a couple of euros. Also the roof top pool is brilliant. Although we didn’t use it much due to the weather it was great to relax. The staff were very friendly and knowledgable of the area. Breakfast had a wide variety of food to cater for all ages (we didn’t stay in the hotel to eat at any other time). It was very clean everywhere! The cleaners come the room every morning and emptied bins, made the beds, replaced towels, mopped throughout and cleaned the bathroom! I will definitely stay here again.

Ulemper: The room walls are quite thin, and you can hear people in the corridor. Would benefit from having carpet in the corroidors

Fordeler: Great view from the balcony, great animation team - kids loved, well-equiped playgrounds. Room cleaned daily, had a small kitchenette - very convinient. Great location - bus stop 100 m. Beach 2,5 km, really nice.

Ulemper: At dinner you have to buy even water - agree that wine/ soft drinks don’t have to be included but water is basic. There could be complimentary water bottles in the room, especially handy for late arrivals. A bit shabby, can be seen that it was renovated casually. The shower is in the bath tube, really really inconvenient, the tube old. Beds not comfortable - old madrasses.

Ulemper: Too noisey with loud speakers blasting in the mid morning and until 10:40 pm and sliding doors not double glazed. More a family hotel for children - nice pools and activities but not for single or double occupants. Internet was pathetic everywhere less than 1 mbps speed- even my 4G was so much better . Bedsheets not replaced unless dirty.

Fordeler: The animation team were amazing with not only the kids but with the adults too , there was entertainment for everyone , the team were all so kind and welcoming to everyone and got everyone involved in the fun and games

Fordeler: Morsomt familiehotell med masse underholdning for barna. God mat og fine fasiliteter. Vi likte godt de små klippestrendene på nedsiden av hotellet.

Ulemper: Rommene holdt veldig enkel standard med utdatert innredning og harde senger. Høyt støynivå i restauranten.

Fordeler: The breakfast was amazing staff were very helpful and friendly the one thing I think would make it amazing would be either coffee making facilities in the room or access to coffee earlier in morning a lot of people said the same

Fordeler: Everything about the place was stunning, the staff, the atmosphere The evening entertainment was up to a very good standard, they were great at getting people involved, up and dancing it was truly a lovely experience,

Ulemper: Hhhrrrrmm now this is a very hard question to answer. To be frank, I like the whole experience.

Fordeler: That's we were close to all the shop, pubs and the beach

Fordeler: Excellent facilities and good food. Reasonable prices at bar.

Fordeler: Good breakfast and coffee, very good location, very pleasant and helpful reception staff but bar staff less so.

Fordeler: Staff, friendly, professional, welcoming, multilingual, helpful, courteous, and eager to help. Mostly faultless. Even the housekeeping staff and guys clearing trolleys of dirty plates in the restaurant were super friendly. The location is central to everything. 20 Min walk to theme parks, lots of supermarkets close by if you don't want to pay €31 for 2 drinks! 5-10 Min walk to beach. Whole hotel immaculately clean, housekeeping available daily and very polite. Beds are large and comfortable, if a little firm. Even at peak busy times the restaurant ran like clockwork. Service is impeccable, food replenished swiftly when running low and plenty of variety every evening to prevent tedium and boredom.

Ulemper: The place was amazing. Only encountered one rude staff member the whole stay, some dude in the restaurant trying to tell us we couldn't sit at the only clean and re-laid table in the restaurant when they were extremely busy. Other than that, all the staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. My only other gripe was being charged €31 for a gin and lemonade and a rum and coke in the adults only pool and bar area! Just because my kids weren't with me doesn't mean I don't have any and I'm made of money!!! That was extortionate! Other than those two gripes the place was immaculate, food was fantastic, entertainment varied. One singer thought he was Elvis and sang like a drunk dad at karaoke, dancers were amazing but ruined by some guy who thought he was a comedian while they danced to Moana soundtrack, and some muscle blokes doing pitiful trampoline acrobatics. Not my cup of tea but then there was the whole of salou on the doorstep to find our own entertainment. Oh, and no English speaking channels on the tv. I like to have the TV on in background when I sleep due to anxiety but struggled to sleep with it being in a language I didn't understand, however I'm not entitled and realise that in Spain you should expect their TV to be in Spanish!

Ulemper: Booked this hotel as the final day of hubbys birthday weekend for the spa facilities. Unfortunately they were closed as it was last day of season of which we were not advised

Fordeler: Great staff lovely swimming pool very comfortable beds and a breakfast that left nothing out! Would love to stay here again.

Fordeler: - location is very good, 10 minute walk to portaventura & 10 min walk to strip/beach - great price for 5 nights but this is because of the time of year - Room was clean and comfortable - staff were friendly & helpful - Pool area would be really nice in July or August but outside bar was closed and the place was empty for our stay - rooftop jacuzzi area was really nice - breakfast was adequate but wouldn’t have it if it was not included - inside bar area is welcoming but was mostly empty during our stay - would definitely come back to this hotel but in June/July/August

Ulemper: - We had dinner one night which was just under €20 each including a coke, not enough selection, ended up having chicken nuggets and chips - Season was almost over so there were no activities/entertainment in the hotel or pool area for the duration of our stay ** Top Tip - Do not come to Salou (any hotel it doesn’t matter) in October, go to the canaries instead **

Ulemper: Not that I didn't like just thought restaurant maybe a bit big..maybe be more compact.

Fordeler: large spacious rooms, good variety of food at meal times. We arrived about midnight at the hotel and found that a lovely cold buffet and water was laid out in the dining room for us - most appreciated after a long day.

Ulemper: there was not enough coffee dispensers in the dining room and this resulted in long queues for coffee etc.

Fordeler: Good position for Portaventura and the beach/restaurants in Salou. Lots of shops nearby

Fordeler: Breakfast is ok. Food at dinner time is terrible.

Fordeler: the outdoor swimming pool, the ping pong table, the billiard and the size of the room. Staff at the restaurant and the lady at the bar were very nice.

Ulemper: The rooms are very basic and were not well cleaned when we arrived, and when we made our booking we asked a few things that obviously they never read or did not take into consideration. Some staff were really not nice and that's a pity because most of them were nice and it puts the overall evaluation down. I also didn't like the fact that there is a minibar but you need to pay to just use it. I had no idea and i brought medicines with me that should be placed in the fridge and i found it really unfair. The turkish bath was not working on the first day.

Fordeler: It was clean and we was always able to get sun beds,but some needed repairing.

Fordeler: Life guard around the pool at all times when people were swimming. Ask reception for anything they were always eager to help. Have now stayed at this hotel 3 times in the last 5years and probably will again in the future. Entertainment every evening if you stayed in that night and always a good selection of food.

Ulemper: We were treated terribly at checkout by the reception staff and manager. Our visa had authorsied with our own bank when they put the payment through but was coming up declined on their end. They would not accept this and wanted us to pay twice and would not let us go. We missed our taxi for te airport. The payment gave us problems as we had only 100 euro on us and no pin for the card. We pleaded with them to let us go. The manager said that we would have to call family to get the money to go. We eventually promised to send te money by credit transfer when we got back to Ireland. Our bank has given us an authorisation number for the transaction. We were very upset when we left the hotel. They took copies of our passports. We will nopt be going back there

The staff were friendly and helpfull but sistem of management needs to be review to be more efficient At the hotel bar we had to wait 20 min for 4 hot chocolates... Really disorganized in general The apartments don't offer plates, cutlery, or drinking glasses...

Fordeler: Highly recommended. Friendly staff. Everything was clean, beautiful hall, very good buffet for dinner and breakfast. Easy connection to the Park, only five minutes walking. Nice bedroom inside a Western Village. We will book this Hotel again.

Fordeler: The location was excellent because it was in the park. Buffet Breakfast and dinner were also very good and staff were helpful. I arrived late at night and missed my dinner on arrival so the hotel contacted me and offered my vouchers for lunch which was a nice touch.

Ulemper: It was a little expensive for what it is really but to be expected since you are accommodated in the park

Ulemper: The clearness of the room is not appropriate: there was some dust under the bed and on some furniture. Be carful the WiFi signal is poor on the 3d floor: normal signal you can catch only in the bathroom. In the place where bed stands you can not open any websites not to mention YouTube or something like that.

Ulemper: I am afraid that I didn't like the self service breakfast. It was difficult to find a clear table then everything you needed like crockery and cutlery which appeared to be all over the place. Also, i don't like getting my tea from a machine that you have to queue up for for 10 mins and then the machine is switched off dead on 10am

Fordeler: The property is stunning. Absolutely exceeded my expectations. The adult only pool is the best pool I’ve used in ages. Love the privacy, and as someone who isn’t a sun worshipper, when it is in the shade from about 2pm you get the whole thing to yourself!

Ulemper: My air con didn’t work. I had to keep the door open and I got bit to holy hell. I asked staff for a fan (at 3am in a hot and stuffy rage) and they told me to just open the door. The jacuzzis are freezing cold. Never heated

Fordeler: Good variety of food and lots of it, better than some of the Sapnish brekfasts at other Hotels, The hotel itself very clean and tidy, and pleasant staff. Easy to find your way around it.

Ulemper: Walking acces to and from the Property needs to be clearer on distance and gradients.

Fordeler: Staff were helpful. Pool was good when the schools weren’t there. Good location

Ulemper: Food in the restaurant was a 5/10. If you like chips the your fine. “Chinese night” was just a bowl of noodles and some spring rolls. Not a very big range of food. Definitely not worth the 12E a night, better off going to the Indian down the road, set meal for 11.90E. Served a purpose, left a day early to spend more time in Barcelona.

Ulemper: Food definitely not as good as it was in previous years. The only way to get a sunbed in the sun was to be down at between 6 and 7.30 am!! Long queues at poolside for bar for food.

Fordeler: Location ... cant get better than on site to park which is so convenient for going back and forth to the room. The hotel complex is Spotless with a nice atmosphere. The dining room is well organized with plenty of staff. Food choice is excellent and is well presented and laid out.

Ulemper: This year we had a room in can Garbi which has just been renewed by the look of it. It looks nice but the beds only had bolster pillows which were hard and soooo uncomfortable. I did get another pillow when I asked reception. But really who in this day and age doesn’t have individual memory foam pillows? The bathroom was impractical .The large wall mirror is good except the only way to use it close up ( for makeup purposes) is to squeeze yourself between the sink and the toilet . The bath itself is too high and wide so very difficult to get in and out of without slipping. I had a nasty bruise on my thigh from falling out. No bath mat either. Iam tall so a small person will find it very difficult to shower.

Fordeler: Veldig greit å kunne gå rett inn i parken fra hotellet, gjorde at vi slapp å stå i kø. Det å kunne gå ubegrenset i parken. Gikk tidlig og tok karuseller uten kø og tilbake på kvelden og fikk tatt karuseller uten kø. God frokost og middag og greit å få tildelt bord. Flott hotell nær byen Salou - gangavstand. God service både i resepsjonen og ved måltidene

Ulemper: For store barn ble det kjedelig i bassenget når en ikke fikk ha noen form for leker som ball eller madrasser med i bassenget.

Fordeler: Beautiful hotel, very clean, inside the Park, nice staff.

Ulemper: Very dirty bathroom and the way to the elevator, noone actually cares as they don't need you to return, the demand is high.
