Hotel was clean and very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was very good with large variety.
The entire staff, even employees you met in the halls went out of their way to make us feel welcome, comfortable, and assist us in every way possible. The suite was spacious, well-equipped and well serviced every day. Their breakfast buffet and happy hours Mon. through Thurs. eve. offered a wide variety of foods and drinks. Both my husband, myself and our granddaughters thoroughly enjoyed using the pool, which was very clean inside and on the decks and the equipment in the gym appeared to be in great condition. The location was fabulous; across the street from the bay yet within walking distance to downtown Pensacola with it's parks, museums and restaurants. This place is definitely a 'keeper'!
We enjoyed our room accommodations, the very friendly stafff, and the wonderful full breakfast buffet. We hope to return. Great place and location.
We have stayed at this hotel several times without any major complaints. The few issues we have had were always addressed in a timely manner. The breakfast buffet is good and the rooms are clean.
My family and I had the Best Experience her at the Residence Inn Downtown! We have already made plans to go back before the summer is over. Location/Breakfast/The Best Staff/Price..you can't go wrong-Home away from Home!
very friendly, courteous staff, good breakfasts, happy hours in evenings.
The best hotel experience ever! Staff were friendly, rooms were spacious, clean and quiet and service was great. A good central location too. Complimentary breakfasts were excellent: scrambled eggs, sausage, grits, doughnuts, bagels, toast, fruit, cereal, juice and more. Complimentary dinners were amazing and homemade: Red beans and rice, burgers and baked beans, meatball subs, beer, wine. These people take great pride in delivering a great service. I will definitely stay here when I visit Pensacola again next year.
Fairly convenient location, in between east/west branches of US-98--parking lot gives access to both. Easy to jump on I-110 or head southeast across the Pensacola Bay Bridge. Less than 5 minutes walk to our favorite restaurant in Pensacola--McGuire's! At least three or four other decent restaurants within 5-10 minute walk. Walking to historic downtown/entertainment area took around 20-25 minutes...definitely do-able. Despite being on first floor (we booked last-minute, it was all they had left) in a full hotel, we had no issues with noise. Running the bathroom fan all night generated enough white noise to block out everything but the occasional door slam. A/C worked great. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.
Comfortable bed. Convient location to businesses and beach No continental breakfast
