I liked the that it was in a location where there were a lot of things to do close. Also, the manager jnesa was attentive and understanding to my not so good experience. One of the staff members, From the name he had on his badge was Orlando, but it also said Music under that name, was not the most pleasant when I arrived. Then, our room had the toilet broken so we had to call the office that same night we arrived twice and it still was broken because the toilet chain inside kept falling, the phone inside the room wasn't working, they brought another one and it still the connection wasn't working at all, there were roaches in the room, the walls had a couple of dents and cracks, when I went to press "sleep" on the tv's control, instead of setting up the sleep mode, it would take me to an adult channel which I did not want to even see that, the beds were small and the door in the bathroom would be so close to the toilet that would rub my legs when I had to close it.
Close Access to all attractions The daily $4.50 charge should be more transparent. Was not on website and was not sure why it was mandatory. If everyone has to pay it then include it as part of the room price.
Nice staff Iffy restaurant
The rooms are great, spacious, very comfortable beds and bedding. Location is right down the street from Universal. The breakfast is also top notch. Parking is kinda tough because a lot of folks don't adhere to the 1 car per room rule. But the front staff and security are very friendly and helpful in trying to help with this.
Excellent value !!
the view the courtisy
The building looked nice and new but there's rooms were anything but... The staff was really nice. The beds were pretty small
Pretty environment Not a single breakfast.
The hotel ran out of parking spaces one night of our stay due to guests parking across multiple spaces and asked us to park in a handicap accessible parking space (we are not disabled and do not have a hangtag on our vehicle). The hotel refused to find alternate parking and refused to enforce its policy that guests could not take up multiple parking spaces with one vehicle. Staff was incredibly rude about this and insisted that it was better to use the accessible space and prevent its use by persons who needed it than to wake up a guest who had violated hotel parking policy. When I insisted that I would not park there staff became very rude and dismissive. I ultimately had to squeeze my car in between two cars violating the parking policy and risk damage to my property to avoid breaking the law with respect to the accessible parking.
I liked the location, and the price. This hotel is showing it's age. Elevators are slow, and noisy. My grandson wanted to swim in the pool, Monday morning, but it was dirty, full of duck feces, and I would not let him. I checked out at 10:00 am, in time to see the hotel's pool guy show up.
The location The concession is pricy
We decided to stay one extra night and made the arrangements the night before directly with the hotel. However on the next day at about 4:40pm we had to leave, and asked the hotel manager if we could get charged only 50%. She said it was not possible. That was surprising considering check-in is usually at 4pm and they could have easily charged us 50% of the rate from the night before or 50% of the rate of the extra night that we did not end up staying, yet paying full rate.
Pool is nice, great location There are two buildings; one is new and the other is in desperate need of updating. Sink handle fell of whilr washing my hands. Maintenance came in and put it back on telling me not to move it so much. There is no fan in the bathroom and parts of the celing and starting to come off. The AC unit is also extremely loud and does not cool the room. Be sure to request the new building cause the old one is terrible.
Stayed only one night so we did not have the chance to use all facilities but it was a good first impression.
really close to Universal and Wet and Wild only one shuttle to Universal
The hotel was very central, everybody was extremely friendly including staff and guests. There was a fridge and a microwave provided which were extremely handy when travelling with a toddler. The vending machines in the hotel also provided drinks at a cheaper rate than the shops. The hotel provided a safe place to store luggage after check out. There was an adjoining door in our room that led to another hotel room.We could hear absolutely everything from the room next door. House keeping was fantastic the first week but very lazy when the staff changed over the second week.Glasses weren't replaced, floor not hoovered, toilet paper not provided, bins not emptied etc.The freezer in the room didn't keep food frozen, all melted very quickly.
It was convenient for where we needed to go whilst there, within walking distance of Universal. Breakfast
Ubicacion muy buena, buen servicio es recomendable para pasar vacaciones y visitarar los parques pq Queda cerca de los diferentes atracciones. Deben incluir en el desayuno más obciones.
The room smelled so bad and the sheets were not clean Bad hotel
Almost everything Elevators accessibility with the card
very clean and hotel staff were very nice and helpful, ideal loation for wet and wild adventure park.
Quite a basic hotel but the staff were helpful and polite. Comfortable and good size room.
The quietness The pillows are to big, the air conditioner did not work very well and the refrigirator either.
Housekeeper did good job. I couldn't get into the room because lock was broken. Maintenance had to replace it. I had to request a TV remote control and shower to be fixed. I got remote control. Shower was not repaired.
I like the access to the pool the first thing I do in the morning is hoping in the pool just perfect It has been my third time staying there but it has changedone so what from behind. All the rooms should be renovated
Only thing I enjoyed were the two delightful workers from the cafe, Michael and Carlos. They were kind and welcoming. The cafe was always clean and neat. It offered a decent amount of items which were beneficial. It was also a nice place to get away and sit while drinking your morning coffee. Michael and Carlos always greeted you with smiles and good morning greeting. They talked to everyone who came in and treated everyone with so much professionalism. Definitely, the best part of this inn. Everything!!! My stay was a last minute unexpected thing. I called to book a room for a few days. They were charging me over $125.00 per night and they said it would cost more for the weekend. I hung up and check for kayak prices and got it priced at $43.00 per night. When I arrived I could clearly see the inn needed massive repairs. I was hoping the room would be better but it was worse. When you opened the door you are greeted with an overwhelming smell. It smelled like mold and mildew. It also had a wet, musty, humid feel. The bathroom smelled like a dirty diaper, and I don't mean number one!!!! The toilet would leak water from the side every time you flushed. The shower curtain was disgusting and extremely to long. When in the shower the dirty diaper smell was even more pungent. The lamp shades were either filthy, burnt, or they were covered in mold but there was no way I was going to touch it to find out. There were holes everywhere and to top it off I had a few I unwelcomed visitors, for example, roach #1, 2, & 3!!!! Disgusting. The inn was also occupied by let's say, seedy looking people. You could clearly see what they were doing was illegal. As an added bonus people who were not patrons would walk on the grounds harassing patrons for money and cigarettes. Didn't feel safe by any means but one could say it was safe because the Cops were always on the scene due to shady activity. I mean after a while I was beginning to think they had a police department in the inns lobby. My overall experience with this Days Inn was horrific. Only positive aspect of my stay at this inn was the two gentlemen who worked in the cafe, Michael and Carlos. They were welcoming and polite and always greeted you with smiles. The cafe was always clean and smelled great. Besides that, definitely, worst inn I've ever stood in.
The pool was nice and clean, however most of the lounge chairs were tore so bad that they were unusable. Very close to some nice restaurants, and attractions within walking distance. If you are only there to sleep a great value, but do not expect anything else. The staff speaks English poorly. Trying to get extra towels took an act of Congress. The grounds are pretty, but people who stayed there were pigs and threw garbage all over the place. There was no staff around that picked it up, so we did. This place needs some serious updating.
Dirty outsite the building. Did not like anything
Nothing that I like. I had so much to say about hate I didn't like anything. Room was massy, bedbugs, and so much that I can't explain. So if anybody wants to face those problems they are more than welcome.✌
The staff assigned my room to someone else then somebody walked in my room while i waa watching tv
This hotel is close to attractions. 12 mins from Universal y 20 from Disney. 1hour to Cocoa Beach The rooms, are dark, the carpet stunk, we found a small cockroach between the towels, a grasshopper death on the carpet. The bathroom
Was too dirty, the bed, the towels. The walls were without painting and de ceiling too. I don't recommend this hotel ever.
rooms near to farking not sufficient tv chanels available
Location Days Inn charge Parking fee,but i dont have car.
Everything was amazing. n/a
The Receptionist at the front desk were very nice and very knowledgeable about the area and the check in was very quick and painless.
MA Should have ale included in happy hour at bar
customer service was excellent and very friendly
They took our reservation and our payment and confirmed it only to be told they overbooked and we had no room when we arrived. Too bad, I had stayed at a Rosen before and really liked it. Will never take the chance again.
facilities were good, food is good and rooms are well appointed. Cabs and Uber do not know the location and are often confused and can't find it.
This isn't the first time we stayed here. love the shogun restaurant it's always a great time and great food. unfortunately the housekeeping staff does not obey the 11 o'clock checkout time we went to breakfast at the hotel and we came back all of our stuff Was thrown away even putting do not disturb sign up dod not stop the staff from going in our room way before checkout and emptying our liquor bottle and throwing away our food on the fridge and items we had gotten from universal that was on the table and nightstand. Also so not waste your money at the bar. I drink very often and can guarantee you their alcohol is water downed. We w took shots and didn't feel anything. We bought a bottle at the store on premise and that was what the housekeeping threw away. The sushi bar was excellent fresh and yummy.
Our rate (which was very good!) must have qualified us for being housed on a renovation floor. We were told at check in that there was work being don on the floor & there would be plastic on the floor in the hallway, but the workers should be done for the day. Although our room was completed, there were some paint/carpet glue fumes in the room and still a bit of construction noise on the floor at 6 pm. Another concern was at what time would the work start up again in the morning.... After calling down to the front desk, they did move us to another floor that had completed renovation. Noise did start up again about 9 am on the floor below, but other than that, the room was comfortable, spacious & clean - a good value for the area. Having the 24 hour convenience store is a huge plus - great for picking up soda or a snack whenever! We ordered food at the bar to take upstairs to the room & was told it would take about 20 minutes for a cheeseburger & hot dog with fries. After waiting about 25 minutes, it was finally ready - and although the fries were good, the hot dog came "naked" (and we're from Chicago, so expected at least an option of some condiments) and the burger was tasteless & dry - although it did come with tomato & some lettuce. You would be better off walking across the street to one of the chain restaurants for a quick bite or carryout...
Nice hotel friendly staff clean. good location. Quiet
Willingness to cooperate and correct the problem to to the best of their ability. NA
The magazine article about Rosen. The bed wasn't the most comfortable..
We walked to Universal Studios each day. We were close to restaurants and stores. We took the shuttle back to the hotel each day.
helt utmerket, flott og servicvennlig personell, Helt grei frokost, supert basseng.
positivt: meget sentralt, lett å finne, lett å parkere, tilgang internett ( wlan i resepsjonen) rent deilig basseng, rent rom (så ingen kakkerlakker overhode), frokost inkludert.
Slitent!
With free parking and scheduled theme park transfers I didn't have to worry about the car. Also in walking distance to many eating choices on international drive. Late check in 16:00 and early check-out 10:00 feel like only have room for a short time.
I liked the location, nice property and pool . Comfy beds. I didn't like the timeshare representatives, I told them when I arrived I wasn't interested. Then the next morning my phone is ringing at 8:30 a.m. asking me when I would want to do lunch or breakfast!? Wtf? what ignorant a**holes! I did visit them in person and made my self clear. Other than that, no coffee in the room, and the maid only came to clean once of my 3 nights.
location Was not impressed that we had to listen to timeshare options...also felt cheated that they couldnt offer us the 100 dollars off our park tickets as we residents of the hotel,
I loved our room. It made me feel like I was at my own house. Nice resort and things to do. Loved it!!! I loved the view of the water and attractions from my room on the 11th floor. In the second room, I'd suggest another size bed than the twin beds. Maybe a full or queen size if you can't do a king in there too.
Good staff, very helpfull. The suite is extremely comfortable Good for people with car, otherwise you need taxi to go everywhere as it seems to be kind of far away from many attractions (Hollywood Universal Studios, and Disney. If you need a cab, you should call the front desk 30 minutes in advance because it take them forever to do so. I used to wait 45 minutes every time to get a cab!!! The wireless was not that fast though I paid $50 for my whole stay (1 week).
I LIKE THE SETTING IN THE ROOMS, IT WAS NICE TO HAVE THE SECOND BATHROOM FOR THE FAMILY.
The hotel was in an excellent location!!
EVERYTHING ABOUT MY STAY WAS PRFECT! I LOVED IT!!
It's close to everything - i-drive stops, 15 min walk to Universal and has free shuttle to Disney. The rooms are perfect for a family with a tv in each bedroom and the living area. The staff are completely unhelpful and will not give you any information unless it involves you buying something from them like timeshares or park tickets. For example on my first day I asked about the shuttle to Epcot, I was told I had missed it and that was it. I asked for a schedule and found out there was another bus an hour later.
The deluxe 2 bedroom condo was great for 4 guests. It had all the amenities we needed. The rooms are a bit dated, but very clean. We were on the 19th floor with an awesome view, and had very easy access to the universal theme parks. The catch with the lower price listing on this booking was having to sit through a 4 hour timeshare presentation of West Gate. This was a bit disappointing since we ended up loosing half of a day of a 5 day family trip on something we were adament on not purchasing. Once all was said and done we had to improvise to complete the rest of our day, since it was to late to get a start on the activities we had actually planned for.
Price and cleanliness The smokey dirty smell in the hallway and the small room compared to the competitors
Pool bathroom was the worst kept I have seen. Feces all over the place
Nothing don't waste your mney Stains on the floor and bed spread... Torn box spring... The room was small and dirty. I asked them to replace the boxspring that had tear over four feet long... They just covered it with a fitted sheet. Not good at all!!!!
nothing at all We have to leave the first night and find another hotel because we found cockroach in the bed, in the bath and everywhere. Apart from that the bed sheets were broken with holes and spots. Very horrible experience. Please dont go to this hotel
It's close to I-Drive and Universal. Easily accessible. I was put in a smoking room initially. The room was small and the cigarette odor really permeated the whole room. To add to that, there were cigarette ashes on the toilet. Wait, was the room even cleaned? I asked to move to a non-smoking room and the front desk obliged. I opened the door to the new room and was immediately hit with a strong musty smell. Went back down to the desk to cancel my reservation. There are SO many other hotels in that area for a comparable price. It doesn't make sense to settle for something that poor.
It wasn't as loud as I expected it to be. There was nice and friendly staff. A "do not disturb" sign was not provided.
This is a nice budget motel. It was clean and the stuff was friendly. I used this hotel to go to the Kennedy Space Center. There is a bus connection availalable which stops at the nearby Sheraton hotel. But you have to book this in advance.
It was decent. Love the location. Nice friendly staff. Great customer service and was accommodating on my specific request. Overall good experience. Having to pay for wifi
This motel 6 is surprisingly Clean and modern great value for the price No hair dryer. Room was small. The WiFi cost extra and it wasn't very good.
The location was fantastic. It was really close to Universal Studios, walking distance. And the staff we encountered were very friendly. The beds were horribly uncomfortable. The room did not smell good and the pillows and sheets were very cheap.
Extremely close to Universal Studios Budget-friendly No amenities such as a shampoo Hot in halls and elevator Slow elevator Small rooms
