hotel is clear. breakfst is value.location is quite far from u-bahn.
The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. Very good position, not so central but it is just a 15-minute taxi drive from Marienplatz. Bar open 24 hours. Breakfast room too essential (small tables, etc), even though the food served was correct for the hotel level.
The experience was very stylish and contemporary. The location was difficult to reach by public transport
The design of the room was great, very clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is very good. The cancellation could be done only 3 days before the arrival.
Brand new, extremely clean, extremely luxurious beds, fantastic shower heads and great slim line tv's that display a roaring fire when you enter the room. Wifi only free in the lobby. No breakfast included.
The room is very clean. The equipment in bath room is quite new. You can park your car in basement. The reception desk is closed at 19:00~20:00. Even though you can check in via telephone. It is not convenient for the foreign person who arrives at night.
The only thing we like about this place is the price and there were free parking behind. There were leftover clothings in the cupboard. Our bath towels were never changed during our entire 3 nights stay. The heater in the bathroom was not operative and the bathroom floor could not be dried.
its proximity to public transportation (U-Bahn) it is very spartanic but functional. The Chiemgaustrasse on which the hotel is located is probably one of the busiest streets, day and night, and if you get a room on that side it is noisy even with the windows closed. If you were to open them you wouldn´t be able to hear your own words. I don´t know how one can manage during the hot summer months, particularly since the curtains are no sun blockers.
Friendly staff, accessible location, safe area and clean (my room had been recently renovated). Good basic accommodation for an independent traveller. A wee bit expensive based on the size of the room, but not surprised since this was during Oktoberfest. I'm assuming the basic room rate is otherwise quite a bit cheaper.
A large room with comfortable beds. Clean and quiet. Located out of the city centre but only a short train ride away, which makes it very affordable. My only complaint is that wi-fi was cut off befoe we checked out which made it difficult for some last minute plans but then again, it's free...which hasn't been the norm on this trip.
Good price. The beds was not confortable. Is not a hotel, is more an apartments building. Far from the city center.
The receptionist was very nice, friendly and helpful. She answered all our questions and helped us with directions and other usefull informations. The room we stayed in was clean, and so was the bathroom. We liked the gesture of having little packs of Haribo waiting for us on the pillows when we checked-in :)
the room was very spacious compared to most European hotels. it was in a very residental neighborhood.
Large room - clean - close to subway stop - very curtious staff - felt like a nice a safe neighborhood. No 24 hour front desk and no locked door at night, anyone off the street could walk in at night without being noticed. This was stated in advance so I knew ahead of time and the neighborhood did feel safe, but I did not particularly like this aspect.
I liked the beds and the fact there was plenty of space to put bags, clothes etc. My clock was not working, and as a result I woke up late- I was yelled at in German by a cleaning woman who needed me to leave so she could clean the room. As I don't speak much German, and hadn't intentionally slept in, I was a bit confused.
Price was fair and the size of the room was reasonable for a 3 bed room, especially in Europe. It's worth paying extra for the private toliet and shower facility as the shared one is inconvienent and it really stinks because I don't think it has any windows. Travelling with friends, there were 3 of us and the room was perfect.
Location was pretty decent - only a couple minute walk from the S-bahn station. Double room was just 2 twin beds pushed together as mentioned. I thought that this would be like many European lodging options and there would be a pad over the 2 mattresses to keep you from sinking between the beds. Not the case here. It's really just 2 twin beds pushed together and nothing more. Twin sheets, twin comporters, and mattresses that will creep apart in the night. Not my idea of a good place for a couple.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was convenient to drive to, easy to get to city center from. Travelling with our Golden Retriever, readily accepted the pet with a 10 euro additional fee.
Near to city center, pleasant room, good breakfast, nice staff Sturdy pillows
The location next to the OstbahnHof is perfect to reach every part of the city. Extremly quite. Breakfast was just allright
Rich brakfast, free onstreet parking 20 min from downtown (walking), nice people on the reception, for shared bathroom we get gowns from the receptions Small problems with wifi, finaly solved
Reseptionist was very helpful. Quick and easy Wi-Fi connection. Hotel is really near metro and train stations.
Easy and fast check in and out. Good free parking facilities in front of the hotel. The proximity of the S-Bahn and U-bahn. Very good breakfast. Very quiet. Even if there is no shower/toilet in the room, the shower/toilets were very clean. It's not decorated, the room is not charming, but personally I don't care.
Nice and clean rooms, good beds & matrasses, quite, great breakfast Hard and big pillows maybe... think of bringing your own if necessary
