Charming, sweet, well located, friendly staff. Just perfect! No.
it's extremely quiet the breakfast is quite average but sort of what to expect in Italy
Excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff.
Clean, comfortable, close to airport train transfer and easy to get to city center. In converted monastery which makes it very unclutered and lots of open space. Building is used as a conference and meeting facility, which can make it very busy and crowded at times.
Execellent location - re Malpensa Airport and City centre Restaurant Breakfast staff was very friendly and helpfull!!! Wonderful gardens and terrace. Self serve Restaurant is reasonably priced. Reception staff was very stern and we did feel no real welcome. Breakfast Room hard to find, signage is inadeqaut - Beds too low and too small.
Location good for connection to station for airport. Within walking distance of central Milan, also good metro and tram links. Very good buffet breakfast. My single room was adequate and very clean.
Lovely view to garden, peaceful room, short way to malpensa expres, good breakfast Everything in the room was ok, but the room was not at all cosy.
I liked the proximity to sites in Milan, and proximity to transportation services and it was also on the Hop On Hop Off Tour route. It had a nice feel, and in general, was comfortable. Breakfast was ok, especially for short stay. I wouldn't recommend it for more than 3 days though. I had one of the older rooms which had not yet been renovated, so I was told. This hotel seems to have a lot of exhibits and conferences. The weekend I was there (actually for 4 days), there was a huge Masterchef Sweets exhibit with SO many people in attendance. I had to clamour my way through to get to my room, and was stopped by the exhibit people a couple of times because I had no 'paid' bracelet. Then on the Sunday night, someone was taking down the exhibit tents until midnight, and were quite noisy - I couldn't sleep. It would have been nice to have a coffee maker with coffee and a kettle in the room.
Proximity to Cadorno rail station. Number one guy is heavy handed with the other staff. They are all men and several need to learn how soften up a bit. They were arguing amongst themselves on two occasions when I was at the counter. The fellow who worked the late shift checked us into our flight and printed our boarding passes. He said it wasn't his job, but did it anyway, with some humor and encouragement from us. The management needs to balance the staff with some women with training in personal relations, and train these guys to be smoother.
