Rommet var fint og med utsikt over bassengområdet. Flott frokostbuffe!
The food was good in the evenings and nice grounds The room was small and dark and seemed over priced
good service non extistant business center
Cuisine, garden, helpful staff, comfortable bed. swimming pool Room was too dark
the hotel is both beautiful and relaxing. the staff are very well trained, and friendly. it is a place you are happy to come back to after a day out. the pool is very well sited, and not visually intrusive. the grounds are very well lit.
Great hotel in the Medina, good location. Beautifully decorated and large rooms with terrace. Pool and the garden are nice. Staff is very friendly, helpful and service minded and will make sure your stay is comfortable. Spa treatments are highly recommendable. One minor comment is that there could be some bees during the breakfast.
This is a charming oasis amidst the chaos that is Marrakech
The enclosed gardens were lovely and we had a large, pleasant room. The bathroom was awful - there was black mould around the bath and the walls were stained. The toilet seat had a broken hinge which had black dirt in it - but they did throw rose petals in the bowl!. Otherwise the room was good. The service at breakfast was very poor - I had to ask a waiter three times for some butter and milk, and if you had breakfast late, there were things missing from the buffet.
Staff always cheerful and helpful; ambience pleasurably exotic but comfortable Food, though well-cooked, tended to be a touch slow in arriving but not to a disagreeable extent - after all the general ethos was that of unhurried leisure, proper for a holiday.
The hotel welcomed us warmly to what was a haven of calm and relaxation. The central gardens are charming and well maintained; the food excellent although a little expensive as were the drinks. Staff were helpful and friendly but information about the city and things to do and see a little scarce. The bathroom was very basic and not up to the standard of the rest of the hotel. The bedroom had very limited storage, no drawer space at all so we found ourselves living out of our suitcases.
Delightful hotel that was a haven in bustling Marrakech. A wonderful swimming pool set amid orange trees was a welcome retreat after the busy streets. A delicious breakfast was served on a tree filled, shady terrace. The rooms were beautifully decorated and bathrooms equipped with very good products that were available in the hotel shop. A convenient location too. The staff were very helpful and charming, but could have been more knowledgable in recommending restaurants
Excellent service, beautiful hotel. Great location to main square. We loved every minute!
The location and the agreeable feeling inside thanks to a beautiful decoration.
the atmosphere in mid of town service standard in restaurant was much below our expectations
great hotel staff over all, and especially japanese staff working really seriously and professionally. It was great service for everything. The restaurants recommended by hotel staff were all excellent. No pick up car (from airport) luxury enough like Mercedes, there's only regular 4x4. It'd be nice to have one nice car available.
Nice pool Horrible staff. Rude, could not provide basic info (I.e. How to ship a package). They will also try to get you to pay cash in the bars/restaurants. I fell for it once and the waiter pocketed the cash and billed it to my room--he even added a healthy tip to the room charge! Unbelievable.
Everything is outdated . Customer service is the worst Customer service , Bath rooms , No towels , Breakfast included but still you have to pay for it .
Very bad customer service...we had 1 person before us being help for check in....and we waited at least 1hour!!!!!! Very hot in the hotel....very bad air conditioning in the room. Will not go back there for sure
I liked the place, its really nice. the staff at night are not too friendly i guess..breakfast was not included so they made me pay for it
Superb level of customer service. They made us feel very welcome. Beautiful surroundings and a superb place to relax after the chaos of the medina. The hotel restaurant was a little expensive compared to other eateries in the city.
Very friendly received, people are very helpfull; Very nice surrounding, close to Marrakech, but far away enough to enjoy the tranquility. Breakfast could be somewhat improved, restaurant is fairly expensive so did nopt attract many people to use it during our stay.
Very good hospitality
Previous reviews were the main reason for choosing this Riad. English speaking friendly staff, good breakfast, good location in the Medina.
The location is great. The layout of the Riad is wonderful. The staff were all extremely lovely, especially Rachid. We loved the birds in the palm tree and seeing the storks so close by on the Badi Palace. It's also very quiet.
good, personal service, very nice owners Our room was a little bit small. especially after shopping ;-)
Very relaxing atmosphere, convenient location and very helpful and kind staff. The rooms are incredible. Massages and Manicure offered at the hotel facilities on demand.
Riad Alma is in a very safe part of Marrakesh. The owner and staff are delightful and the accommodation is a relaxing break from the hustle and bustle of daily life in this exciting city.
although you are a guest you feel like being home. perfect, frindly, correct staff. superbe situation in Kasbah.
Beautiful decor, very stylish rooms. The Riad has a very cosmopolitan feel about it. There are a few small dining areas where breakfast is served direct to your table (as opposed to buffet style) and it's delicious. 15 minute walk to the main square which suited us well; it's good to be away from all the chaos! Central courtyard where you can relax, very peaceful
The owner (a french woman) and the staff are very friendly and helpful, the riad is in a quiet area, so you don't notice that you are actually in a big city. The only thing I would change is breakfast, it is the same everyday (pancakes and cake) and if you stay a bit longer it get's a bit boring....
Rhiad Alma is an absolute gem, set in the most authentic part of the old town near the tombs. The Rhiad is a quiet oasis very close to the main square and easy to find. The rooms and surroundings are large, luxurious and exceptionally clean. The staff are possibly the nicest and most helpful you can imagine and their attention to detail is unquestionable. If you are looking for excellent value, a well kept airy interior, peaceful rooms with good beds and a great location in the old town then be sure to stay in Rhiad Alma, you will not be disappointed. Na
The Riad was an oasis of tranquility in a mad city! The staff were always there to help but were not intrusive. The decor was very beautiful and the breakfasts set you up for the day. There was nothing we didn't like about the Riad Alma!
