Svært gode bademuligheter i basseng.
Basseng/parkanlegget, spa avdelingen, god mat
Didn't like anyhing about this hotel/ this place shouldn't be called hotel,it's apartment residential. The room was dusty, furniture was old, stand up shower was awfully small, showerhead was pooring toward the wall. Towels were rough like pool towels, shouldn't advertise 4 stars, this hotel/ apartment resistance shoukd be 2 stars. The pool was too crowded, expect to pay city tax for each person staying. The elevator jorks you feel like you going to grt stuck in it.
I was not feeling comfy anyways so i can't recall a simple think i liked about it. The hotel doesn't match the 4 stars. Rooms dusty and not clean. Furniture old and npt highly maintained
Close to the main attractions of the city. Quite and nice staff always happy to help.
This time I stayed in Essaadi hotel, not the palace, for four night in March and i found it very good as always because i satay in this hotel when ever i visit Marrackech but i also stay in other hotels in the city. The location of Essaadi is very good if you do not like isolation from the city actions. The best in Essaadi, in my opinion, is the walk path that connect the hotel to the palace its more than 700 m long full of varieties of citrus, palm, olive, pomegranate trees. I usually take a walk on the path, in the morning before breakfast where the smell of orange blossom fill the srrounding. Breakfast improved a lot with many varieties and good preparation. Staff were very friendly and happy to help but need appreciation. Restaurant , i tried grilled seabass For dinner and it was very good but slow service though. I found The pool was heated to 26 degrees although i did not use. Room was always cleaned and prepared well and when i asked for some roses in a vase it was put in my room without extra cost. A basket of fruit was in the room when i checked in. The hotel was happy to keep my luggage for couple of days when i travelled away from the city. The new manager is always walking around and talking to the guests. Its good value for money as four star hotel, and i would look forward to stay in this hotel in near future. Wifi is little slow, rug in the room looks old. No tea or coffee machine in room, apparenty in my recent travel this service is no longer availble in hotel in Marrakech.
Great location though 800m from the medina may be generous. Best thing was the pool with stunning giant beds to sunbathe and lounge on. Nice clean rooms. Rather pricey hotel prices. €5+ for half a pint and the first (and only) night I had room service I found out the sandwiches were around €25. We went in November which is not busy yet it still wasn’t easy to get served by the pool despite there being more staff than guests. I was annoyed they charged for certain things in the gym, when you are staying at a (not cheap) 5* I don’t expect silly add-ons like that.
good breakfast room is basic and toilet very small ,television very old,
We found many members of staff extremely courteous and helpful. The amenities were excellent, but I feel if you are staying in such a hotel the spa should be accessible without additional cost. The breakfast was copious and delicious, with friendly helpful staff who served coffee and tea in record time. The pool area was well organised, and the pool temperature, though quite "fresh" was perfect. One or two more senior staff members were impolite in the extreme. This I had been warned about and was disappointed that it still existed, because it undermines the enormous effort made by the rest of the very endearing employees. However one has to imagine that all the guests are not perfect "angels" either!!!
Very comfortable hotel and nice place for relaxing and chilling out The staff at the terrace bar where they only serve drinks were a bit slow
Excellent staff, very welcoming and helpful, excellent breakfast, very good room service with amazing presentation. Good location, secure, relaxing. Not many people can speak english, mostly french and arabic. The beds were quite hard and the swimming pool was very shallow.
Its grounds and pool area and its position near to the Medina and rooms Service was a bit erratic in the bars and restaurant
The swimming pool area, spa, really comfortable beds and location. The service (with the exception of housekeeping, the spa and some of the staff at the swimming pool restaurant) was awful. There were a lot of staff, but most did very little. There was little, if no service, around the pool area, the bar staff were terrible (they practically ignored you), and the reception staff were arrogant. The prices of food and drinks were ridiculous, especially given the poor service. As a result we kept orders in the hotel down to the staff. I've stayed at many 5 star hotels, and to be honest I could run this one better than the existing management, despite having no hospitality management experience.
everything was excellent
friendly staff and great breakfast! We had difficulty alternating between the bath and shower taps, i.e. the 'button' was not easy to operate - took nearly 10 minutes. also, we were not given any info about breakfast when we checked in, and had to call reception.
The facilities were great...the room was super comfy and the pools were awesome.. The food was so expensive wasn't worth eating in especially breakfast was like 25 bucks a person..even after booking breakfast included with my reservation they told my mom she had to pay..Also apparently there was a high profile guest, some Saudi prince I suppose there and they diverted all the air-conditioning to his rooms...which is messed up...and not fair. I don't care if he's a prince were all humans and guests at the hotel...air conditioning should be for everyone!! Especially in a desert city! But other than that..the staff were supper attentive and professional.
Nice hotel, friendly staff. You should note that this hotel in EU standard should be 4 stars, but if you bare this in mind at the begining you will have great time. Great breakfast and pool was great. A bit far from the medina and the main attractions (35-40 min walk)
Swimming. Food is very poor.
it is very nice
I liked the friendliness of the staff and the selection of food for breakfast. I did not like to see ants crawling on a sideboard in the dining / breakfast room. Also the carpet in the bedroom could have been cleaned better when we arrived. The bathroom had no extractor fan and the bath was chipped and worn in places. The water was not very warm either, apart from first thing in the morning when having a shower.
The staff were very friendly except in the Spa Breartkfast was awfull, not enough food or drinks, no matter what time you arrive in the dining room they are always short of either, milk, juice, tea or even bread The spa you have to pay for everything except the Gym this needs to be clerified well
No noise in the room. Basic hotel, nothing special but nothing bad either. Nice spa. Walking distance to town, coffee shops. Easy check in and very polite bell boy who spoke english. Room smelt of cigarettes and burns in the carpet (Room 345). A couple of the reception girls spoke very brusquely and not very friendly but others were very courteous. A la carte menu not very exciting. Charged 170 dhms plus tax for breakfast that I did not want or have!!!
Room was excellent value. Staff was friendly and helpfull. Internet service in room was absolutly terrible!!!!!
location Needs to clean up rooms a bit carpets etc
The spa is fantastic, also the pool and the room was very spacious. Food good, if a limited choice of a la carte. Pool beuatifully kept and areas around. Lovely rooms in the lobby to sit and cool down in. Lovely atmosphere overall, very relaxed. Helpful porters and waiters. Drinks very expensive, both alcohol and non-alcohol. Only one cd was played repeatedly at the pool - a little irritating after 6 days! Welcome and welcome drink would be good. Reception staff could be far more polite, and focus on one guest at a time, and not on other guests in the queue or their personal phone calls.
The hotel has been very well designed and the bedroom was lovely, really comfy bed and a nice bathroom. Outdoor pool and spa were also very good. Buffet breakfast was tasty and there was a lot of variety to eat. Nice and quiet too, I had a very relaxing stay The staff were very unhelpful and made no real effort to give good customer service. Although I had no major problems I felt that if I had, the staff would not have been too happy to help out. Its a pity as the hotel itself is very nice but the staff uncommunicative and very surly indeed
not far from the train and coach stations; value for money as it appears like a 4-star hotel it's not easy to catch taxi in front of the hotel. the hotel doesn't serve alcohol at all.
Really hard beds.
Excellent location-Rail Station (5 minute walk) and within walking distance of bars, cafes, shops in Gueliz and the Medina area. Lack of atmosphere - hotel not particularly busy when I stayed there
Hote has good international std facility and is conveniently located to central Gulez town near Transportation links
The staff was great, clean rooms, nice pool, very good food, WI-FI connection in the lobby and some of the poll-facing rooms The location was not very nice, extra charges (20 euros),
