Flott hotell. Store familierom. God frokost.
Elendig frokost.
Centrally located Language of staff. They do not understand English properly.
It's very convenient to go anywhere
Close to KL's excellent railway network. Located in a vibrant area that is of interest to tourists. Their restaurant advertisers and charges for 'mineral water' but serves opened bottles of what is probably tap water. My room had no window or natural light.
The hotel staff is friend and willing to help. The location. it is difficult to locate the hotel for those who drive.
None at all. I don't think that I will stay at that hotel again The hotel room are small. No bar fridge and the staff are not well train.
The location the breakfast and the location
The staff were very helpful the rooms have poor airconditioning
Although I had booked a Deluxe Room with a Queen size bed, we only got two single beds and we had to manage somehow for 3 nights with two single beds
Friendly staff, clean good location, nice breakfast.
Quite central Arrived to find trainee staff booking us into rooms which were totally poor in quality compared to what was advertised on website. Made to wait for over an hour before the hotel manager arrived and was offered only one room booked as promised (for a group of 6). A group had to stay in substandard room. The room had begbugs too. Will not be recommending to others.
location The restaurant for the residences on level 6 was very poor. The food was ill prepared, cold and poor service. I had to send back a loaf of bread back that was full of mould - the chef should have seen that before putting it out. The hot food was cool and the cold food was warm - very disapointing on variety and presentation.
The rooms were small but thoughtfully appointed. The cafe was decent and there is no shortage of great food nearby. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Great value! Located almost midway between the two nearest train lines made getting around a bit more work.
i just want to relax after office hour.. i'm not sure, beside spa, what else services Midah has? Parking space too narrow and limited/
There were not many choices of food for breakfast. I stayed there for 3 nights and every morning I ate the same thing.... Another thing was that there were not many shops nearby. I had to walk for about 15 minutes to get to the nearest 7-11.
It's gonna be old and need to renew.
Close to the Mono rail and China Town The selection for breakfast was the same and very limited. The room was a bit stuffy with not being able to open the windows. Was not offered a non smoking room.
The good location : in 5 min. You are in China Town and in 20 min. to Petronas. 1.st) The cleanliness of bathroom isn't the maximum. 2.nd )My booking rate was 113,05RM and I paid at the check-out 130,00RM .
Sorry, nothing about the hotel is to my satisfactory. I would never stay at this hotel again. Everything, I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel.
It is a good family hotel. The prices are reasonable and facilities are of good standard.
Nothing. I found the hotel horrible. Bad location, poor views of the city and extremely dirty. Hairs in the bathtub, absolutely filthy. Staff not very friendly, they gave us a double room instead of a twin, was difficult to change it. Wi fi worked only next to the rooter. The landline phone did not work also.
Great value for money and centrally located in Chinatown Lack of flexibility for late checkout
A haven of tranquility right in the middle of china town and the market There are many cheeper options around.
Quite centrally located hotel, clean, good value for money,no hidden costs. Hotel was vey difficult to find,as it is located right in the middle of the night market. As we were arriving around 6pm the whole street was closed for shopping.
Service is good. No parking space and I have to pay very high parking cost.
primarily its location, also no bities of any sort.Short on value for money, long on location and staff.
The possibility to add a breakfast to your room booking and the low booking fee.
The cleanliness and the free wi-fi internet access. Security of the room by access card.
WIFI, internet speed is fast room service, need some improvement
Clean, spatious rooms at an affordable rate. While the hotel can be reached through bus connections these are at times erratic, so it could be that you're waiting a long time to head into the inner city.
One free bottle of water per person every day. Very quiet room. Good location. Breakfast buffet quite limited and not the best in taste (very weak coffee). Staff is friendly, but only when you draw their attention to yourself (sometimes they don't even notice you coming in). Hotel dares to charge for keeping your bags after check-out time (which in fact is 12 pm), even if it is only 1 hour...
quite near to town center.Quite convinience for drive trip.
Very helpful staff. Convenient location for China town and trains.
Convenient & Clean
Convenience, comfort, easy to locate, safety and staff are friendly too.
Very good place to spend a night with such a affordable prize! Rooms are clean, toilets are good and the breakfast is ok ok. If you want to stay in KL just for a night with all basic needs, this is the perfect hotel. There nothing to see around the hotel...
The location is quite good ; the room was clean and even better that i expected for that price /// breakfast was super bad ! Well, we paid by cash straight away for 5 days on check-in . The next day i got the letter from booking.com telling that we didnt check in so the hotel charged my credit card!! I asked at the reception but first they didnt understand what i was saying and answering like " Yes, we charged the credit card " ..."yes, you paid by cash" ????what????? Well, im not the english native speaker so i usually never complain about how others speak english but it was really the first time i had such hard times talking to receptionists ....the long story short they said that it was their mistake and they r going to give the money back.......still waiting..........also the a/c didnt work properly and it was kind of very hot at nights .
the view is good , we can see the twin tower. why don't have water machine for drink, is really a 3-star hotel? even 2-star hotel have one.
free car parking , big rooms , one of the staff is very active and helpful his name is Islam never change the bed sheet , not clean towels , poor room service , really annoying calls at checkout time , no tissue
Good Location poor Brackfast
Good parking, very close to Chinatown, the room was fine, very comfortable pillow Choice for breakfast limited
The family room size is quite suitable to me because i have 3 kids age from 7 to 11 years old. Within working distance to monorail station and petaling street.Free shuttle services to Bukit bintang shopping centre and KL Tower save me transportation charges. The room bed sheet has some ants and the window locker was broken.
Wifi free and very clean hôtel
there are a lot of craters on the room, you will have to sleep lights on to be able to see anything moving towrds you if wakened.
Location the distance between hotel and parking area is not convenient.
This hotel is situated within the shopping area of Petaling Street and pretty easy to get everything . It seems that centralized air conditional has bothered my trip at this hotel.
Very good staff, try to help in everything. Clean rooms. Just fantastic location especially for tourists - Petaling street. Lots of cheap chinese food around hotel. WiFi is free, available even in the rooms! Some rooms are without windows, but that is normal for Malaysia, and you always can choose it before booking. Even living in the room without windows is not very bad.
Good enough to return Price
the air cond is not cold enough
We arrived after midnight but still were shown courteously to our room. I think the internet in the lobby should be free for guests.
The locality and the accessibility of the markets A few items in the room needed attenton. The shower facilities left something to be desired.
Excellent location. Pleased that it was quieter than we expected - no night or early morning noise as street is pedestrianised. Air con worked well. Water was hot. Room and beds were very clean. Tea was always available. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Rooms were windowless and smaller than expected with only just space to move around the bed. Room had a slight mouldy smell from air con.
the position is good.nearby the pudu bus station.very convinience. it is difficult to go to the hotel with big baggage,as too many people on the way there.
Room may be small but cosy enough. There is a persistent water problem whereby I could not take shower. It was really inconvenient. They should improve on their water problem. Besides, it could be noisy. I changed room 3 times for just a two-night stay! Horendous!!
I am inside petaling street.... More time to do window shopping Never do housekeeping
Really good location, just 1 minute from chinatown but the street is not busy. Wifi is only in the first and second floor. And there are only 3 room with window in each floor. And some of them are family rooms, so is very dificult to get a room with wifi and window at the same time
Secure, quiet, friendly staff The dust near the windows and curtains. Difficult to locate this hotel.
Friendly staff on the desk and the ease with which everything was taken care of. There was no pressure or thought of being ripped off. The one minus was that when trying to get a taxi to leave after our stay they ordered a taxi which refused to use a meter and we saw one of the lesser staff recieve money from the driver for calling him... other than that perfect
I liked the location, at the edge of China town. Just 200 m from monotrail station, 2 stops to down town, 2 stops to central rail way station, few hundred meters from central market etc...
no windows in our rooms! nobody made-up our rooms during 4 days! there i no wifi upeer then 3 floor!
Except for Daniel rest of the staff is not trained to dael effectively with overseas visitors.
Hotel only provide towel & soak. Non smoking area but someone still smoking. Is near to shopping.
Large, airy & attractive modern lounge area + comfy beds. Smiling receptionist! Beds in room are more than adequate for 2 adults & 2 children aged 3 & 8 so shouldn't make guests book/pay for the extra bed. It wasn't ready upon checking in but receptionist advised it'll be done, was left at door without further instruction so we were confused & rang 3 times to chase it up. Only being answered abruptly - no "hello" to start & "bye" to end the conversation but said sorry & slammed the phone down. Knocked by a cleaner who pushed the bed into the room & left with no words so we took that we had to do the bed up ourselves, which we weren't pleased with. Not happy with shower room as no curtain or door to stop it wetting the whole room. Hotel marked as 3*** probably in Malaysian standard but not the western 1 I'm afraid!
