Spa, massage All good no comment
Excellent Service, Superior Room but a very bad neigbourgood! The hotel is situated in a bad neigbourhood, which I did not know. I would not reccomend this hotel for couples or women, because the hotel is located in a women unfriendly environment!
nice breakfast, nice rooms, nice place and super massage in hammam and sauna... everything was perfect...i ask people who will make reservation SC INN hotel staff is really bad and you understand it after you stay in this hotel...
Very nice rooms, nice place, еxcellent service & staff.
very good hotel for a low price, very good breakfast included
Price was ok. staff was ok too. If you need cheap acomodation for couple of days it is just average. I would not recomend this hotel to couples or families it more suitable for male friends. Rooms need maintanace. i and my friends did not fell very comfortable with the ambiance and other hotel residents. It was bit low profile hotel. spa centre, hamam and swimming pool(if there is one) is not in the hotel it is in the next building and you pay for it extra.
Staff were always helpful The carpet didn't look too clean to me and I like to walk around barefoot in my hotel room. This time, I kept my shoes on!
Nice reception, staff willing to help, clean room, small but sufficient for the purpose of overnight stay.
Nice staff. Too noisy rooms.
The receptionist tried to trick us when we had to pay for the rooms. We argued with him for 15 minutes until he admited that he was asking to much money. So be carrefull. On the other hand, the sheets in the room were not very clean. Also, I had a hard time finding the hotel with my GPS, so I suggest you print a map if you plan to go there by car.
Good value for money, location is nice if you don't want to stay in the middle of the touristy Sultanahmet area. Very friendly staff, clean room.
Part of the staff was helpful and I got myself with a good room view. It's placed in a dirty, poor city area, as you will remark mostly during the night. The hotel has an unmaintained look. The only available (improvised) parking is in a backstreet area that i wouldn't visit even with Google Maps.
customer service was exelent, manager was wonderfull ,Mr Zaki Alan was very helpful giving a wonderful information to us
Ok price and location, polite staff Serious leak in the bathroom, noise from the street, room not especially clean, run down place in general
The hotel was overprized and not in a good location. My shower was broken and flooded our bathroom. The staff did nothing to fix it. My friends and I ended up only staying there for one night and then switched hotels.
staff were too noisy during the night hours. rushing up and down the stairs and banging other room doors. The room window was of ease access from outside. did not feel safe apart from this everithing else was fine bearing in mind it was a cheap hotel
Nothing The hotel was showcased as a 3 star property based upon which I selected the hotel. The hotel was anything but 3 star ! Small room ( About 125 sqft for 3 beds ), location is bad and the basic environment is not upto standard
location was close to central parts smell in the room and the leakage in the basin
The stuff were very friendly and helpfull.
The service was efficient and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The bathroom was bigger than in most Turkish hotels I have stayed in.
Staff was good. Room was good. Place of the hotel is in the old city, after midnight it may be not safe to walk around.
Close to local markets and has a real Turkish feel to it, you are amongst the locals. Staff very helpful Room service could be abit patchie one day they forgot to resupply towels after the took the old ones away. No iron at the hotel so you had the creased look when you went out. Be aware the "i" on the key borad is not the same as the English i so it can stop you doing the internet log on, the English i is off the the right.Trap for young players.
The hotel is modern and very centrally located. Staff is extremely friendly and service oriented. We had a personal pick up from the airport and the sales manager did everything she could to make our stay a very special memory.
The hotel was fine, very good located near the Basmane train and subway stations. The main problem was that there are a few english speaking staff.
The location is perfect. It's a part of Turkey that isn't seen by the majority of tourists, but should be! The Hotel, it's theme, the grounds, the little gifts, the atmosphere and the staff all helped towards a perfect stay.
Good location, very central, close to metro - that was what we needed. ±10 minutes walk to the seaside.
Hotel is clean, rooms are enough spacious. Breakfast was good. Good location in the center of city..
Location ... nice spots are just a walking distance away from the hotel.
Friendly and helpful staff, all round cleanliness, fair breakfast. Very quiet at night. Basic bedroom, poor lighting arrangements, en-suite very tight for space.
It has good location, walking distance to Agora, shopping bazaar, the port, etc. Breakfast was good. Staff are helpful. Cleanliness was horrible; a stinky smell coming out of the bathroom. It is possible that this issue was only in my room, as I checked my friends' room, and it didn't have that. The Heat wasn't working, even after many attempts from the receptionist. Beds/cover are very small.
Staff showed us a variety of rooms and let us choose which location we wanted. Rooms were clean and quaint. Not a lot of wiggle room, but plenty for a night's stay, and a good value for the money. The parking was a bit tricky; had to park the car several blocks over at a parent hotel, but they kept a good watch on the car and all worked out fine.
It was a basıc relatively clean hotel with frıendly helpful staff.
The staff were very helpful and generous in all matters and enquiries. The breakfast was fantastic, it had a great variety of everything you could want. The rooms were great, very clean and modern and had everything that you could want. It is a great location for the markets, the agora and the park section and museum section of town. The hotel caters mainly for Turkish/International businessmen, so a solo traveller looking for planned tours of northern tourist sites was not something they were use to organising, however, it worked out in the end. Also the area is very safe during the day, but if you are female and a solo traveller is not too safe to go out in this area in the evening.
Very good breakfast buffet on the top (3rd floor). Room was clean & modern. Staff were friendly, though most had limited English. AC was very good. The street this hotel is on had many little eateries, grocers, & food shops. Surrounding area is a backstreet market zone on the grungy side with many street dogs. Internet was fritzy one night out of four. Big TV in the breakfast room disturbs the morning tranquility.
I've been there only for one night; found good cleanlines, very good position, optimum breackfast ang good staff. Good value for money. The rainy day ;-))))
Charming, comfortable hotel within walking distance of most attractions. Excellent breakfast buffet and helpful staff. Truly service with a smile.
Agora Konak Saray Hotel had the most friendly staff of anywhere in the world, and was very comfortable. A long way from the Bus Station of only purpose of staying in Izmir is as jump off to surrounding ruins etc.
Staff were very helpful, breakfast was most generous, the room was decent size,it was clean; it was what it said it is: a two star hotel. Location, near the bazaar, could be off-putting,the dogs in the parking area could be a problem at night.
Clean rooms, helpful stuff with excelent English.
Very helpful staff, very clean, nice breakfast, parking site and comfortable triple room. I would recommend this hotel to foreign travelers, bcs of good location in center. Even the area seems not good, it is saved and colourful. noisy in mornings bcs there are many traditional shops in the hotel street.
Excellent location in a market street, great breakfast, nice staff (speaking excellent English). If you are by car, not easy to reach because it's in the middle of a market street. It has a parking, though.
Clean, stylish room, nice staff, excellent value-for-money dinner at the restaurant hotel (fresh fish and salad), elegant decor. Hard to locate in a local, busy area.
the staff was excellent, very helpful and responsive to any demand or question; hotel is very clean and air conditioning is available in the rooms; breakfast is good, the only thing missing is the coffe (they provide only instant coffe and tea), but you can get a very good turkish coffe in the nice coffe places the hotel is very nice and very well positioned in the center of the city but is a bit difficult to find it; the streets are very narrow and its difficult to get access by car
