Excellent location in the middle of old town. Nice and friendly staff; good breakfast, good room. A little overpriced.
Being within the walls of the old town of Kotor. Very nice and helpful hotel staff. Quite (inside) and lively (outside) at the same time, as you want to. Bathroom has been very nicely renovated to a modern style, while the room has also been renovated to a high standard but to a some more old fashioned style
Located in the centre of the old city of Kotor. Furnished with modern equipments. Spacious room. Reception was like that of a youth hostel, obviously not matching the hotel grade. Loud music from the neighbor pub went on until 1am. Although it wasn't hotel's fault, it was unbearable. Bath towel wasn't completely clean. Breakfast was poor and didn't start on time.
Location and comfort of rooms. Friendliness of personnel. Towels very good and bathroom outstanding, we had been upgraded to a deluxe room. . Breakfast. They put out rest of previous days salads, devil led eggs, cakes, coffee did not taste good and was not hot . One could order eggs or toast, nothing was to our liking.
Very attractive rooms with very fitted out bathrooms and decent TV with good range of channels. There is a noise problem with the bars outside the hotel playing loud music until around 1.30-2am which you can hear in the rooms, breakfast was poor and the hotel also appears to have a mosquito problem as all of my friends and me were bitten quite badly.
the bed, colours in the room and lightening breakfast is poor, like 3 stars.
It seems that, you tried to choose the best one of all the things. Location, room and breakfast were great.
room was well appointed and comfortable the wellness center does not appear in any of the hotel info, i read about it in a travel guide, initially found it confusing how to access
The rooms were clean and the location was right in the Old Town of Kotor. I think the room rate was a bit expensive but overall a good experience.
Fabulous location within the old town walls, lovely room with trendy bathroom. Nice canopied terrace at the front of the hotel to sit and watch the world go by. A wee bit on the expensive side.
The position of the hotel was superb, just opposite a private beach, and facilities for drinks and meals to be served there. A peaceful, relaxing stay in wonderful surroundings. The staff were excellent and could not have been more helpful when we extended our stay to 2 nights. Not easy to find - directions need to be clearer. Fifteen minute car drive from Kotor the nearest town. Not a 20 minute walk to be attempted on a fairly busy road.
The rooms were splendid .,The hotel staff were very kind and helpful .It is right in the heart of old town and the atmosphere is really fantastic . The rate on the other hand is very reaosanble for such a quality.
I liked very much the location, from the windows we can see old city, the mountain and the churches. It was like I wanted to be, for enjoying this place that I love. The staff was very useful and gentle.
Location, beautiful room, friendly service.
hotel design, comfort, staff very helpful. excellent location perfect!
High standard of design and restoration, in an excellent location Breakfast was very poor, no self-service and very limited choice of poor quality foods. Not fit for this standard of hotel.
Pleasant staff , Good location Lack of hot water
It's a posh hotel with comfortable and spacious rooms desined in good taste and elegantly. English- and Russian speaking staff was always ready to help and answer any question. Big size-dishes of taste breakfast gave energy for my every day trips around this beautiful country. I also advise to have dinner in its restaurant, it's magnificent (try lamb, that was the best).
Our "apartment" was beautiful, with a perfect view and situated immediately on the water. Tivat is a very small town, and this is probably the best place to stay there. The water pressure in our room on the third floor was atrocious. There were times when no water came out the faucet at all, and there wasn't always hot water available. Understandable with an older building, but we paid between 90-100 euro per night, and I'm less understanding then. Also, the clerk tried to charge more than the booking hotel price when I checked out, although he only charged the booking.com price when I pointed it out to him.
Good location, good hotel staff, food in restaurant and service was perfect.
Scenic location, friendly but unobtrusive staff, beautifully restored building, plenty of places to relax.
Wonderful attentive staff and an absolutely spectacular setting on the Gulf of Kotor. The facilities in general are excellent.
The reception staff are very helpful. The rooms are far from the parking palce, so they very willing to help to carry our luggage. It is also not so easy to find the palce in the dark, not enough signes, and they got out on the main road in order to help us find the palce, which was good and helpful. The place looks great and well located on the beach, with gret view from the window. The service at breakfast was not so good, and all the gusts that stayed at the time with us had to "chase" the food and the lady that was supposed to serve us, and we had to go several times, we and others as well, in order to ask the reception to go and send her back to the dining room....I lamost felt that I'm on a hunting trip and I have to hunt in order to eat...but seriously, the service at breakfast should be better. Guests should not be chasing nor the food neither the lady.
The hotel is very luxurious. The rooms are very comfortable with amazing views. The location is perfect for a relaxing break. Its a 45 min walk into Kotor old town but its a beautiful walk along the waterfront. There didn't seem to be a great choice for breakfast.
Fantastic location. Very pleasant & helpful staff. Beautiful conversion of an attractive old building. The hotel facilities seem to be used by friends/ neighbours of the hotel sometimes putting pressure on space for hotel guests
This hotel I will recomend for staying for a few day , not for long living -for some reasons a) because beach - there is a pier instead of usual sea bay , b) not so close to old town of Kotor, c) and a little pretentious atmoshpere. But for romantic wekkend or for honeymoon it will be perfect - there is very quiet and solitary place.
The views from our room were spectacular, the hotel staff were friendly and went out of their way to help in any way they could. Although the hotel is located in Dobrata, the 45 minute stroll to Kotor's old town along the water's edge was really pleasant, and the taxi back was no more than €4. I definitely would recommend this hotel!
Very peaceful and tranquil - luxurious bathroom and very helpful and attentive staff.
wonderful location, very nice historical building Breakfeast vry poor
