1. comfortable shuttle service to Venice 2. good breakfast 3. nice and helpful staff 4. clean rooms
1. Hotel and interiors are typical for the brand - beautiful and unique neighbourhood of Venice is completely untapped 2. rooms are cosy but typical and not well decorated for one of the best hotel 3. everything is expensive only because is Marriott (not because it is good) 4. You pay for the brand not for quality 5. You have to pay for the wi-fi in rooms (ridiculous at the price of the room)

Great location - on its own island. Great facilities. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Bathrooms look a little dated compared to the room itself. Family pool was not as clean as it should be.

«Very welcoming reception. Our room was upgraded on arrival and was very nice. Shuttle boat takes about 20 mins to get to St Marks Square. Shuttle boat to train station saved a lot of hassle when leaving.»
«Great location. Nice to be a bit separated from the hustle and bustle of the main island. Ferry shuttle very convenient. Amazing breakfast. Had a lovely simple dinner via room service. 100% met expectations.»

«Private island of JW Marriott in Venice? What else do you need? You will feel like home from the very first moment. We had a short honeymoon trip and the extremely kind lady (Michaela) at the reception, gave us an upgrade (room with view at the city), and surprised us with a bottle of Prosecco at the first evening. The rooms are spacious, super clean (they clean them twice per day). The spa and massage are more than amazing - a must to visit. Amazing breakfast that should cover everyone’s needs. Stunning sunset and city view from the Infinity pool. They provide free shuttle boat from the hotel to San Marco every 30min, thus, it can’t be more convenient. It’s the ideal hotel if you want to get relaxed, if you want some privacy, if you don’t like the extremely busy days full of tourists in Venice, but you want to enjoy the city during the night.»
