Location was good - less than 10 min walk from Santa Lucia station. Staff very friendly. Garden was smaller than photos would suggest but still a nice feature. Nice shower. Canal side tables outside to sit and have a drink in the evening - prices very reasonable.
Room was very small - not what I would call a Superior Double. Breakfast was poor, tables crammed in a small restaurant with little room to move between them.

Staff was friendly and very helpful with restaurant recommendations, things to do with teens, and even booking taxi for airport. Room was amazing, with a view of the canals. Our room was quiet, clean and beds were very comfortable plus it was huge. The location was great - just steps from the Piazzale Roma, making it an easy walk with our bags. They have a lovely garden out back where you can have drinks or breakfast. All in all a very pleasant stay.
