We stayed at this hotel for my birthday and it was an AMAZING experience overall. The staff was really friendly and the hotel is kept at its BEST. I cant wait to go there next because i love the restaurants they have at this hotel especially the one on 44th floor which has a really nice view.

Overpriced for the level of rooms and amenities
The reception staff are very friendly and customer service orientated. The hotel is situated right in the middle of downtown so a great location if you want to be out in the city
Very over priced for the level of room. They also have a rooftop bar which is a nightmare on the weekends. Visitors come in through the hotel lobby and use the elevators to access the bar. As the bar is currently a hot spot, this means long lines to access the elevator to your room on the weekends. The pool is also located on the bar level and has very little space. Bar staff are not helpful and borderline rude
