Great location, easy to walk around and close to bus station

The bathtub have leaking problem. Soundproof is bad

The staff were really nice. They allowed us to leave our luggage from an early and late flights. You can also use the shower room by the pool. The room was pretty big and clean with a little balcony. Walking distance to the Fira center and bus terminal.

I like the location. It's just a 5 min walk from the bus station which is very suitable for a solo traveller like me. It's within the center but it's not crowded nor you couldn't hear any noise. And oh, Indoor pool is a great idea especially in this kind of season.

Just had a little complaint about the bathroom. I'm petite but I still find it too small and whenever I took a shower, the water would be all over the floor.

The staff was very nice and helpful, location was also great, close to the city and the bus station.

Was smaller than expected, the room looked bigger on the pictures. I thought we will have a sofa and stuff, but the room was basically just the three beds and a small space to walk around the beds. The beds were comfortable but a little bit too small, even for us not-so-tall girls. The shower was really small and it flooded all the time. After one person took a shower, the whole bathroom was flooded with water and it was a little bit messy to walk around in the room afterwards.
