The location

The hotel is dirty!!! I knew it is an old property but since I only stayed for one night I was expecting a decent room that was clean. I had a surprise: the room was dirty, towels weren't washed from the previous guest or guests and I don't think the balcony has been cleaned since the season has started (I assume since May). The staff members weren't approachable, including their front office manager (I was waiting to speak with someone in reception and she was there looking at me but couldn't bother to ask if I need any assistance). Internet ... well there is internet only in the main reception and nowhere else. This hotel is a 2* (and even 2* hotels have to provide clean rooms)

Starting with the room - it was nothing like the pictures here. The furniture was different and the bathroom was different. It was very dirty - there was dust everywhere - and even though we made a complaint it wasn't cleared after that. The couch was dirty and we even didn't want to try it. The shower was broken and it was hard for use. The food was with very low quality and the waitresses didn't clean regularly - for example there was watermelon all over the table with the desserts. When the dinner was over all kitchen stuff got out to eat, which is not so bad, but when you see how someone licks the spoon, which is supposed to be used by everyone, you don't want to stay there anymore.... So - never again!

Nothing ruined our trip

Firstly room photo on booking.com doesnt match the room we got and hotel was prepared to do anything about it. Management was a disgrace reception playing ping pong security screaming at guests abd banging lift doors just because people were laughing and chatting. No internet in rooms. Cleaners dont clean dirty sheets ripped towels we only recieved towels 3 times and other days were told there are no towels. When we complained about not having towels management blasted into our room raiding high and low as though we were hiding towels. Food disgrace lunch and dinner the same no variety. We paid all inclusive yet 90% of food is pork so we didnt eat. Ended up eating in restaurants. Stay away from hotel its simply not worth it

Location is near the sea, first line. Comfortable to return from the sea at dinner time. However a little loud in the evenings due to bars and beach clubs music.

Staff was bad while check in on arrival. Hospitality is poor , we did not recieved bracelets when on check in, need to return one more time. Staff are not professionals, do not now their responsibilities. Rooms had broken furniture, not working lighters. Hard to get help from reception. Cleaning were done not regularly. The car parking is really small (10 cars) no place to leave car.
