Very good

The site is excellent, you can get to the downtown pretty easily. My original reservation was for two nights, the second day at 13:45 I had to checck out unexpectdly, the reception ladies offered to refund me and charge only for one night, it was very nice and keen gesture I thank them for it.

I hope if the can give a little extra care to the bathroom facilities

The hotel is situated at a nice central location, yet it is on a quite street, not noisy at all. The location is excellent. The rooms are a bit small, and the furniture is a bit dated, but everything is very clean. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is excellent with a wide selection to choose from.

Parking in front of the hotel can be problematic, but one can find place on the neighboring streets.

Room and bed were both small but completely adequate for a one night stay. Hotel tried to sell us an upgrade, which didn’t seem worth it. Otherwise staff was friendly. Breakfast was alright, good spread but not excellent.

Breakfast was well-stocked and excellent. Freshly baked bread, good coffee and plenty of options even for someone on a gluten and lactose free diet.

The extra bed (sofa bed) that we had in our junior suite was not comfortable at all.

Selection of bread & buns at breakfast is a little dull.

Rooms were basic, in particular the bathroom needed an update. The room was also not 100% clean when arriving.

Placed near by metro station. Good lobby and very nice staff! Good mattress, very clean bed linen.

Were cold at the room, but staff gave me little electrical radiator and I was afraid, that my little daughter could touch it. I saw many reviews about very good breakfast here. But I didn’t see at the breakfast fresh juices, salt fish like salmon, were so poor in cheeses. No slippers at the room. No body-lotions/hair lotions at the room, I should to asked staff for its. Last week were in Oslo in 3-Star Hotel(Park Inn) and there breakfast were amazing. And room looked better than this. From this breakfast maybe I expected so much after I red so many reviews from other people. But this breakfast is like in usually 3-Star. And generally this hotel is more 3-Star than 4-Star for me.

The rooms and especially the bathrooms are a little older but very clean. My TV had problems and even if I told this to the staff it wasn't fixed.

Not so far from the metro. Nice atmosphere in the enterence/bar. Good breakfast with no lack of anything.

It had been nice if the minibar ad som wine and beer.

The price was way lower than the other hotels. The staff was very helpful and breakfast was good. It's a 5 minute walk from the metro station.

The bedroom of the junior suite had no window at all, just a curtain covering the wall! We were feeling cold, but there is a central heating system at which the room temperature is not adjustable. Hopefully, the staff provided us with two small radiators. The bed was not comfortable. I wouldn't call this a 4 star hotel.

Liked the breakfast timing which is until 11:00. Even the cleaning ladies could speak fluent English which was nice. It has 3 elevators which makes it easier to get to the rooms in higher floors fast. A lovely fire place in the lobby. Staff were very helpful when we had an emergency on our fifth day there.

1. When arrived they asked for a credit card to confirm reserve the payment but it was in the end of month and my credit wasn't enough at the time for the whole time of our stay so asked them to either use my credit card info from the booking on website or charge my credit card when we check out and have enough credit by then but they said for some law it's not possible, then offered them to pay by a debit card but at first they said they can't accept debit card for this; but eventually they did and had to pay the full amount in advance with debit card which is not an experience you'd expect from such a hotel. 2.The first morning we woke up with a construction noises from a different level which we were not told about and was not a really nice experience, when told receptionist they told me the construction wpuld continue for another morning so they changed the room with one in the other wing of the building, which seemed a bit less equipped and a bit smaller than or original room. 3. They didn't put an ashtray outside of hotel main door for smokers or a smoking area eaither inside or outside for that matter!

I liked that the hotel employees were very helpful and friendly. The food from the restaurant was also very good. And we had a peaceful time and a nice atmosphere at this hotel.

I didn't particularly like the bathroom, it smelled like sewerage/canalization, not very strong but enough to creep you out for the first 3 minutes inside the bathroom. Also the bathroom lack some "modern" comfort options like a hair dryer socket or a better shower which didn't sprayed everywhere in the bathroom. I also didn't like that, again, we couldn't plug our phones to charge, because around our bed or night stand table were no electric sockets.

The common areas are very nice; reception, bar and restaurant. Was very clean.

The building is old, the rooms are a bit old and dated. No slippers in the room. In a double bed there were two single duvets.

The standard of the room for the prices was expected to be better. Bathroom was quite outdated and very small, towels smelled strange, the cleaniness of the bathroom could be better (everything could be more fresh) the room overall was expected to be a bit better for the price.

The equipment at the gym was old or broken.

The breakfast was fantastic, the bar exceptional.

Rooms could do with a spruce up, the ceiling paint as flaking, the bathroom looked dated, the tub lacked sealant and leaked onto the floor. A few touches could have got the room to a 8/10. Currently a 6/10.

Location is a bit far from the central. Approx 20mins walk to the center.

Nice stylish bar and reception area . Good breakfast and okay gym . Rooms are clean . And staff was very kind to check us in early .

The design of the bathroom is abit strange . Would like more soap and shampoo . Very cold inside the rooms . Price is abit steep .

I liked the breakfast - it was for all tastes. I liked the location of the hotel.

I didnt like the mattress of the bed, it was very slippery. The pillows were not very comfortable.

Rooms look a bit aged. Bathroom feels very sterile like in a hospital. Missed a personal touch. The breakfast buffet was totally overcrowded. The breakfast area is just to small for the amount of people to serve.

They were doing construction on the lower floors, so they upgraded us for free to a junior suite because my dad is older and likes to rest during the day and couldn't with all the noise. Receptive employees. Breakfast was good. Room was very nice.

Breakfast was supposed to be included, although every morning, the person who lets you into breakfast would tell us we had to pay extra. I would say every morning that no we already cleared this up, breakfast was included and they would look again and say "oh yes, you're right". then we we checked out they told us we had incurred fees for having breakfast every morning and we had to again show them that breakfast was included. We stayed for 4 nights. Also, the location is goo but not great. about a 10 minute drive from everything we wanted to do.

Veldig god frokost, likte at den var åpen til halv 12 på søndag. Veldig fornøyd med rommet også. Det var fint og senga var god.

Housekeeping kom inn på rommet mitt 2 ganger. Den første gangen rundt 8/9 - Det er ikke greit når man prøver å sove...
