Royal Plaza on Scotts

A very high quality throughout very clean staff attentive and helpful, the selection of breakfast options was massive and good quality, good internet connection included in bedroom and a communal room with internet computer and printer. One of the best Hotels we have ever stayed in.

As with all of Singapore the airconditioning was set to cold

From the moment we left the taxi, we were treated like royalty, conscierge and bell boy looked after luggage, and very quick friendly front of house staff. The room was spacious, very clean, complimentary toileteries were good quality, with tooth brush, shaving and cotton products. The mini bar was free, and restocked daily. TV had local and international news stations. They allowed us a late check out, but charged after a few hours for the same facility, depending on room availability. Live entertainment in the bar nightly.

The hotel bar was a bit pricey, and room rates were quoted with out tax. Apart from that I can't complain about anything.

Helpful staff-especially the porter/doorman-very friendly! Rooms are very comfortable-one of the best folding beds =)

Everything you can expect from an hotel. Central location, very clean, nice decoration, new furnitures in the room, nice size bathroom, excellent service from staff, Quick room service, friendly quick and professional memebers of staff at all time and in all section of the hotel (restaurant, bar, pool, business lounges, concierge...), The food was nice, The cakes at the carousel are delicious, fast internet connection, nice pool, practical gym, saune... I rate this hotel with a 10 out of 10 mark.
