Great location in walking distance to Orchard Road and ION Orchard. Well maintained, clean hotel. We had a specious room (Executive Suite), with a bedroom and separate living room. Suite overall was good and came with complimentary minibar. Staff typical Singapore, kind and supportive.
Room rate came with breakfast but this was neither 5-star nor Singapore like. Variety of food was given but it all looked like counted (only small baskets or plates, often empty).

close proximity to orchard stores, access to lots of varieties of food and shopping needs
- didnt get the birthday cake which we requested before our stay for our son’s birthday, we understand that its last min requests for the balloons deco which we did on our own. in the end, we got a complimentary cake when we dines in for the dinner buffet in Carousel - requested for additional 2pillows because I need support while sleeping due to my pregnancy, only got 1 pillow sent - pool was closed on Mon but we were not notified, in the end our boy was disappointed before we head home
