The size, view and quality of the room! Gym and fitness facilities also very good for a hotel. Overall would highly recommend especially at the very reasonable price.

For some reason we had no hot water in our shower even though the taps did, we raised this with reception and were told it would be sorted however this wasn’t the case. It was very refreshing to come back to a cool shower however it would have been nice to have a hot shower too!

Staff is so friendly, rooms are clean and cozy, location is perfect , concierge service is excellent the staff there helped us to discover new destinations

Loved the magnificent view from our room, the room size, and cleanliness. The location was perfect with a mall and train station next door.

We had a $30 hamburger that came with a few fries our 1st night because we got in late. We dined at the mall next door for Korean food and other places much more affordable the rest of our stay.

I stayed in Junior Suite and the room was extremely clean and neat. All the necessity was arranged in the room. Very comfortable bed - I slept so well :)!!!! + I requested for late check-out for personal reason and thankfully, the hotel allowed me to check-out little later than the official check-out time.

I stayed with City view (Namsan tower view). I thought I would be able to see the good city view but the tower is actually far from the hotel that I barely enjoy the night view.
