Intercontinental Hotels Grand Seoul Parnas

One of the cleanest rooms in Asia outside Japan. Most of the staff were friendly. And Concierge team is the best that I have seen and they are extremely helpful when we have questions about the city. They are very knowledgable and go beyond their duty to help guests.

In the restaurants the staff were less friendly and hardly can communicate in English. This can be frustrating when trying to communicate about food allergies.

I booked a club executive room that allowed use of the club facilities which was useful and the food throughout the day was good. Pool and gym facilities quite good.

Room was basic and in great need of freshening up and modernising, I have stayed in the Oakwood Coex hotel round the corner from the InterContinental and feel that it is not only nicer in terms of room and facilities but also much more cost effective. All in all the Intercontinental provides fairly poor value for money and is a hotel in desperate need of freshening up and modernising
