As with most Spanish hotel rooms, no tea/coffee facilities in the room

Everything except the bed was great.

The bed was very hard, perfect if you like a very firm bed, we don’t! We re staying there again on our way home, and we asked if all the beds are the same, they are!

Clean, spacious and quiet bedroom - nicer than I was expecting for the price. Parking onsite was very convenient, as was the location close to the motorway for a stopover. Easy to find.

Breakfast was great - good variety, Breakfast hours could begin a bit earlier. Straight shot down main road to get to center of city - easy to find.

A bit noisy out back with soccer stadium there - kids playing late into the night.

It’s value for money. The facilities were excellent. The bed was very comfortable and the room was an excellent size.

No real issues. It’s about a thirty minute walk to the Plaza Mayor so not really central. However I wanted parking for my motorbike which you can’t get in the city center. However the walk is interesting.

Off the highway, breakfast included in our room rate, parking on site, food in the main dining room very good!

The hotel was conveniently positioned just off the E80 Autoestrada. The city was easily accessible and beautiful. The rooms were comfortable, food good and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Close to major link roads and a supermarket and a Burger King We booked this hotel as a 1 night stay as I drove from Santander to Marbella Great location and free parking

We use this hotel as an overnight stay from the lunchtime sailing into Bilbao en route to Andalusia. Easy to get to from the main road, comfortable and good service.

The hotel is modern and very clean. The reception staff are helpful. The location was an easy 2km stroll to Plaza Mayor.

The walls are fairly thin and noise carries very easily. Also we did not want our room serviced so we put the "Do not disturb" sign on the door. But when we came back the sign was in the room and the housekeeping staff had been in.

Walking distance to town excellent parking , room size and excellent breakfast

First night was perfect , quiet,the second night we had a family from hell on both sides of us, screaming kids, and loud parents at 1.30 in the morning, . When checking in why don’t they put families on one floor, away from couples who need their sleep

It was clean, comfortable and had a nice pool area. The staff were very polite and helpful. We like to walk, and it was an easy 2km walk to the Plaza Major, and there was a supermarket very close by, and it was a large and well stocked one at that. Parking wasn’t an issue.

Sufficiently close to the centre of Salamanca to be able to walk to the Plaza Major within 20 minutes. Underground car parking for security with lifts from the car park up to the lobby and rooms. The swimming pool was welcome after a hot day sightseeing. The breakfast was good with lots of choice to suit most tastes.

Our second stay within a week, we enjoyed it as much as the first time

Everything was lovely. Had one night whilst travelling to Portugal. So decided to have another night the following week, when we were travelling back from Portugal. The food in the restaurant was lovely, and breakfast was good. Reception staff were very courteous and the underground parking for our bikes was great

The service in the bar area was slow. Everything else was good.

The rooms were very spacious. The beds were comfortable. There was enough parking area. The hotel is located just outside the city centre, so we had no problems with traffic noise. The staff was always very helpful and friendly.

Very good hotel for both business and leisure travels, good location, easy to reach Madrid Center and park your car away in the hotel carpark.
