The property is stunning, the staff are super helpful and the location is excellent. We stayed here to finish a South America tour for our 10th anniversary and the staff made it extra special by decorating our room in rose petals, candles and serving us a delicious cake. We were also greeted with a welcome massage! It was so great! The pool is very cool. Food was yummy. Space is like art. Room was great. I can’t say enough good things about this place!
It is expensive and the car and bike service were overpriced but other than that it was perfect.

Location, staff amazing. The rooftop pool heavenly. The view over the beach is beautiful. It’s expensive but a worthwhile splurge. It was the end of a 3 week trip around South America so we needed a bit of RnR. I had a massage in the spa which was superb but $, like AUD$170 which shocked me. Breaky was in a nice atrium and reasonably priced. Reception staff amazing and speak good English. If they organise a car, tour, laundry or anything they charge extra 15% so offer to pay drivers, tours etc direct. But their tourist advice is great.
We wanted to use the hotel bicycles but you had to pay for them (100R) for 24 hours. Crazy, should have been complementary. We only wanted to ride up and down Copacabana beach from one end to the other. Most hotels we have stayed at offer them for free.

very luxury and nice decorated,staff was very nice,speacially Many.She was the most kind.
breakfast was terible,you chose from menu which is with very limited choice .We pay everyday for breakfast approx 500 reals but it was very bad. That is why we changed the hotel and in the last days we breakfast in other hotel.Delux room was very dark with horrible view,windows too small and you feel depress in the room. Also bad organization for sightings things,we were waiting so long for helicopter tour,which finally we never received .Now we moved to miramar hotel ,just one block from emiliano,where the breakfast is included in the price,we are with sea view junior and the price is half to emiliano .Breakfast is huge selection of everything,10 kind of fruits,pankaes,omlets and etc,and in emiliano we had noting. When I order fruit,they bring me 3 lights of fruits,when I ordered ham and chees,they bring me 1 piece ham and one cheese,this is ridiculous.So Emiliano is overrated for what they offer

the breakfast is total disaster,no choise,expensive and too small portions . also chose only sea view room,as the other room type is looking very bad building and it is very depressing ,small windows, no view at all
