Frokosten og sengen var bra. Flott utsikt.
Personalet ser ut som de kjeder seg og er svært lite hjelpsomme. Gir verken øyenkontakt eller et smil. Personalet tok vårt andre nøkkelkort 4 ganger uten å begrunne hvorfor. Meget arrogant og lite servicevennlig generelt. Dårlig kvalitetssikring er et gjennomgående tema på hotellet.

The breakfast was wonderful,the staff were helpful and always friendly.keep up the good work and we really felt safe and cared for,it was a really wonderful stay and we appreciated all the help with booking of the tours, and directions to places we visited.

The staff was really kind and spoke good english, no portuguese was necessary. The breakfast had everything you could need and the roof top is ideal to chill after a long day in the streets of Rio. The room (including the bathroom) was clean at all times. I do not hesitate to recommend this hotel!

Nice rooms and rooftop view! Staff was very friendly. Good location, close to ‘Lapa’
The windows were very thin so even though our room was on the 13th floor we still heard a lot of street noise.
