I think you need to add 1 pancake maker for the breakfast because the line for the pancake is long and it will take around 15-20mins to get your own pancake for breakfast.
You should add hook inside the locker of the room. The locker is spacious and good, just need additional hook so we can hang our sweater. Or you can put hook near the door with a name tag for each person. Sometimes the guest just throw the cloth at the floor because there is not enough hook to hang. This will help to make the room clean.

The building was a rabbit warren, no internal access between floors the inside lounges all faced away from the incredible views which was weird.

Nice big comfy beds and waffles for breakfast
Need to improve ventilation as pod was full of condensation in the morning, the room smelt of damp as well.
