Really clean, close to town

Location was excellent. 2 mins walk to town centre! Room was really spacious, and lovely and warm. Good view. Parking on-site.

In-room tea/coffee facilities.

The staff were all friendly and helpful. Never had a problem and if anything came up, I knew they were there to talk to. very kind and reasonable people.

The only thing I really kind of wanted that I didnt have, and it is not a big deal, is a microwave.

Vey central and within walking distance of most places, but slightly removed from the nightlife. Very good location. Very clean, and great value for Queenstown.

Would be useful to have an iron in the room. Room was also rather warm with no temperature controls. Neither of these was a big issue though.

Breakfast with a pot of tea and coffee was fine. The environment of the rooms with light coloured wood was peaceful. The heated floor tiles in the bathroom was a little bit of luxury. All of the staff were helpful and chatty.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like.
