Water park staff was OUTSTANDING! Always serving drinks and bringing food and checking on whatever we needed frequently.
The food was not what we expected even at the Gourmet Restaurants. The music at the water park was great but there was no music at the beach. We were expecting to experience some of the DR culture but the food and music were too Americanized. The staff was very nice and friendly!

I did like that I met the characters at least for 15 minutes.
I didn't like that on top of what you pay, they charge a lot of things that should be included in the price. The Sofa bed was small for an adult and when you asked for a drink or something else to some of the staff they show you where to get it instead of bring what you need it. I didn't like that the Hotel doesn't have activities for toddlers 2-3 years old, they only have activities for 4-12 years old. And the characters are very limited for the kids and the hotel doesn't have activities with the characters and the kids, they only show for a picture and if you want to have an activity with a character you need to pay.
