Fantastiskaug. 20198,8
It was at five minutes walking from the main beach spot where most of the surfing schools are. It is a big house with a big garden where you can shower off the sea salt from your body and your gear as soon as you arrive from the beach. The common areas where always clean and the staff was really helpful with our necessities.
The big room at the top of the house where I stayed had a very little set of stairs to access through that it is quite difficult to make when you are taking your hand luggage with you, would not recommend that room if you have back problems

Friendly, relaxed, quiet, great location for surfing. Overall we had a lovely holiday - well recommended.
Outdoor area lacked some where comfortable to sit (e.g. a chair with a back). The master bedroom bed was a bit small

As beginners we wanted to be right to the Peniche/Baleal Surf Spots and the Baleal Zensations Guesthouse is in walking distance of most of them - to watch the other groups and be close for your own lessons. We got the appropriate breakfast to survive our „4 days family lecture“

It is ideally situated close to the fantastic Baleal beach. Great breakfast and friendly staff A shame we couldn't stay longer.

«Baleal Zensations is five minutes’ walk from the beach. My room had a small balcony and the space is well designed and very clean. Breakfast is a buffet and has all you need. The manager is very efficient at giving information. There is a lovely garden and lock-up area for surfboards.»
