The location was good ( with a car ).Breakfast was veryy good with a lot of diversity of food ( bacon, sausage, yogurt, milk, scramble eggs powder I think, and another good stuff) The room was clean and very comfortable, especially the pillow and the matress. The team was nice and all the time ready to answer to your question.

The facility was nice and clean and the breakfast was great.
My daughter was stuck on the elevator and the person running the front desk had no clue what to do. She had to make several phone calls and after about 30 mins the manager came in and reset it and the door opened. All staff should know what to do in case of an emergency or something like this happening. Also, they closed the pool down our last evening for maintenance with 2 kids we look forward to using the pool in the evening.

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great. Location was within a perfect distance from Niagara Falls.
Just something minor - our room had ceiling damage that had not yet been repaired.
