Hotel Indigo Newark Downtown

I had direct interaction with Oscar, Tandy and a manager whose first name was Lidl (he had dark wavy hair and glasses) He allowed me to get into my room prior to the designated check in time- very much appreciated Used the gym- a bit on the warm Wipes were not accessible to wipe down equipment I chose this hotel because of on line ratings, attending a concert @ the Prudential Center Had great salad and pizza @ Mercato Tomato, which was one Of the suggestions by manager Ludlum? Don’t think I would walk around in the area on BroadStreet, the hotel served my needs. Staff was very pleasant. Would stay here again if I had another venue to attend at the Prudential center

It’s not business, but I was not thrilled to see an empty box of condoms in one if the drawers Housekeeping should have gone through the drawers and removed any evidence of previous visitors

Eggs were extra fluffy but scorched a little. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was nice.

Briefly, it was one of the most pleasant experience i have. Hotel staff assisted in every way they can. Early check in, late check out, breakfast vouchers as I thought my reservation included breakfast, but it turns out it was not. upgraded room.
