Dørvakter i inngangsdøren for å sjekke at du faktisk bor på hotellet for å kunne komme inn.

Dårlig service blant personale. Altfor mye mennesker til enhver tid. Ingen særlige sitteområder i lobbyen. Alt var dyrt på hotellet. En pils koster 10 dollar i motsetning til mange andre plasser der det kun kostet 5 dollar.

bed is not comfortable

We booked the wrong date for the hotel. After we went to hotel and was told by the first staff that the hotel was sold out. She did not check the computer. Then we sit down in the lobby and booked the same hotel in 2 minutes. We were assigned the room right next to the elevator and it was very noisy. The location is great.

The bed was terrible. very soft. when one person moves, other person will be rolling around. For the 4 stars hotel, I will only give 2 stars.

We did not appreciate someone's socks hidden under the chair pillow and an aged piece of brownie in the fridge. Or the change of the room selected during the checking to a one with a door to an adjacent room that provided a minimum sound insulation.

the rooms were close to time square and comfortable

your TV sets have no menu to look at and see what is playing you have to scroll thru to find out whats on. a menu would be more convienent

Very combenient to shopping to the 5th avenue. Comfortable and comvenient if the meeting is located at the Hilton NY.
