Great Hotel, stylish and comfortable Travelled with my mother for her 76th birthday, the staff did everything in their power and more to make our stay, and her experience as wonderful as possible. Could not rate them higher

The welcome and the staff. The hotel is very beautiful. The design is superb.
We were told the hammam would be open till 20.00 and it was already closed when we returned from a day out at 17.30. In the hotel brochure it states that it is open till 21.00. The breakfast was not great.

The bathroom only had a shower head in the tub. That did not really work well.

The price is to high fro the service we have received. Rooms are little outdated, bathroom smelled from the bathtub drain a small that spread in the entire suite. No welcoming by staff when you enter or exit the property. Compared to the other road where we had been the service was not as tailored and it was not a 5 stars like Makassar. You feel there is a lack of presence of the ownership for guidance and structuring.
Bad small in the drain of the bathtub in our suite. No welcoming when you enter or exit the property, anyone can just come in, no-one is watching. I found it over priced for a property that need to be updated.
