Grand Hyatt Macau

I like the location and the comfort in going to other hotels and airport due to the shuttle bus provided to their guests.

Breakfast was very good. The housekeeping staff was polite and helpful. They greeted guests and showed care about clients' need. Other staff was professional and proud of being a member of the team. The Beijing Kitchen was really nice and food delicious ,particularly the Peking Duck.

There is no shuttle bus directly from the HZMB Macau Port.

spacious room, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, great food and room service, great location which connect with casino, great restaurants, and shopping malls!

Again, check-in time and service. I gave the same feedback in my last stay in Aug2019. This time, it took us more than 30 minutes to queue and get the rooms. And again, the staff was not able to arrange us to stay on the same floor, and gave us standard answer - "it can't be arranged due to fully occupied at the moment". Just feel that they just get the jobs done and not willing to facilitate the client's simple requests. Other than that, the hotel is still great.

Everything! The room was very spacious and clean! The staff was very helpful and there are many facilities such as free shuttles where you can move easily!
