We booked the Royal suite & another room which was upgraded to King Executive. From a few days prior to our arrival I was reached by phone which later communication was through Whatsapp for our 'butler service'. I have to say the 'Butler Service' is what made this entire experience perfect. Obviously the hotel is beautiful and facilities are great, swimming pool and lazy river so much fun for the kids, but I absolutely appreciated the Butler Service especially travelling with a big family. I am assuming it only comes with the Royal suite service which I would pay again any day. We went for my 7 year old son's birthday celebration for a quick getaway from HK, and we were a group of 8 - 1 infant, one 3 year old, one 7 year old, my parents, my husband and my helper. Through the whatsapp communication they helped us to arrange everything ahead of time, even a surprise decoration and cake for my son - and I have to say he was sooooo happy with everything. Alice our Butler was super professional and amazing. It was such a smoooooth wonderful experience which is not easy for a big group. We would definitely come back! We travel a lot and I have high standards, and Galaxy definitely topped it! Thank you!

The bar contained complimentary snacks and drinks, which I never had before in any other hotel. The room was amazing, large and the view was great. The staff who cleans the room arranged all my messy make-up in order which i can't even do myself, so I was pleasantly surprised! Just felt so welcoming in general. Pool staff was amazing too, the guy from Philippines has the best attitude towards customers, he was so friendly to me and my partner, and he also served us the best mojitos we have ever tried! He should get a promotion! Loved everything about the hotel.
A little more vegetarian options of noodles in the vending machine (all contained fish or beef)
