Hotel Baía

Amazing bay view (- all the trash), the service at the pool is slow but good we found some nice guys working there, the bed was comfy

Didn´t like the checking process it took them forever to finish, they coulnd´t find the reservation and when they did they over charge me (the reservation aoa192.010 they charged aoa 226.496) and since i couldn´t check at the time on my phone for the right ammount and i was with my pregnant wife and my two kids i paid the charges so we could go up in the room with my family so they could rest and while there i would be able to check on my laptop on my booking reservation the right ammount, when we got there they have giving us this smoking room smelling heavily, so had to go down again to check so they start this long process to check with )their central reservations office (return the over charged amount it´s a long process in angola) and looking at my wife and kids tired faces i asked how much would cost me to uppgrade for a suite so they could forget about the extra money i paid for the executive room, looking in at all this situation, since we had gone up and down to see the rooms a few times, this nice lady came from the in site office and did just that without charging me extra for the suite (they kept giving us smoking rooms when my reservations clearly said non smoking rooms) witch was good final we could go to the room and rest, so i´m travelling with kids (4 and 6 years old) my wife is pregnat (8 months) in the room thurning the tv on and only could get frozen channels, turning the coffee machine no hot water asked the front desk to replace it they answer saying the maintenance was closed and i had to wait to open next day, we asked for some juice and soda and they billed me for the bucket and the ice as well
