Have stayed here before in 2017 and we were very happy to return for our last night in Lourdes. The staff are very friendly, helpful and polite with a great sense of humour. I even had a good conversation in French with one who actually understood me, which was a bonus! Room was very comfortable with a great view to the castle on the hill, all lit up at night. Excellent shower and superb bed. Quiet location, away from the main road leading to the Grotte area with all its shops and restaurants, perfect. You can be in the centre of all this in a few minutes' walk. Car parking - for 5 euros you have the use of a huge enclosed garage to the side of the hotel which is very secure. Good breakfast and hotel has a very tourist friendly ambience. Would definitely stay again. Love it!

Delightful garden with a pool. Had live music on Sat night in the garden. Room was a nice size. Likewise bathroom.
Would have been nice to have a kettle and a fridge in the room

The staff are efficient, respectful and helpful. The breakfast simple but fresh. Very clean place. Ample parking in same street. Hotel in lovely quiet area.
Fitted carpets not good for my sinuses. Ensuite was a bit small. If visiting Lourdes on foot, get ready for a 5 to 10 minutes uphill climb on your way back to hotel.
