Good quiet location close to local facilities. Beautiful rooms and decor throughout the hotel, nice ambience with good lighting. Very friendly and helpful staff in all areas. And fantastic breakfasts!
Poor sound insulation from quite noisy corridors at night. Evening meals only mediocre, foods not individually labelled and difficult for vegetarian to identify what to take.

The actual area of Lloret de mare is horrific. But this particular hotel is lovely. It would be idea if it was anywhere else in Spain

I booked this for my parents as I’d stayed last year and the night receptionist was so kind and friendly to them , he was a young man who took extra care and trouble to check them in even allowing my dad to pay half in cash and card even though the first payment was going through; very professional and warm! they loved the food , the room and the cafe, just everything!

Everything was great! The room was very clean and exactly as in photos. Nice staff and excellent food at the buffets. I definetly recommend you this place!
