Staff were nice (even when we buzzed in at 1am). Location is great, near bars, metro and train station. Price is affordable.

Old building, you have to ring bell 24/7 to get in the room. Room is outdated, no AC, shower head had to be handheld. Hostel right outside the room making very loud noise 10pm-2am and 8-10am. Along with a not-so-comfortable bed and pillow and we got a very bad sleep. Staff is very nice, but don't know much English. Payment is cash only on arrival which is another downside.

The location is fantastic, just next to Plaza de los Restauradores. The people in charge were very nice and friendly, and they open the door no matter what hour it is during the night (because the main door is closed during night)

We have booked a room with private bathroom and when we arrived, after asking about the toilet, we were told that there had been a mistake and we had to share it for the first night. Later, we were changed to a bigger room with our own bathroom, that was great. There was no heating system, so the room was pretty cold during day and night. The walls are like paper, you can hear everything from another bedrooms as well as the noises from the corridor. Sometimes you can even hear the noise from the tranvia.
