The room was very clean and tidy. The decoration is modern and to a good standard. The staff is helpful and always accommodating - if you need anything, just ask and they will help or point you in the right direction. The breakfast is nice and a good selection of food is available.

The bedroom is very comfortable and well cleaned. The staff is accommodating and helpful. The location is fabulous: easy to get around by subway or catch a taxi/uber.

I got upgraded from a standard room to a superior room... which was a standard room! They did not remember I stayed in a superior room 2 years ago. Very poor breakfast, as from 9.30 am almost disgusting. as all is dried up. Horrible automatic coffee machine 23m2 is really small for a room, uncomfortable bathroom Staff too junior, not able to manage a minibar Main bar without a barman, no drink after 2 requests at the front office Carpet in the room, not hygienic, not for allergic people Conclusion: emphasis seems to be on cost saving, not client service

The staff is always so welcoming at this hotel and always so helpful. Excellent and quick bar service. It is very well located. Garage parking is FREE!
