TV was so old. Tiny tiny screen Couldn't hear unless riight next to it. Wouldn't let you turn up the sound. No English channel No fridge which we thought it had No mucrowave

Fabulous location. Comfortable, clean rooms. Excellent food and service at dinner.
Only one cup of tea or coffee per person per day in hotel room and charge of 1.5chf for any additional. Breakfast buffet had no hot food at all so expensive at 15 francs each.No fridge in room.

We had great email communication from the hotel office before our trip and they answered our questions which was so helpful. The reception was friendly on arrival and sent us to a nice large room with a dream view. They have some travel books available to look through and will help you with anything. Breakfast every morning was so worth the charge, something for everyone and fresh fruit.
There wasn’t anything I could complain about but for people with sleep problems you should ask for a quiet room since people are enjoying the promenade until later in the evening.

Excellent location on the lake!
Noise and smell from the restaurant in our room. No air conditioning or fan. Also had a hard time getting ice.

«Very nice staff, good restaurant and a nice old style that fits well in the area. It's a place we always wanted to stay in sometime so we were glad to get a chance finally. . The lakeside area of Lausanne - Ouchy where the hotel is located is quite lively. However our room was quite quiet even facing the street. A pass for the public transportation was even included in the price»
